I continued to watch from above.  Earth has not changed yet.  But I am guessing it will.  The hospital has moved on from its life.  Happiness returned around them, but they always leave my room occupied even though I'm not there anymore.  They weren't scared.  They know I am still there.  I cried.  

Cried not because I'm sad.

Cried because I am still within their hearts.

I then noticed someone visiting my grave.  It's Kai-sunbae.  He has grown.  His family of three.  A job as a surgeon, a life saver.  I smiled happily.  I noticed him crying.  Was he regretting that he did not know what was gonna happen to me after the confession? I don't know.  He left a note beside it.  And then he left.

I swoop down to see.  I smiled sadly.  I closed my eyes and felt tears running down my eyes.

His words were:  I love you so much.

I knew that he loves me only like a little sister.  But that was the first I love you from him.  Then behind me, Kai was still staring at the grave.  I wiped his cheeks, which he must've felt because he then touched it.  My hand.  I happily cried and whispered the words I've always meant to say. My time is running out.  I must go back to heaven.  Kai smiled and cried.  I did too.

What were those words? 

"Thank you.  Goodbye.  I love you too."  I then disappeared.  I have finally moved on.
