YOUR POV      We rushed in the hospital, not even greeting the nurse as we made our way towards Naeun's room. And I didn't even care if my legs were giving away, I didn't even care if everyone saw what my father had caused, I just couldn't think about anything but Naeun.  When we reached her room we were blocked by Mrs Kwon.    "Yunhee-ah...be strong, Naeun...she...just stay next to her for her last minutes, okay?" She said with teary eyes. She had been like a mother for Naeun and me, treating us better than anyone else. She had been helping Naeun since the first day and of course, like the weak humans we are, she grew attached to her. "T-thanks Mrs Kwon" I bowed my head, wiping away the tears from my cheeks. As Mrs Kwon left, I glanced at Taemin, his head bent down, letting his bangs cover his eyes.    "I know it hurts, so much that you can't even believe it. But please, for Naeun, let's be strong okay?" I pleaded. I wanted Naeun to leave with happy memories, I didn't want her to think she had caused us pain, I didn't want her to feel guilty for leaving us, because knowing her, she would have felt more than sorry, blaming herself for having such a weak body. Clearing my throat and patting my cheeks, I forced my lips to twitch up in a smile.    "Naeun-ah..." I called softly for her, my heart clenching at the sight of her pale complexion and dry lips. She turned around, eyes tired and lips curving up in a smile I knew was genuine.    "U-unni...Oppa.." She greeted, her voice so low that it was almost inaudible. "I'm sorry that I have to leav-"   "Shush, why are you sorry? Stop being so selfless, will you? Are you not going to listen to your unni uh? Should I scold you uh?" I reprimanded jokingly, grinning at her to make her feel happy.    "Aigoo, here goes again the bossy unni..." She trailed off, chuckling as Taemin stared at us amused. "Oppa? Are you okay?" She inquired, noting that he wasn't talking. He looked at Naeun and then at me, as if he were searching for the right thing to say.    "Actually no." He stated earning a glare from me. Had he not understood what I had told him before entering the room? Naeun frowned at his words, worried for her Oppa. "Why are the two of you so stupid?" He asked with a serious tone, which was soon replaced by his laughter.    "Yah! Oppa! You're more stupid than us, you know?" Naeun shot back offended, crossing her arms and pouting like a little kid. "Aigoo, little Naeun is pouting~" Taemin and I cooed in unison, making her glare at us. "Geez, you two have so much similarities you don't know. Just get together." She sneered jokingly and before I could retort something she spoke up again. "Talking about getting together...unni, how is it going with those guys I've met last time uh?" She wriggled her brows suggestively "Found someone to spend the rest of your life with?"    "Yah. I've already told you they're no one." I snapped, gently poking her side as she giggled. "Fine fine. I just don't want you to end like a spinster. If you don't find anyone, just marry Taemin Oppa, I'm afraid he'll have the same future as yours if I don't set him up with someone..."    "Yah!" We hissed in unison.   "See?" She cockily gestured with her hands, though I could see they were trembling. No matter how much she wanted to seem strong, every single action gave away her facade. Naeun was dying, yet she was worrying about us. We all noticed her hands trembling, but no one dared to say anything, afraid to break the mask of happiness we, or better I, had decided to create. She sighed while leaning against her pillow.   "Unni did you move into my house?" She questioned glancing at Taemin for an answer. "No but I promise I'll move out as soon as someone" I shot daggers at the boy "lets me." She rose a brow confused as to why he was somehow related to the fact that I still hadn't moved out. "Unni, I think I'm missing something..." She whispered scratching the back of her neck.    "Oh right, turns out Taemin-ssi lives together with Key-ssi and Jonghyun-ssi" I explained brushing her hair away from her eyes. I gasped when I felt the coldness of her skin, so cold that it felt like she wasn't even a living anymore. I knew she was dying. I had known from her much too high pitched voice that she was trying to hide her tiredness, I had known from her pale lips that her life was slowly drifting away, I had known from the start, but feeling her cold skin, made it all so real.    "Naeun..." I choked trying to hold back the tears. She stared up at me with a pained pair of eyes. She had tried to hold  back that look as well, but now that I had broke the mask of happiness, she couldn't help but show how much she was actually suffering in that moment. Death wasn't taking her fast and painlessly, it was taking her slowly and cruelly, regardless of her still so young age, her pure innocence and her inexperience. It was so cruel, so very cruel.    "U-unni...don't cr-"   "I won't. I won't Naeun, I promise." I tried to smile at her, taking her hand in mine and squeezing it. I could feel her cold fingers trembling against my palm, I could feel her trying to stop the shivering, I knew that she was doing it all for us. "O-oppa...why are you standing there? Come here next to me..." She managed to say between heavy breaths while patting the side of the bed which wasn't occupied by me. I glanced at Taemin, his bangs purposely covering his eyes as he made his way towards Naeun, head still hung low. He sat down and after taking a deep breath, he cleared his throat and went back to face us with a bright smile.    "Aren't you cold? Do you want me to tuck you under the covers?" He softly suggested. Naeun nodded and relaxed against the pillows behind her as Taemin brought the thick covers up to her neck, making sure they were keeping her warm as much as possible.
