No one's POV: 

"You didn't have to do this" Tao said as Kris sat him down 
"Yes I did" Kris replied 
"But why?"
"Because it's your birthday" Kris began as he took the remaining present's from Tao and laid them out 
"Plus I think I owe you for what's happpened recently" he finished and Tao paused
"Not really, I forgave you" he said 
"After I made you guys worry sick, get the police out looking for me and then thinking I was dead" Kris replied as Tao sighed and pulled Kris down next to him. 

"Just sit and help me enjoy this" he muttered as Kris smiled and nodded...

"How come you got use the present but not Tao?" Xiumin asked as he and Luhan glared at Baekhyun and Chanyeol
"Because Kris threatened us" Baekhyun replied
"And he is really scary with his threats" Chanyeol added whilst Joonmyun sighed
"Give the guys a break" he said and Xiumin and Luhan glared at them one final time before walking away and both could sigh in relief. The group (minus Tao and Kris) were all hanging out in Joonmyun and Yixing's room for the evening. Chanyeol had suggested a sleepover but when Joonmyun considered the amount of fizzy drinks that would probably be consumed... and Chanyeol drinking them... he quickly decided against the idea and that everyone had to be out be midnight. 

"They're back" Baekhyun said happily when Yixing and Chen walked into the room, food and drinks in hand 
"Chanyeol, someone's here to see you" Yixing said and Chanyeol frowned as he got up and walked to the door where his eyes widened
"Yu-Yura?" he asked whilst everyone else frowned
"Who's Yura?" Sehun asked but everyone shushed him 
"Hi Channie" the girl replied and Chanyeol pulled her in for a hug whilst the others continued to frown 
"What are you doing here?" Chanyeol asked when he broke the hug and Yura stared at the others before hesitating.

"He's back" she whispered and Chanyeol frowned before it dawned on him who Yura was talking about
"Oh" he replied
"He keeps pestering mum, asking her to take him back and once or twice we've had to call the police because he's come to mum shouting at her" Yura explained and Chanyeol frowned 
"Why is he back?" he asked 
"He blew all of his money on a gambling, he thought that if mum bought him back into the family he'll get more money to waste" Yura replied 
"Mum isn't taking him back is she?" Chanyeol asked and Yura shook her head. 

"She's trying to get the police to do something to keep him away. But until he does something that endangers one of us they can't do anything" she replied 
"Which is why I'm here" she added
"What do you mean?" Chanyeol asked 
"Because mum keeps pushing dad away, he keeps getting angry and threatens that he's going to hurt either me or you. So I'm warning you that dad could come here and hunt you down" Yura replied 
"Does he know where you live?" Chanyeol asked worriedly and Yura shook her head
"Which is why I'm trying to convince mum to move in with me for a while" she added and Chanyeol sighed in relief. 

Meanwhile, the others were sat there watching and listening into the conversation, it seemed as if Chanyeol and his sister had forgotten that they were there and in their own little world themselves 
"I should be going back now" Yura muttered 
"Want me to walk you to your car?" Chanyeol asked 
"It's alright, I walked, dad doesn't know where I live but he's seen my car enough times to know what it looks like" Yura replied but Chanyeol shook his head 
"No way, come with me to SooMan's office and we'll see if he can get you a taxi or something" and with that marched Yura down the hall before she could say anything else and leaving the others there confused as ever.

'Man you can be heavy' Kris thought as he carried a sleeping Tao inside
"Fun night?" Chanyeol asked
"Yeah but Tao here decided to fall asleep and have me pack all the stuff away before carrying him inside" Kris replied and Chanyeol laughed 
"Well you know what Tao is like" he said and Kris nodded before he paused
"What happened to you?" he asked as his eyes widened 
"Nothing why?" Chanyeol asked and Kris' eyes narrowed 
"Don't play dumb with me Park Chanyeol" he replied and Chanyeol dropped his gaze to the floor whilst Kris sighed. 

"You come with me, when I put Tao down we're having a chat, no buts" he said and Chanyeol silently followed Kris back to his room.

When Kris finally made it back to his room, he carefully laid Tao down and stretched his arms, sighing in relief that he could finally put Tao down before turning back to Chanyeol 
"Now you can tell me what happened" he said and Chanyeol sighed. 

*flashback* 

"You don't have to do this" Yura said as she walked next to Chanyeol 
"Yes I do, you may be older than me but I still care about you" Chanyeol replied as they turned the corner to SooMan's office 
"No you need to leave now" they heard SooMan say and when both of them looked, both froze
"Oh no" Yura muttered as their father turned to them and smirked
"Hello Yura" he said before turning to Chanyeol and his smirk left his face as Chanyeol walked over to him 
"You need to leave now" he said, grabbing his arm.

"Get of me" his father replied, fighting out of his grip 
"Don't want people like you topuching me" he added and Chanyeol glared at him 
"Leave" he said through gritted teeth 
"And why should I?"
"Because nobody wants you here" Chanyeol replied as his father rolled his eyes 
"Not without her" he replied, pointing to Yura 
"She's not going anywhere with you" Chanyeol said and his father glared at him now.

"She will because I am her father" 
"You were never a father to us" Chanyeol said and with that his father punched him in the face and he fell to the floor with a blood lip 
"What are you doing?" Yura shouted as her father tried to grab her arm but she moved away and SooMan ran to check if Chanyeol was alright 
"You're nuts, why do you keep doing this? Hassling mum when you know she won't come back to you EVER and then doing this to your own son?" she added
"I want your mother to take me back because I love her. I didn't mean to hit Chanyeol like that you know I love you guys" he replied.

"Love? You call this love? You've never loved us! Ever since we were young all we saw was you beating mum everyday and when she wasn't there you used us for punch bags instead. Heck, even when Chanyeol came out you threw him out of the house and that's what spurred mum on to kick you out! You've never loved us and you never will!" Yura shouted 
"You little " her father muttered as he went to punch her but Chanyeol stepped in the way and took the punch instead 
"Like I said; nobody wants you here" and with that punched his dad in the face.... 

*end of flashback*

"He's been gone for ages now what if something happened?" Baekhyun asked as he and Joonmyun walked down the hall and spotted Kris walking up 
"Before you ask, yes I have seen Chanyeol, he's in the nurses office, go there now" he said as he continued walking past and into his room whilst Baekhyun paused before running down to Chanyeol.

First of, sorry for not updating ALL DAY yesterday but I was at Eden Project for the whole day and didn't get back until nearly midnight o.O
