Conversations were made brief. They barely talk over the phone or chat with each other.

Still, both of them tried to understand. They were just so freaking busy. Busy enough to have no time for each other.

4 months passed.

Luhan was supposed to be home anytime around.

"Hey, how are you, my deer?" Sehuna says to his computer screen.

With tired eyes, Luhan replied "I'm fine, Hun."

"You tired? Been sleeping okay?"

"Yeah...I actually met up with Xiumin a while ago."

"Hmmm..That's good."

Trying to keep the conversation going "Hmm...What about you? How's your artworks going?"

Sehun's face lit up "Hold on." He came back holding one of his latest works.

"I painted this a couple of days ago. It reminded me of you."

Luhan looked at the painting through the screen "Hun, that's......a deer." he said.

"I know. Tried to make it look like you." Sehun joked.

Luhan didn't say anything, instead, he forced his self to smile. It was obvious that he was somehow bored and tired. Talking to Sehun 

didn't seem to brighten up his day either.

"Do you want to go to bed now?"

"Hun, I-"

Before he could continue, Sehun cut him off "It's okay! I know you're tired. Rest now."

"I'll try to call you tomorrow, if I can."

"Okay, I'll wait for you." Sehun tried to sound happy about the fact that Luhan will 'try' to call him. But deep inside, he knew Luhan

would forget. So he didn't anticipate.

"Good night, Lulu"

"Good night, Sehun."

And before either of them can end the call

"Luhan!-"

"Yes?"

Sehun bit his lip "I love you okay. Don't forget that."

Luhan let out a small grin "I love you too, Sehun. Bye." and Luhan cut the conversation.

That was the last call they had for weeks.

Sehun was starting to worry. Something didn't seem right. Luhan seemed different. Vague was the word that would describe him right

now. Sehun tried to push the thought away. Afeter all, he still held on to Luhan's promise.
