stories around the campfire

Camp Gay

“You’re up early.”

Kyuhyun brought his head up, the faintest smile across his blue lips, “Couldn’t sleep.”

“I know,” Sungmin draped his blanket over Kyuhyun’s shivering shoulders. “You were up all night tossing and turning. Is something the matter?”

“It’s nothing,” Kyuhyun suppressed a sigh as he laid his head on the other’s shoulder. “Just have a lot of things on my mind, I guess.”

“Well, tell me about them then,” Sungmin brought his hand to Kyuhyun’s knee, a subtle sign of comfort. “You should know that I’m always ready to listen.”

“If I tell you, you’ll hate me,” he bit his lip before going on, “and I don’t want you to hate me.”

“I don’t think I could ever hate you, hon,” he said sweetly. “Besides, you can tell me anything.”

Kyuhyun swallowed before starting, “What if I told you…that I am afraid?”

“Well, I’m glad you’re finally being honest.” Sungmin flashed him a proud smile, although with Kyuhyun on his shoulder with his eyes shut, he was unable to see it.

“But…it’s fine to be afraid of just one thing. It’s another thing to be afraid of everything.”

“Like what?”

“Like what people are gonna think of me. And how they’re gonna look at me every time I walk down the halls, or what they’re going to say about me when they find out I’m dating a guy.” He squeezed Sungmin’s hand as he said those final words, as if to assure him that he hadn’t any problem with dating him; it’s other people that he’s worried about. “Sounds stupid, doesn’t it?”

“Not at all,” he shook his head and squeezed his hand back. “Back in my old school, I used to get bullied every freaking day. It was horrible; thankfully, all the scars and bruises had already healed, but the names that they used to call me still sting me up to this day. Have I ever told you that?”

“No,” he replied softly. “Does Eunhyuk know?”

“Yeah. That’s why we’re always looking out for each other; he doesn’t want me to go through the same crap I went through before I transferred, and I don’t want him to be hurt like I have been.” He revealed. “And just so you know, I don’t want you to get hurt either. Take my word for it.”

“How did you do it?”

“What?”

“How did you manage to—I don’t know—become so…strong?”

A small smile tugged on the corner of Sungmin’s lips, “On the day before my first day at our school, I didn’t sleep, because I was too busy thinking in bed. I thought about how stupid it was to hide who I was just because other people didn’t like it—so I just stopped caring.”

“Just like that?”

“Just like that.”

“Wasn’t it hard…dealing with other people?”

“It was, at first. But you get used to it eventually.” He sighed softly. “Kyuhyun, the people who can’t accept you for who you are aren’t worth your time. I think it’s time you take a step back in life to see who your real friends are.”

“I already know that,” he said. “The only real friends I have are Siwon and Donghae. And they’re the two biggest idiots in school.”

“Why, Kyuhyun, I’m hurt.”

“What?”

“You don’t consider me a real friend?”

Kyuhyun pressed his lips against Sungmin’s jaw; it was soft and barely even a kiss, yet it was enough to make Sungmin feel tingly inside. “But you’re my boyfriend, aren’t you?”

Sungmin blushed, “Oh, that’s right.”

He chuckled, “Has anybody ever told you how cute you are?”

“Yes, and I never tire of hearing it.” He batted his eyelashes, in an effort to enhance his apparent cuteness.

Kyuhyun couldn’t help but grin as he shook his head at him. “You’re…you’re like a big, soft bunny.”

“I like that,” Sungmin giggled. “‘Bunny’. That can be your pet name for me.”

“My thoughts exactly,” he agreed.

After a brief moment of surprisingly comfortable silence—the kind of silence in which words needn’t be said, Sungmin spoke in a calm and reassuring voice, “Kyuhyun, I know you’re afraid about what effect your ual orientation is going to make on your social standing, but even if all those plastic freaks drop you just because you’re gay, it doesn’t matter because I’ll always be here. And I won’t leave you. Ever.”

Kyuhyun held his pinky out, “You promise?”

A large grin formed on Sungmin’s lips as he locked his pinky with his. “I promise.”

“I can’t believe you woke up me up at 7 AM just to do your hair.” Eunhyuk grumbled as he continued to put Donghae’s hair into two tiny pigtails. “By the way, you totally need to start using extensions. Sungmin can help you find some good ones.”

“Really?” he asked. “Don’t you have any I can use?”

