Dear Diary,

Today is my first day in high school as a second year.  I am so excited as usual.  Only one more year left till I can finally graduate and go succeed my dream as a photographer.  I, Hannah, will do my best today!

I stared at the sky blankly.  The feeling is mutual.  I would always think of that.  Love is just another word for feeling.  Nothing more and nothing less.  But it's weird.  It's as if it's disappearing one by one.  Shattering into pieces, this feeling inside my heart.  I slowly touched my chest, which pumped inside is my beating heart.  Yes.  I am alive.  Here in this world.  I am still one whole.  

The Sakura tree, oldest of the old around my hometown, bloomed slowly against the season of summer.  It is still summer here.  And so it will grow patiently until it dies off next year.  Such a cruel world we live in huh? Everyone wishes for immortality, to still see the living world till the end.  But unfortunately no one can stop our fates.  Once decided, it's decided.  

The Sakura petals began to fall against the wind.  I stared at the pink colors filled with wonder and amazement.  Such a beautiful sight.  It can never last long.  I felt a petal brush past my rosy cheek.  I smiled.  Happiness will bring happiness to this world.  My mom's words.  They can never be undone.

I walked my way towards the road that will eventually lead me to school.  There is the only place where I can be truly who I am.  There I find comfort.  There I find love.
