Jieun's Pov

"IU-aahhh~ IU, wake up~ We're gonna be late!" I tried to shake IU's shoulders, in hopes of waking the sleeping girl up.

"Hmmm, Jieunnieee~ It's too earlyyy~ Just a little longerr~~" IU shifted and turned so that her back was facing me now.

"B-but, then we're gonna miss brealfast." And after I said that, IU sat straight up in bed and moved me away as she ran to the bathroom. I stood there a little stunned. What just happened?

In a couple minutes, she was out dressed in her uniform, hair up and some make-up on. I was waiting for her by sitting on the couch. As soon as she came out I stood up and walked to the door, as I opened it and held it open for her to go through first.

"You sure were quick." I stated. Since it still was a bit surprising to see her change so quickly. She must be really hungry?

"Well, breakfast is the most meal of the day." IU giggled a bit. I just shook my head a little and remembered that she said that about all of the eating times in a day. I sometimes envy her fast metabolism. *sigh*

------(skipping breakfast scene)-----

"Waaahhhh~~ Still sooo tireddd~~" IU complained a bit as she stretched her arms up in the air and then resting them on her head.

"Really? The food didn't wake you up?" I giggled a bit seeing IU still half-asleep yet able to walk in forward.

"A full tummy is only making me eve MORE tiredd~~" IU groaned. I couldn't help but try to stifle my laughter.

"What do you have first?" I asked since we do not have first period together today, which I fine a bit unsettling considering the last time I was on my own, I ended up lost and having to go to the garden.

"Uhh...I think I have Pre-Calculus Honors first?" She said a bit uncertained as she stopped walking for a moment to think.

"Is that a question or a statement?" I couldn't help by ask as I tried to hold back my giggle.

"Statement...I think? UGH! And just when I thought I had my schedule finally memorized. Damn-"

"Language, IU..." I interrupted, I am just not a big fan on "curse" or "bad" words.

"-Darn it, I left my schedule back on the dorm room. *sigh* Better go to the office and ask for a new one, better than running all the way back to the dorms." IU stated as she her heel and started to head in the opposite direction of where we were going.

"GO ON WITHOUT ME, JIEUN! I'LL SEE YOU LATER!" IU called back as her walk soon turned into a sprint towards the office. I just shook my head and smiled(a habit that I have been doing frequently). I re-turn around and start to head down the hall alone.

"Hmm, now that I think about, what class do I have next?" I started to rummage through my bag to pull out my schedule, as I still walked forward.

Bad idea.

In the next second(or minute), I found myself falling backwards, about to hit the floor. I braced myself for impact by closing my eyes tightly, hoping the pain would come and go soon. But...it never came.

I found myself not hitting the ground, instead it felt as though I stopped in mid-air.

I re-opened my eyes and came face to face with an angel.

The closeness of our faces was enough for us to feel the heat radiating off each other as well as feel the warmth of our breaths.

My face started to unconsciously heat up and before I knew it, I was my blushing self again. I tried to hide it with my hands, but it was no use. The angel that caught me was already lightly chuckling at my behavior.

My gosh, even his laugh was heavenly. It was so subtle and nice to listen to. I shake my head a bit to snap out of it. What was I thinking, I didn't even know who this guy was and yet I am already fantasizing about him. Aaaah! Pabo Jieun, pabo Jieun!

"Hey, are you alright?" I heard the angel speak which made me immediately look up to him.

"Y-yes, I-I'm f-fine. T-thank you very m-much for catching me." Wow, way to go Jieun. I just couldn't help but stutter a bit. He was good looking, a lot of the guys in this school were, but for some reason, even without knowing him yet, I felt safe yet nervous around him. M
