creativity - is appreciated but no one can be fluent in seven language, be able to pop, lock, twerk, do ballet and won a mathematics olympic at the same time. once again, be realistic.
flaws - are loved. nobody's perfect.
fluency - jyuu's ultimate pet peeve. let's just say that you're a korean who lived in miami since you were little but you recently moved to seoul. you can't be fluent in korean because : a. your life revolves around english because hey, you grew up in miami not busan. b. unless you still talk in korean with your family at home. but i doubt that you can be fluent because you won't know about the latest slangs and such. same goes for someone who lives in jeju island for all her life and only learned english during high school. that's not fluent, that's called a basic understanding. pm jyuu if anyone's still confused.
