Every once in a while, tenants left Haedo Apartments for some reasons; money, personal problems, boredom but mostly money. As this year's rent dropped a bit, more new tenants had arrived.

And just like their tradition, there has to be at least one person who will greet those new tenants.

This year, Kim Mingyu was the chosen one.

"Mingyu hyung, sign these papers please?" Hansol chirped. He spotted Mingyu entering the lobby, with his dark shades to hide his tired eyes. That day, Mingyu's schedule was jam-packed with photoshoots, photoshoots, and photoshoots.

Without further ado, Mingyu signed the papers as absolutely had no idea what was written on that paper. His sign was barely readable, but who cares, it was still his sign. 

A mischievous smile appeared on the shorter male's face. He waved the papers to Mingyu and shouted before the elevator's door closed.

"Tomorrow, you'll be in charge to greet the new tenants, hyung. Thank you!"

How did Hansol get those papers? Easy, he was the one who was chosen thanks to his language ability - who knows that foreigners would stay in this place too. But he hasn't sign it yet because he was fed up with his own busy schedule.

"What?!" Mingyu quickly pressed the button and returned downstairs. As the door opened, Hansol was gone. What was left was Mingyu, the papers that was lying on the floor, and the empty lobby. 

He decided to pick up the papers, read it as he flipped the pages and finally, everything made sense now. "Hansol tricked me? The nerve of that boy--"

"Boo!" Someone tapped his shoulders as that figure ran to the empty elevator. It didn't even took a minute for Mingyu to figure out who it was.

"Hansol Vernon Chwe!" Mingyu called out in his advanced Engrish as he dashed to the elevator. Hansol laughed, bid him a goodbye before closing the doors.

That was it, he was going to get him later. He threw the papers to the floor and brusted out from the lobby to go to his apartment, using the stairs - since the elevator was taking too much time.

But for now, Hansol and Mingyu, 2:0.

Mingyu was dressed extra nicely to greet the new tenants. Though it didn't took a lot of effort for this guy to look good. A white floral shirt fitted his body perfectly alongside purple skinny jeans that highlighted his long legs and brown shoes. It may seem a bit over the top for some people, but he rocked the look just fine.

He waited for those new tenants to arrive, legs crossed as he sat down on the white sofa. When a new face entered the building, Mingyu quickly sat up, straighten his posture and gave his million dollar smile.

"Hello, you must be new here!" Mingyu smiled at the female. She was wearing a beige wool cardigan over a simple white tee, some jeans and white sneakers. Her hair was black, her bangs covered her forehead as a rectangular framed glasses was hung on her nose bridge. The female nodded as she looked back to the entrance, as if she was waiting for someone.

Mingyu wondered why this girl didn't reply him. Oh, she must've been mesmerized by his smile until she has gone speechless - that must be it.

"Ailin! Wait for your brother!" A tall man shouted in Chinese. He wore a black button-up shirt, a beige pants that was the same shade as the girl's cardigan and black shoes. He also dragged two huge suitcases on both hands.

Mingyu furrowed his eyebrows at the unfamiliar words. Though he seemed to know the origin of the voice. As the tall man came closer, Mingyu finally knew who it was. "Kris hyung!" He flailed his arms as he greeted the man addressed as Kris. A typical greeting from Mingyu.

"Oh, Mingyu? What are you doing here?" Kris asked. He immediately put down those suitcases and gave Mingyu a friendly hug. Meanwhile Ailin, who was watching from the sides, could only look at her brother and his friend's action in silence.

"I live here! And I was assigned as the uh... greeter."

"Good. I'll assign you as my porter now." Kris laughed after he patted the younger boy's head and walked to the elevator. Ailin soon followed after as she laughed wholeheartedly. Yet again, Mingyu was left alone, stunned at what has just happened - that Ailin just laughed and that he has to take those suitcases up to the Wus apartment.

"Yah, Jonghyun, what are you doing?" a fit of laugh followed soon after the shout. The one addressed as Jonghyun just looked at the younger girl with innocent eyes and an amused smile. The girl wiped the whip cream on her left cheek with a cloth and she took a handful of whipped cream, seeking for revenge to the latter.

Seeing this, Jonghyun's eyes widened. He shook his hands in front of him, "Oh, no you wont do it. I have a show tonight and you wont ruin my hair." He stepped backward as Hara stepped closer to him with an evil smirk on her lips. He shivered at the scene, sure that Hara is a nice girl but she has the scariest smirk he ever seen on a girl. But somehow he thought that her smirk was y, he didn't know why though, he just found it y. She stepped closer and closer to him until he was trapped between her and the wall. They were only a step away from each other.

Hara broke her smirk to a grin, she shoved the whipped cream on his face. He groaned as he saw her ruining his hair but the girl only chuckled and said, "This is what you get when you mess with Moon Hara."

"I wonder if any guy likes you if you're this viol-ACKH! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" he rubbed his sore left shoulder as it was punched by Hara. This girl sure is violent, Jonghyun thought. But you like her anyway, he pouted as another voice spoke in his mind. But it was true though, even if she was a violent girl, he still like her. "You better fix up my hair and come to the club as a payment of this," he mumbled.

Hara pouted, "I didn't owe you anything plus you're the one who started this."

Jonghyun was about to said something when the bell rang, Hara ran quickly to the door. She opened it to be greeted by an elegant girl standing in front of her. Realizing who it was, she bowed quickly. Jonghyun who was curious took a peek from Hara's back, his eyes widened. "Noona? Wha--," again, he was cutted.

"Jonghyun-ah! I need your help!" the older girl beamed.

Jonghyun blinked, "But first how did you know I'm here?"

It was Kiyeon's turn to blink her eyes. "Aah, that, I went to your room but Seungcheol said that you're with Hara so I came here." She turned to look at Hara and back at Jonghyun, "But it seemed like you two are busy."

"Ah, no, we're not busy. Well, I am kind of busy," she smiled at the older girl before continuing her word while looking at Jonghyun, "You should help her, she's your sister by the way."

Jonghyun pouted but he agreed, Kiyeon clapped her hands. "Thank you Hara-yah!"
