  "Oh," Youngjae backed off. He scoffed and left the room. I stuttered,

"Ji---yeon.. Do you forgive me?"

"I'm just giving you a chance. I did not and will not forgive you. Never."

Jiyeon gave her back against me and walked out of the room. I felt a lump in my throat as her harsh words struck into my heart. However, this was what I deserved after what I did. "Getting a chance to change everything was enough", I thought to myself as I gazed her back.
