3 YEARS LATER

CHEN's POV (Point Of View)

I'd been planning for this day for a long time. The dating ban was finally off and we had all graduated from college. Minji was working as a successful doctor in a local hospital while us EXO boys continued promoting in Korea and China. I knew exactly how the proposal was going to go, but I was very nervous. I had told Minji to meet me at the shops because I wanted to go shopping with her since we hadn't in a long time. It was a Sunday, so there was almost no one there. Except EXO.

"Are you guys ready?" I asked them as they hid in their respective spots.

"Yes!" they all shouted. I smiled. **This is it.** A few moments later, I saw Minji walk into the shops. I waved at her, catching her attention. She smiled and walked over to me.

"Hello there." I say, draping my arm over her shoulder as she placed a kiss on my cheek. I loved how our relationship hasn't wavered after all these years of dating secretly. We smiled at each other and walked around the shops until we arrived at that little shop once again. We stepped in and saw the nice lady at the counter. I winked at her when Minji wasn't looking. She was part of this proposal as well. We went to look at the plushies first. There was one huge Blue Bear, even bigger than the last one I bought for her. She looked at it, smiling.

"Can you buy me this, oppa?" she asked me, pointing at it. I chuckled.

"Maybe..." I tell her, making her pout in disappointment. **Don't be disappointed.** "Let's look at the jewellery, Minji-ah." I say, leading her to the counter of jewellery on display.

She looked at the jewellery with much enthusiasm. I just stared at her. "If you keep staring like that, you're going to burn a hole in my face." she told me, looking at me for a reaction.

"I don't want to burn a hole in your pretty little face." I say to her, cupping her face in my hands before kissing her nose. She couldn't help but smile. She obviously wanted to look at the jewellery more though, so she turned to continue looking as I kept my arms around her waist.

"Do you like anything here, Minji-ah?" I asked her as she looked at the rings. There was one ring that she stared at. It was same ring that she looked at 7 years ago. It was beautiful and so simple at the same time. She stared at it until the lady at the counter took it out, and it snapped her out of her thoughts.

"Why don't you try it on, miss?" the lady told her, passing her the ring which she took, holding it like it was the most precious thing. I looked at the lady with a look that said 'I'm ready' and I took the ring from Minji. She looked at me, surprised. She looked at the lady at the counter, but she just shrugged. I took that time to bend down on one knee in front of Minji. **I'm ready.**

"Minji-ah, I've loved you for a long time, and I want to continue to love you forever. Please accept my love, and this ring as a memory of this day when I ask you the most important question I'll ever ask: Will you marry me?" I grabbed her hand and looked at her, nodding my head ever so slightly, as if I was telling her to say yes. I knew she wanted to, and she couldn't stop the tears coming as she looked at me and at the ring I was holding.

"Yes." she whispered and tears of joy fell as I slipped the ring onto her 4th finger on her left hand. I stood up and embraced her in a hug before pulling away and kissing her. Something interrupted us though.

"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!! CONGRATULATIONS!!" I heard EXO screaming at us. She stared at them in shock, but couldn't help laughing when she saw them holding balloons and streamers. Kyungsoo and Lay were holding a cake that they had so obviously brought from the bakery 2 shops down. I told them to. Sehun, Kai and Tao were holding a banner that said "CONGRATULATIONS!" in colourful letters. They made that themselves. Everyone else was waving balloons and cheering in happiness. Baekhyun and Chanyeol were holding the huge Blue Bear from before and gave it to Minji who smiled so brightly. I smiled and gave them two thumbs up. **Success!**

She looked at me, still smiling and tears were still rolling down her face. I wiped them away and kissed her on the forehead. **I told you that I would make you mine.**

MINJI's POV (Point Of View)

Chen invited me to go shopping today since it was my day off of work. I'm now a successful doctor working in a local hospital. EXO are still promoting in Korea and China and are very successful at the moment. As I walked into the shops, I saw Chen wave at me and I smiled, walking over to him.

"Hello there." he says, draping his arm over my shoulder as I placed a kiss on his cheek. I loved how our relationship hasn't wavered after all these years of dating secretly. It must've been hard for Chen though. He could've been kicked out of EXO, but thank god that EXO helped us keep the secret. I was thankful for that.

I bowed to her and walked to the plushie area. There was a huge Blue Bear, even bigger than the last one I got from Chen. I smiled.

I almost screamed at him to take care of it. I looked at the lady at the courer for an opinion, but she just shrugged. I looked back at Chen, about to tell him off for taking the ring from me, but I couldn't focus on that anymore. Because Chen was bent down on one knee in front of me. *Oh my god, what is he doing?*

"Minji-ah, I've loved you for a long time, and I want to continue to love you forever.
