"Daehyun, control yourself. L.Joe must have felt something strange by now."
"How can I control myself when he is saying something like that?!"
"Daehyun.." I softly spoke.
"Mianhe. I'll take care next time."
"Aniya.. I am the one to be sorry. I know how much you care for me but I-"
"Please, Jiyeon. Don't continue. I don't want to.. hear."
"Mianhe and.. gumawo."
"That's the only words you can say for me right?"
"Daehyun, I-"
"Don't. Just... don't say it. I'll go first."
Thoughts filled my mind as Daehyun walked away and I found it almost impossible to stop my tears welling up in my eyes. He wasn't saying much. He wasn't forcing me to love him but seeing his back stabs my heart. I wanted to run after him but... what next? Say him that I love him? No, I love L.Joe...
"About what will I feel strange about and why do you know how much Daehyun cares for you?"
I and Ilhoon turned round with our eyes popping out in surprise as we saw L.Joe approaching us. He seemed pissed off and angry. He had been eavesdropping all this time?!
"Are your tears for... Daehyun?"
"L.Joe," I reached for his wrist to soothe him but he stumpled back, avoiding me. His question repeated in my ears: are your tears for Daehyun? I heard him gulped down his saliva and sighed heavily. He was having the wrong idea of things. Yes, I admit. My tears maybe for Daehyun but it wasn't the way he thought.
"L.Joe, I-"
"Answer me! What is your relationship? What have you three been hiding from me this whole time?!"
"There's nothing." I made a loud lie. Was it too obvious? I mentally facepalmed.
"Park JIYEON!"
"You don't need to shout at Jiyeon." Ilhoon spoke seriously for the first time ever. Ilhoon knew everything:
