해도, n. sea waves; Located in Hongdae, Seoul, conveniently a block away from the nearest subway station, with reasonable rent rates, Haedo Apartments is an ideal place for young twenty-somethings to live in. Complete with a pool on top of the building, and a common lounge area for the tenants, the complex exudes a friendly and neighborly atmosphere.

Haedo Apartments, formerly known as Haedo Dormitories, is located in Hongdae, Seoul. It has been around since the mid-1970’s. It started out as a co-ed dorm catering to students studying near the area who needed cheap, off-campus housing. It’s also conveniently located right near a subway station, making it a coveted living arrangement for students.
However by the early 2000s, the building had grown dilapidated, and other housing options appeared, making it difficult to attract new tenants. The owners decided it was time for a change, and momentarily shut the dormitory down in order to convert it into a more appealing apartment complex.
In 2005, it reopened as Haedo Apartments. The old six-bed dorm rooms were renovated and refurbished as simple, but modern one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each with their own utilities. The new establishment now aims to attract not only students, but also generally twenty-somethings, young professionals and free-spirited artists alike, around the area, with its very reasonable rates.
The eight-storey building has seven livable floors; the ground area serves as a common area for the tenants to mingle and get to know each other. On the rooftop of the building is also a pool, maintained and available for use when the weather is agreeable.

Chapter 7: okay, i have so much to comment on from all of the previous
teasers since i am slow and all OTL anywho! for the first
teaser... Sokyung and Jungkook xD they are so cute together.
Soonyoung is seriously the cutest, omgomg. Hara and Boo's
relationship is cute as well. I wish I had a sibling to be
cute with OTL

Teaser 2! Omg i am not even surprised that Boo
ate the cake even when Hara told him not to xD Ah and the
Junghan cameo x) He is so cute I can't even. Doctor *^* What
a perfect man /shot/ Hara and Wonwoo though. So cute, cute,
cute. I ship xD Oh, Hara~

Teaser 3. This teaser captured my heart omf. Soonyoung! xD
The way he chased after Sokyung was absolutely adorable.
Then Chan Chan just going with the flow. He really is like
a puppy, ohgosh <3 Can I say how I fangirled when Soonyoung
offered his home to Sokyung. Like.. laskjdfhasoidufhasakldf
that was exactly my reaction xD

Teaser 4~ Hansol tricking Mingyu. Oh Mingyu, do you think you're
so cool just cuz you're a model? sobs. But he really is, he
really is. I'm having so much feels, I just can't. Ailin and
her personality is cute xD Kris! Kris is her sibling. I see
a lot of siblings emerging, but that's fine because sibling
love is just great to me /shot/ xD Jonghyun x Hara. Ohgosh.
So much fluff, I can't even. He likes her so much and it's
just so cute Dx OTL all this fluff and cute romance is
going to kill me yet I loooooove it all. Man, if only Kiyeon
hadn't interrupted the two. I felt like something beautiful
would have happened. hahaha no but really, thank you sooooo
much for choosing me <3 I can't thank you two enough! Also
congrats to Ailin (memoire) :)
