A/N feeling a bit depressed and this happened . i had this as draft for long and so i've decided to post it and to break some hearts, i'm sorry, i'm a terrible person :))  the next ficlet is connected to this.

It feels as if something is crawling on his skin, a terrible tingle spreading on its expanse. Hands are shaking and the pain is mind-numbing, freezing him on the spot. His tears are all dried up and just as he thought it's the end they come again, falling on his cheeks relentlessly, choking him.

He can't breathe, the sight before him draining the colour from his cheeks and wringing all of his energy. It's the worst that could happen, what he feared the most and it makes his body shiver and a zap bolt through him. He sinks to his knees helplessly and something of a howl akin to a wounded animal's leaves his lips.

His feebleness makes Jaehwan's heart wrench and he tries to pull him away, but Wonshik resists and jerks violently out of his embrace. He makes slow, careful steps towards Hakyeon and the tears do not stop, trickling down his cheeks and drop on Hakyeon's own cheeks, skin smooth as always but uncharacteristically pale.

He interlaces their hands, fingers sliding around Hakyeon's gingerly. Hakyeon's hands are awfully cold.

"My love," he cries, desperately, "why?" 

It's a question that will forever remain unanswered.