“I don’t really look good with long hair.” He admitted. “But I think you’d look really pretty with your hair just a little bit longer, and maybe a little bit lighter.”

“Minnie did say he was going to find me a suitable color to dye my hair in before we go back to school.” Donghae revealed. “Maybe you can come with us? We can find a color for you too.”

“Why, don’t you like my red hair?” he asked.

“No, of course I do,” he smiled and squeezed his boyfriend’s thigh reassuringly. “I just thought you’d like a change, s’all.”

“Oh. Well, a change would be nice, but I think I’ll stick with being a redhead for a little while longer.” He said as he finished doing Donghae’s hair. “Hae, after a dozen tries, I think I finally got it right.”

“Looks perfect, Hyukkie,” Donghae admired his reflection in his hand mirror. “Thanks for this. I promise that once I get good enough, I’ll do your hair.”

“I’d like that, Hae,” Eunhyuk nuzzled his nose in Donghae’s neck. “I’m glad you’re having fun exploring yourself.”

“Thanks for being so supportive, Hyukkie,” he grinned as he wrapped his arms around the older boy’s neck. “You know, I think it’d make Minnie really happy if you tried out some of the things we do. I remember you telling me that you borrow Sungmin’s shoes—maybe you can wear some of his heels sometime.”

“I would enjoy a gorgeous pair of heels,” he admitted, feeling slightly flustered. “In fact, I brought my favorite pair of pumps with me here.”

“Really? How come I never see you wearing them?”

“I don’t usually like to wear them in public.” He revealed. “I once wore them to the mall with Sungmin and you won’t believe the looks we got from people. Plus, I got so many blisters on my feet by the end of the day.”

“Aw, that’s too bad, Hyukkie,” he sympathized. “But I bet the shoes looked great on you. You ought to show them to me sometime.”

“Better yet,” Eunhyuk opened his backpack and dug for the pink shoebox he had packed. “Why don’t I give them to you?”

“What? But, Hyukkie, these are yours.”

“It’s fine; I can always steal my sister’s shoes when she’s out of the house.” He shrugged. “Besides, I think our feet are just about the same size and I don’t even use them that often anymore.”

“Hyukkie, these are so pretty,” Donghae said with awe as he stared at the glittery pair of pumps in the box. “How come I’ve never seen you wear these?”

“I don’t really like wearing them in public,” he admitted. “I only get to wear them whenever Sungmin and I hold our monthly private fashion show at his house. Sometimes, his family comes to watch, but most of the time, it’s just the two of us, strutting around like idiots.”

“Did you wear dresses too?”

“Nope,” he shook his head. “Just a couple of girly t-shirts and colored skinny jeans. And of course, some killer heels.”

“Can I watch your guys’ next fashion show?” he asked eagerly.

“Of course, honey. You can even join if you want.” He smiled warmly. “I’m sure Sungmin would be glad to have an addition in our show.”

“I feel so excited already,” he squealed, clapping his hands like a little kid. “You’re doing so much for me and I can’t even do the same for you. I hope that one day, I can give you just as much as what you’ve given me.”

“I think a kiss would be fine,” Eunhyuk’s puckered lips were ready and waiting.

Donghae smiled before softly pressings his lips against his, “You hungry, honey?”

“That depends,” he smirked. “Are you on today’s menu?”

“I’m on every day’s menu,” Donghae giggled. “But I was thinking maybe we can get some breakfast first?”

Eunhyuk laughed, “Alright, let’s go.”

Hand-in-hand, the two made their way out their tent, only to see some very familiar figures snuggling under a shared blanket by the campfire, just silently enjoying each other’s company.

“So this is what we look like to other people,” Eunhyuk quipped. “No wonder they complain so much about our ‘public display of affection’.”

“I think it’s cute,” Donghae remarked, before subtly turning to his boyfriend to whisper, “But we’re way cuter.”

Eunhyuk put his arm around Donghae’s shoulders before turning back to the couple, “Are we interrupting you?”

“Yes, you are,” Sungmin hissed playfully. “Please proceed back to your cave and don’t come out until we’ve become zombies who want to eat your brains.”

Donghae looked at Eunhyuk with fear in his eyes, “Zombies?”

“Don’t scare him, Min,” Eunhyuk rubbed the frightened boy’s back reassuringly.

“Nice pigtails, Hae,” Kyuhyun snorted. “Before I know it, I might see you prancing around in bras and skirts soon.”

“But he won’t be as pretty as me though, right?” Sungmin asked.

“Of course not,” Kyuhyun agreed immediately, followed by the two rubbing their noses together.

“Oh my God, are you two a couple now?” Eunhyuk asked, one hand carefully placed over his mouth in shock.

Sungmin looked to Kyuhyun, as if asking for confirmation. Kyuhyun responded with a small bob of the head, giving Sungmin permission to announce the wonderful news.

“Yes,” Sungmin revealed with the widest grin anyone has ever seen. “Oh my God, I’m so happy, I could shout it to the heavens. WORLD, I AM DATING CHO KYUHYUN—TAKE THAT, MOM, WHO SAID I WOULD NEVER GET A BOYFRIEND!”

Kyuhyun had to pull him back down and clamp his hand over his mouth to keep him quiet. “Be quiet, Min, or you might wake up—”

“Did I hear that right?” Heechul came out from his tent, having been woken up from the noise. His eyes were still droopy and his hair was a mess, but somehow, he still appeared quite appealable.

“About me and Kyuhyun dating? You bet your you did!” Sungmin confirmed loudly.

“No, about your mother saying you’d never get a boyfriend.” Heechul responded tonelessly.

“Oh, well, I love my mommy but she’s just as much of a as I am.” He revealed as if it were the most normal thing in the world. “But never mind that, everyone, we have to celebrate!”

“Celebrate what? The union of two people who act like they hate each other most of the time who will probably eventually, engage in ion behind those tents where we can see your silhouettes humping and stuff?” Heechul asked, obviously upset that his sleep had been interrupted.

“Yes, exactly.” Sungmin was unfazed.

Heechul nearly facepalmed, “With all the lovey-dovey stuff going on here, I swear you people are going to get me fired someday.”

“I think you’d do an excellent job of that yourself for fooling around with a student.” Kyuhyun said.

“Hey, massages do not count as fooling around.” Heechul said defensively. “I merely consider that a medical procedure.”

“Let’s hope the school board sees it that way too.” Sungmin squeezed Kyuhyun’s hand, who agreed with a chuckle.

“Sees what in what way?” Siwon unexpectedly showed up, clad only in a pair of boxers as he wiped his hair dry.

“Oh, hey, Won,” Kyuhyun, by impulse, let go of Sungmin’s hand as he smiled nervously. “Do you always shower so early in the morning?”

“Not usually,” he revealed. “I just woke up a little early today, so I decided to go for a brief jog while I had the chance. The shower afterwards really hit the spot though. So what’s everyone talking about over here?”

“Nothing important,” Heechul fibbed. “Just discussing breakfast, s’all.”

“Oh? So what’s the verdict?” Siwon was all-smiles, until he noticed Donghae clutching Eunhyuk’s arm just a little too tightly. “Whoa there, Hae. It looks like you’re about to cut off the blood circulation in Eunhyuk’s arm.”

“I-it’s okay,” Eunhyuk waved his hand dismissively. “I don’t mind, really.”

Siwon continued to warily stare down his fellow football player, “Since when did you start wearing pigtails?”

“I just thought I’d try them out…” Donghae dropped his gaze as he tugged on Eunhyuk’s arm for any form of back-up.

“Well? Aren’t you going to tell him?” Eunhyuk demanded like a rightfully impatient boyfriend.

“But, Hyukkie—”

“And what about you?” Sungmin stared at Kyuhyun with an equally expectant look upon his face. “Do you plan on telling him anytime soon?”

“Tell me what?” Siwon asked curiously. “What’s going on?”

Siwon came from a very religious family and has been taught that homouality is a sin. A part of both Donghae and Kyuhyun knew that Siwon was a nice guy and would accept them regardless of their ual orientation, but still, they didn’t want to risk losing such a good friend.

Donghae has since become proud of his uality, but even he was afraid of what Siwon would think.

“Oh, for God’s sake,” Heechul, feeling prickly and irritable, finally snapped, “Siwon, believe it or not, your two best friends are gay, and yes, they have boyfriends, and yes, it’s these two diva queens over here. Now everyone please shut up and let me get my beauty sleep.”

Heechul took big, angry strides until he was back inside his tent, leaving behind a tense and awkward atmosphere.

“Um, Siwon, we can explain,” Kyuhyun attempted to reason with him.

“Explain what, Kyu?” Siwon seemed surprisingly comfortable with the revelation. “So you both like guys, so what? That doesn’t make either of you any less my friends.”

“Aww, Wonnie,” Donghae cheerfully threw his arms around the taller boy’s waist, trapping him in a tight, grateful embrace. “I’m so glad you’re okay with this.”

Siwon awkwardly patted his friend’s back in response, “Uh, sure...should I expect a lot of this? The skinship, I mean.”

“Get used to it, hon,” Sungmin linked his arm around Kyuhyun’s before resting his head on his shoulder. “Now, going back to our previous discussion, now that everything’s settled, shall we start celebrating?”

“With what? It’s not like we have any champagne or something.” Eunhyuk pointed out.

“On the contrary, my dear Hyukjae,” Sungmin smirked as he waved his index finger at him. “Some beer bottles seem to have stowed away in my things while I was packing, so by my estimation, I have just enough for the six of us, including Mr. Grumpy Sleeping Beauty back there.”

“Ming, it’s like eight o’ clock in the morning.” Kyuhyun said.

“And your point is?” Sungmin took his phone out and cranked up some of his favorite tunes, on full volume. “Alcohol doesn’t have a schedule, does it?”

Kyuhyun could barely hear his words over the music, which was surprisingly quite loud coming from a smartphone without speakers. In fact, it was so loud that—

“GODAMMIT!” Heechul hollered in response to his once again interrupted slumber.

“Do you have any idea what he’s planning?”

“No, and frankly, it’s scaring me a little bit.”

“He’s never called us to gather around the campfire before.”

“Maybe he’s gonna get his revenge for this morning—”

“Will you sissies please stop whispering over there?” Heechul growled, hands on his hips like an angry mother. “We’re about to start the campfire.”

“Chullie, what’s this about?” Eunhyuk was the first to voice out the question on everyone’s minds. “You’re not going to throw us into the fire one-by-one then eat us, are you?”

“As appealing as that sounds, that would be a no.” He said, glaring at him. “This morning, after you’ve all so rudely interrupted my precious sleep, I’ve come to a decision that I should use my position as camp counselor to an advantage. So tonight, I want us to find out a little bit more about each other by touching the most sensitive topic of all—”

“Weight?” Sungmin asked, actually looking worried that his weight would be discussed.

“Family?” Eunhyuk suggested.

“The Bible?” Siwon followed.

“Nemo!” Donghae grinned, making just about everyone shake their heads at him.

“No, no, no and no.” Heechul folded his arms across his chest. “I was going to say: uality. Obviously, everyone here has an interesting story to tell. First kiss, first love, first bedmate. So, who wants to go first?”

“I’ll do it,” Sungmin raised his hand and cleared his throat to get everyone’s attention. “Hm, let’s see. My first kiss was with Eunhyuk—”

What?” A fire flickered in Donghae’s puppy eyes. “You kissed my Hyukkie?”

“More than once, I may add.” Sungmin smirked proudly. “Let me just say for the record that Hyukjae and I have had some pretty rough make-out sessions; in fact, we came close once or twice to fourth base. But unfortunately, nothing ever happened.”

“Hyukkie, you used to date Sungmin?” Donghae asked, a look of betrayal painting his features. “How come you never told me?”

“Because I never dated him,” Eunhyuk cleared up the issue. “Sungmin and I made out a couple of times, but that was it. We were young and bored and hormonal—you get the picture.”

“Is he…better than me?” Donghae inquired innocently.

“Of course not, no one is.” Eunhyuk assured him, earning a death glare from his former make-out buddy, Sungmin.

“I resent that,” Sungmin pouted. “I happen to be a very good kisser. Kyuhyun can confirm that, right, honey?”

“You’re better than my ex, that’s for sure.” Kyuhyun said.

“Why don’t you tell them who your first kiss was, Hyukkie?” Sungmin smirked impishly.

Donghae listened intently, getting ready to write down whatever name that was to come out of Eunhyuk’s mouth in the Death Note he keeps in his mind.

Eunhyuk chuckled nervously at Donghae’s piercing gaze, “Um, well, technically, my first kiss was when I was thirteen with my then-girlfriend…but my first kiss with a boy was Choi Minho.”

“Oh, that’s right, you told me this before,” Donghae recalled. “But you two are over now, right?”

