Warning: Violent scenes towards the end of the chapter.       AUTHOR's POV       Yunhee looked up at the fancy and luxurious building asking herself for the nth time why she had actually come back to that place that Key had so confidently called 'home'. She guessed it was because he had threatened to hand her father to the police, yet she knew that it wasn't only for that. Sighing defeatedly, she stepped into the building and walked into the lift, the doors closing behind her.  When they dinged open she slowly headed towards Key and Jonghyun's big and expensive apartment. Reluctantly she knocked at the door once, immediately retreating her hand, somehow afraid that they wouldn't have opened. But why was she feeling that way even though she wanted to go back home?   "We are in the 21st century, all the houses have a doorbell, it isn't there for decoration." Key informed popping his head out. The strange sensation she had been feeling instantly puffed away with that sentence as her eyes ce again cold and emotionless.    "Well, mine doesn't have a doorbell." She snapped shutting the almighty Key up. He coughed awkwardly knowing that her family situation wasn't exactly a bed of roses and instead just widened open the door, letting her step in.    "Why are you so late? I told you to come back earlier! By the way, are you hungry? It's already 10 p.m. and you haven't even eaten lunch." The boy nagged motherly. The strange feeling once again washed over Yunhee. She should have felt annoyed, yet it seemed like her heart had found one of the missing pieces. She blinked her eyes repeatedly, what was happening to her?    "Shouldn't you at least be happy that I'm back? And no, I'm not hungry." She sneered but as soon as she finished her statement her stomach betrayed her, growling like I tiger defending her cubs. Key furrowed his brows, trying to decipher what that strange sound had been while observing everything around him to find the source.    "Did you hear that strange sound as well?" He asked sincerely confused still scanning the room. His eyes landed on Yunhee who was blushing while bending her head down in embarrassment, her hand secretly clutching onto her stomach.    "OMG! It was your stomach, wasn't it?!" Key hollered trying to keep in his laughter. He didn't want to be inconsiderate since Yunhee seemed quite difficult to get close to.    "No it wasn't. You're imagining things. I didn't hear anything." She denied till the end, too embarrassed to actually admit that she had been starving for hours. Key shot her a not so convinced look and chuckled. No matter how she tried to act cold, she looked cute in that moment.    "Aigoo, what do I do with the leftover of our dinner? It's such a pity and waste to throw it away...I'm going to take a shower, but for whoever is hungry the noodles are on the kitchen counter~" He sighed defeatedly heading towards the bathroom. Yunhee found herself smiling at Key's back but soon snapped out of it, patting her cheeks to gain back her composure.  She walked towards the kitchen and true to Key's words, a bowl of still hot and fuming noodles was waiting for her on the counter. She bit her lip, feeling wholeheartedly thankful. What a lier...this isn't a leftover, he's been waiting for me to come back and eat it.   While she diligently ate she couldn't hold back her thoughts about her father. Was he once again drinking? Did he hate her for running away? What if he hurt himself while being drunk? She clenched her fists tightly, restraining herself from shooting up from her seat and dashing out of the door to go and check on her father.  The more she thought about it, the more worried she got and after finishing the noodles and slamming the pair of chopsticks on the counter she abruptly stood up.    "Oh hey! You've come back!" Jonghyun waved cheerfully stepping out of his room and entering the living room just when her hand was on its way to twist the handle.    "Oh hey...you're going...somewhere..." Jonghyun continued noticing that she had been trying to leave before he had showed up. Yunhee gulped down, what was she supposed to do now? She had wanted to take advantage of Key's absence to sneak out after leaving behind something to warn him that she would have been back, but now that Jonghyun was right there she didn't know what to do anymore. She knew that he wouldn't have let her go, but she needed to see her father, thus she hurriedly swung open the door with the intention of running away right in front of his eyes. She didn't care, she would have been back anyways.   "Yah! Where do you think you're going?!" Jonghyun asked, though he could already guess her destination. Yunhee hurriedly got out of the apartment just to bump into a firm chest, which obviously made her stop in her tracks. She groaned in both frustration and pain, although the latter wasn't even one thousandth the torture she would have had to endure if that had been her father in a drunk state. She didn't have the time to look up to see who she had bumped into even if she was curious. Because of the nearing figure of Jonghyun she had to literally push the man aside and flee into the already open elevator, hoping that the door would have closed in time.      Taemin blinked dumbfounded at what had just happened. He turned around to stare at the girl who hadn't thought twice before shoving him out of the way. But despite feeling slightly wronged because it hadn't been his fault and he had expected an apology, he couldn't help but think that she looked kind of familiar. He turned shaking his head, it couldn't be her.    "Hyung what happened? Why are you chasing after that girl?" He questioned seeing as Jonghyun had a slightly panicking expression. The older boy fixed his gaze on Taemin, almost as if he had noticed his presence only in that moment.    "She's the girl we told you about at the phone. Aish...Yunhee shouldn't really go back to her house" The boy sighed exasperatedly "after we called you we found out her father was the one who had caused all those bruises..."    "What?! D-did you just say Yunhee?!" Taemin frowned, there were too many similarities for it to be a coincidence. He had promised Naeun he would have taken care of her unni and with his own eyes he had witnessed how bad her injuries actually were. The images were still so vivid, the deep cuts on her arms, the dark marks on her neck, it had shocked him and worried him.    "Yeah what's wrong with her name? Aish what am I doing?! We don't have time to talk! We need to go!" Jonghyun hissed    "Hyung I'll go after her, you go back in and tell Key hyung about what happened." Taemin didn't even wait for his friend's answer before spinning around and rushing down the stairs. Just when he reached the ground floor he saw Yunhee outside the building and let out a breathe, silently thanking the glass doors. He panicked when she hailed a taxi and disappeared in the car, which soon sped away.  He mentally cursed, he was oh so lucky...He thought of hailing another taxi and follow them, but the one Yunhee had hopped into was long gone and out of sight. He ruffled his hair in frustration, that was not how he would have kept his promise to Naeun. Oh right! Naeun! He snapped his fingers in realization and despite feeling a little sorry for disturbing her, he fished out his phone and called his 'girlfriend'.    "Hello?" She tiredly answered. A feeling in the pit of his stomach told him something was wrong, yet he had left her barely an hour ago and she had been alright.    "Are you okay?" He
