No one's POV: 

When Xiumin slowly started waking up, it felt as if he was in a whole new world. Everything around him looked as if it was swimming and the whole of Earth was now underwater. As he tried to sit up, he felt pain across his stomach and instead laid back down groaning. That was when he felt something on his hand and when he looked down, saw another hand around his and when he looked up, his eyes widened when he saw Chen sleeping in the chair next to his bed. 
'What is he doing here?' Xiumin thought and tried to moved his hand away from Chen's but even in his sleep, Chen still kept a tight grip on his hand and Xiumin laid there with a huff... guess he would have to wait until Chen woke up to speak to him. 

Speaking of which, no sooner had Xiumin laid back in his original position did he hear Chen groan and begin to move... now Xiumin was panicing... yes he wanted to speak to Chen... but now he was beginning to think that maybe that wasn't such a good idea... so he instead closed his eyes to pretend that he was still sleeping. As Chen woke up, he checked to see if Xiumin had woken up whilst he was sleeping before slowly and carefully removing his hand and stretching his arms... cracking his elbow in the process 
"Ow" he muttered and Xiumin had to stop himself from smiling as Chen got up out of his seat and walked out of the room to stretch himself whilst Xiumin opened his eyes and slowly sat up. As he looked around the room, his eyes widened when he saw the balloons floating about, present at the end of his bed waiting for him and most of all... his favorite so far... the cake!

When he saw the presents he tried to reach over to grab one and open it... instead his stomach thought otherwise and once again he was in pain 
"Ok, ok, I'm not moving" he muttered and laid back down once again as the door opened and Chen stepped back in, eyes widened when he saw Xiumin moving 
"You're awake" he said and Xiumin jumped at his voice and turned to face him 
"We need to talk" he said and tried to get up but Chen ran over and pushed him back down 
"Oh no, you need to rest" he said and Xiumin hugged
"But I need to talk to you" Xiumin replied and Chen sighed 
"Settle down and then we will talk" he said and slowly Xiumin stopped and turned to him. 

"What are you doing here?" he asked
"I have a promise to keep" Chen replied and sat back down in his seat whilst Xiumin sighed
"And now I'm awake you'll probably leave again" he muttered
"Why do you think that?" Chen asked
"Oh I don't know, Henry kissed me and instead you thought it was the other way around" Xiumin replied and then it fell silent. When Xiumin saw Chen get up he thought he was just going to walk out and leave him again... instead Xiumin was quite surprised when Chen walked over to him and hugged him tightly. 

"I am so sorry" he whispered and Xiumin frowned 
"H-huh?" he asked
"I'm sorry for not letting you tell your side of the story, I'm sorry for leaving the room in such a state and I'm sorry for walking out on you like that... I feel like such an idiot and it took three attempts to try and talk to you for this" Chen whispered and Xiumin smiled and hugged him back
"Why three attempts?" he asked 
"You were sleeping those times" Chen replied and Xiumin laughed
"Well I'm sorry for sleeping those times" he muttered and Chen smiled before breaking the hug and pulling Xiumin in for a kiss. 

"Like how the room is set out?" Chen asked as Xiumin nodded 
"Yeah, who did all of this?" he asked 
"Kyungsoo and the others whilst you were in the theatre... which reminds me I need to get a nurse and then call them" Chen replied but Xiumin shook his head
"Stay with me while I open my presents" he whined and Chen laughed
"Fine, which one first?" he asked and Xiumin pointed to the biggest present as Chen handed it to him 
"What is it?" Chen asked as Xiumin opened it before his eyes widened and he blushed like mad. 

"U-uh..." was all he could say and when Chen looked his eyes widened himself before he checked who it was from 
"I am going to kill Baekhyun and Chanyeol when they arrive" he muttered whilst Xiumin continued to blush.

"The fun has arrived" Chanyeol sang as he and the other entered the room... only to have Chen walk over to him and Baekhyun and smack them on the head 
"What was that for?" Baekhyun asked 
"For the present you gave to Xiumin" Chen replied and both Chanyeol and Baekhyun grinned at each other whilst Chen rolled his eyes and walked back over to Xiumin's bed 
"Don't let Tao near the cake" Kris called as he ran over 
"I thought there was going to be unicorn balloons" Yixing whined
"Dude, you're seventeen" Jongin replied, earning a pout from the latter. 

"You finally spoke to him then" Joonmyun said as he wondered over to Chen 
"More like a hug and a tiny bit of begging" Chen replied and Joonmyun smiled 
"That's how you do it" he muttered and Chen nodded 
"YAH I thought I said keep Tao away from the cake!"...

They're back together!! :D 

This will be it for tonight because I (cantthinkofname) dropped a glass cup on my toes :'( hurt like a *insert inappropriate word here* 
So now I'm placing a VERY cold flannel on them, crying a little and watching Grease whilst kpoploving1 has homework to do -__-
