When L accidentally took a picture of Minhee

The bell finally rung, signalling the end of another school day.
L packed his books into his bag and saw his camera bag inside. He was making a new photography book and was planning on taking some photos around the school and of students so he brought along his camera to do so.
He took his camera out of the bag and slung his backpack on his back before heading out towards the gate to take photos of students leaving the school.

L took photos of groups of friends laughing together as they left the school grounds. He took photos of school couples who were holding hands. He took photos of the nearby trees in the sunlight.
He shifted his camera to the left and snapped a photo. When he pulled the camera away from his face to check the photo, his face went red when he saw who he had accidentally captured.
It was Im Minhee, the girl whom he had had a crush on for the past year.
Unlike the other photos he had taken, Minhee was walking out of the school by herself, holding the books she would need for her homework.
She didn't have many friends, and was frequently looked down upon because she was so smart. Many students envied her intelligence and called her names like 'nerd'.
L put the camera to his right eye again and began snapping numerous photos of Minhee.
He took a photo of her tying her shoelaces. He took a photo of her fixing her hair. He took a photo of her blowing air into her cheeks.
Unconsciously, L was slowly walking behind Minhee, taking photos of every little thing she did.
He took a photo of Minhee brushing her fringe out of her face. He took a photo of Minhee curling a loose strand of hair behind her ear. He took a photo of Minhee checking the time of her watch.
L couldn't seem to get enough of her, and followed her all the way home.