Eunhyuk stared at him blankly before sarcastically replying, “No, we’re now married with three kids.”

“Yah, you are so going on my Death Note.” He pouted.

“Sorry, Hae baby,” Eunhyuk couldn’t help but smile at his boyfriend’s pout as he kissed the side of his head.

“Are you really?”

“No, not really.”

“Hae, why don’t you tell them about your first kiss with Yoona?” Siwon suggested, making Eunhyuk’s nostrils flare up.

“Who the hell is Yoona?!” He demanded, inadvertently pushing Donghae off the log they were sitting on.

“She was, uh, you see…” Donghae scratched his head, trying to find an answer that wouldn’t result in his boyfriend going on a murderous rampage.

“She was Hae’s first girlfriend,” Kyuhyun revealed. “Or first beard. Whatever.”

“Well, someone really got around.” Eunhyuk sulked, crossing his arms and turning away from his helpless boyfriend. “How many else were there before me, pray tell?”

“Oh, please, Hyukjae,” Sungmin scoffed. “Before I pulled you out of the closet, the number of girls you dated is more than the number of fingers and toes I have.”

“You ,” Donghae hissed.

“That’s a nice way to put it.” Sungmin chuckled evilly as Eunhyuk glared at him while trying to calm his boyfriend down.

“Hae, come on,” he pleaded. “None of those girls mean anything to me anymore. Besides, out of all the people I’ve been with, you’re my favorite.”

“Uh-huh,” Donghae was skeptical. “How many people have you told that to?”

“You’re the first and only one.” Eunhyuk admitted as he buried his nose in Donghae’s neck, making him giggle when he hit a ticklish spot. “Am I forgiven now?”

“For now,” Donghae tried to keep a straight face, but he couldn’t help but smile as Eunhyuk’s hand made its way to his .

“I think it’s time we hear about my boyfriend’s first kiss.” Sungmin lovingly turned to Kyuhyun as he (figuratively) handed him the spotlight. “Go on, Kyu.”

“Well, my first kiss was with Seohyun and my second kiss was…well, you.” Kyuhyun revealed, making Sungmin squeal.

“Aww, I’m your first gay kiss?” Sungmin’s hands were on his chest for dramatic effect. “That’s so cute.”

“Well, obviously, you’ve led a very unexciting life.” Heechul told Kyuhyun with a snort.

“Just do what I do, honey,” Sungmin started. “Since my life has generally been a very boring one, I usually tell people that I was conceived during a to spice things up.”

Eunhyuk rolled his eyes, “Sungmin, you were conceived during your parents’ second honeymoon.”

“Huh. The first one must not have been very enjoyable then.” Heechul quipped.

“Hey, at least I’m not the result of a broken .” Sungmin took a jab at his best friend, making him groan at having been reminded of the circumstances of his…surprise arrival.

“Oh, Hyukkie,” Donghae immediately comforted him. “That’s nothing to be ashamed of, honey.”

“I know, Hae,” Eunhyuk mustered out a weak smile for him. “I’ve learned to get past that fact and I’ve made a vow to myself that someday, I will get my revenge on my parents for…not planning me.”

“And I’ll be right there by your side to help you.” Donghae said reassuringly as he kissed Eunhyuk’s cheek.

“If you two would kindly stop acting so disgustingly in front of us, I think we ought to hear about our Siwon’s first kiss.” Heechul decided.

“Oh,” Siwon blushed. “Well, it was freshman year, the moon was out and its glow fell upon us beautifully. We were on the playground, on the swings, and we had both snuck out to meet each other. It was a spur of the moment, but I’ll never forget it. She was a girl who sang in the church choir; we’ve split up since then but we’re still on good terms.”

The sincerity of Siwon’s antidote created a homey silence, as everyone stopped to think about how fortunate they are to have someone. Everyone except, “Well, this is getting us nowhere,” Heechul declared. “Let’s move on, shall we?”

“Wait, Heechul,” Siwon said. “You haven’t told us about your first kiss yet.”

“It was nothing special really,” he waved him off. “It was during a game of Spin the Bottle and she wasn’t even that good. And before any of you say anything, yes, my first kiss was with a girl, and no, I did not enjoy it at all.”

“Say, I have an idea.” Sungmin sprang up excitedly.

“Brace yourselves,” Eunhyuk warned quickly.

“We have some empty bottles left over from this morning,” he began. “Anyone up for a round of Spin the Bottle?”

