A month of having cancer was the worst. His skin started to feel cold and he got tired easily. All the articles he read online said that it was common when they went through chemotherapy.

His relationship was another story. Him and JunMyeon would always have fights and it would end up with YiXing coughing up blood or fainting. He would wake up to an empty bed. He wouldn't even get a kiss when his boyfriend would come home or when they were going to go to sleep. JunMyeon would always come home late and get agitated easily.

He started to rethink his relationship. He wanted to have someone by his side but he couldn't take it with the constant yelling. He would cry himself to sleep because of how lonely he was. He wouldn't eat anymore because of how sick he was getting, not only from the cancer but from a empty house.

YiXing was sitting in the bedroom looking at photo albums of him and JunMyeon. He smiled when he saw a picture of them in high school. He was the straight A student while JunMyeon was the class president. Everyone thought that they were the perfect couple and that they would have a long lasting relationship.

He put that picture down and picked up another one. This one was the one from their first date. JunMyeon took YiXing to a Chinese restaurant and then took him on a moonlight walk. He smiled because that was the first time that JunMyeon said that he loved him and that's when they shared their first kiss.

He put down the picture and felt wetness on his cheek. He wiped his tears away from his face and placed all the pictures in the closet. He started to stumble a little but shook it off. He went into the kitchen and got himself an ice cold water and took some medication Leetuek had prescribed to him.

He put the glass on the counter, put his hands on the edge of the counter and put his head in between his arms. He sighed shakily and his arms started to shake. He was so consumed to try to calm himself down that he didn't hear the front door open.

"YiXing, are you okay?" The said boy looked up and saw his boyfriend looking concerned.

"I don't feel good." YiXing whispered but JunMyeon caught what he said.

JunMyeon walked up to him and put his arm around YiXing's waist. He felt how bony his hips were and felt guilty for making YiXing suffer so much while he was battling cancer. He brought YiXing to the bedroom and laid him down on the bed. YiXing looked at JunMyeon and felt tears prickling through his eyes. JunMyeon was about to leave to get some water but stopped when he felt YiXing pull his wrist.

"Don't leave." YiXing let a few tears slip out of his eyes.

JunMyeon sighed and leaned down next to his boyfriend. He YiXing's forehead and let a sad smirk come over his face. "I'm sorry for hurting you. Work has been hell and to make it worse the CEO came this month.That's why I've been snappy at you. I'm truly sorry." He kissed YiXing's forehead and waited for a response from the younger.

"It's...okay." YiXing said in between breaths.

JunMyeon smiled and kissed his boyfriend's lips.
