Poems(Random, Different Kind)Ferry
You said you’d be happy to take that trip,
You said you’d be fine to have the adventure.
You said you’d be with your friends and classmates,
You said you’d have your teachers along with you.
Did I work so hard to send you on that trip,
Did I drive you to the ferry to send you off.
Was that the last time I’d be seeing you.
Was that the last time I’d be hearing your voice.
If only I knew what would happen,
If only I should have just let you stay home.
Are you not feeling cold where you are now,
Come back to my warm embrace to warm you.
Are you not feeling hungry where you are now,
Come back and I will feed you to your heart’s content.
Are you not sorry, for making me cry so hard,
Are you not sorry, for breaking my heart so bad.
I could not stop my tears, even if I try,
I have this chest pain that won’t go away.
I am angry, for letting you take that trip,
I am angry, for not taking better care of you.
I am angry, for those who did this to you,
I am angry, for those who did not do much for you.
What ever they are doing, they are not doing it fast enough,
How ever fast they are working, they are not working fast enough.
Ferry
When I am facing this cold wall,
How can I continue on.
When these pieces are scattered around me,
How can I even breathe.
I could not pick my shattered heart,
I am feeling so weak.
The silent shout is so loud in my head,
No place can I hide.