Without even waiting for a response, Sungmin took out an empty beer bottle from his tent and placed it in the middle of their circle. “Who wants to go first?”

“How on earth did you guys manage to stay sober the whole day anyway?” Heechul asked curiously.

“Easy,” Eunhyuk replied. “Sungmin was the only one crazy enough to drink so early in the morning, so by the time he passed out, Siwon had made him a crapload of coffee to drink.”

“My head still hurts though, and I feel like I’m going to puke any minute now, but whatever.” Sungmin shrugged as he spun the bottle. “I hope it lands on—holy mother of crap.”

With eyes wide and mouths hanging open, everyone quietly stared at the bottle pointing at Donghae.

“Sungmin, don’t you even dare think about it—” Eunhyuk threatened.

“Oh, relax, Hyukkie, it’s just a game,” Sungmin shut his eyes, puckered his lips and leaned over to kiss Donghae, until he felt a force pulling him back in his seat—a force named Cho Kyuhyun.

“Spin the bottle, Hae,” he dismissed.

Donghae blinked, “But, Kyu, we haven’t even kissed yet—”

“Just do it.” He insisted hastily.

Donghae glanced at Eunhyuk before spinning the empty bottle, which, after a few spins, landed on Sungmin.

“See?” Sungmin asked. “The universe wants us to kiss.”

“Well, I don’t.” Kyuhyun stated.

“Me neither,” Eunhyuk agreed as he grabbed the bottle and gave it a whirl. “If fate really does exist, it should land on—Heechul?”

“Pucker up, honey,” Heechul gestured for the teenager to come closer and Eunhyuk almost did, until he saw Donghae giving him the dirtiest look he’s ever seen (it was even worse than Sungmin’s dirty looks).

“Um, maybe you should just spin the bottle, Chullie,” Eunhyuk gulped.

Heechul rolled his eyes, “Fine.”

Perhaps Heechul had rigged the game, or maybe it was just fate butting in, but the minute the bottle stopped spinning and pointed at Siwon, Heechul knew somebody up there really did love him.

“Any objections?” he asked the crowd. “No? Alright then.”

“Um, hold on, isn’t this just a little bit unorthodox?” Siwon had started to sweat. “I mean, we are teacher and student, after all…”

“Oh, come on, Wonnie,” Sungmin said. “Nobody’s ever gonna know but us. Plus, this could be a fun experience for you.”

“But—”

“Come on, Won,” Donghae persuaded. “One kiss won’t hurt.”

“Well, just for the sake of the game…” Siwon cleared his throat and reluctantly turned towards Heechul, who was trying his best to seem innocent. “I guess one kiss won’t be so bad.”

“You sure about this?” Heechul asked.

“…I think.”

“Because I don’t want to force you into anything you don’t want to do—”

“Oh, for God’s sakes, just do it.” Kyuhyun said impatiently.

“Oh, what the hell,” Heechul shrugged before cupping both sides of Siwon’s faces and pulling his lips against his.

Siwon didn’t kiss back immediately, but when he finally did, it felt like eternal bliss to Heechul. The feel of Siwon’s lips on his was almost like magic; it was probably the closest to heaven Heechul was ever going to get.

“Um, e-excuse me,” Siwon stuttered when he finally found the strength to pull away. “I just realized I have something to do…in the tent.”

Siwon hurriedly scurried off into his tent to pull himself back together. The kiss was nothing like he expected; it was nice and warm and romantic—it was totally different from all the kisses he’s had before. Siwon thought it would be weird to kiss another man, but instead, it felt sort of right.

In fact, he enjoyed it. A lot.

“Hyukkie?”

“Yeah?”

“How long have we been dating?”

“A month?”

“A month and three days.”

“A month and three days,” Eunhyuk echoed. “Right. I knew that.”

“Well, I’ve been doing some thinking and,” Donghae inhaled deeply before continuing. “I think I’m ready.”

“Ready for what?” he asked.

“Ready for my first time,” he revealed. “Our first time. Together.”

“Oh,” it took a minute for Eunhyuk’s brain to process what Donghae had just told him. And when he finally realized what the latter was talking about, his eyes widened and his cheeks turned into a light shade of red, “Oh…”

As Donghae stared at him with nervous eyes, Eunhyuk mentally thanked Sungmin for reminding him to bring a bottle of lube to camp.
