Jessica opened the door of her house when someone knocked on it.

 

“Fany?”

 

Tiffany smiled at her and handed a box of chocolates.

 

“Good morning beautiful…”

“Come in…”

 

She asked Tiffany to sit down. She got drinks for them and opened the chocolates Tiffany brought.

 

“It’s nice to see you visiting me here huh…”

“Well… I just want to relax myself.”

“So you mean seeing me is relaxing?”

 

Tiffany chuckled as she put one chocolate inside .

                             

“Yeah… seeing the Ice Princess calms me down…”

 

Jessica felt her cheeks getting warmer. She coughed and looked away.

 

“Did I say something bothering?”

“Ah… aniyo… uhm… Tiffany… can I ask something?”

 

Tiffany nodded at her.

 

“Uhm… the day after you and Yoona broke up… did she try to get back with you?”

 

Tiffany smiled sadly and looked down. Jessica, feeling guilty and harsh of what she just asked, rubbed her back.

 

“Nevermind about that question Fany. I’m sor—“

“She did… she ran to me and asked me to go back to her…”

 

Jessica saw those sad eyes of her.

 

“But I know that I’ll never be good enough for Yoona. we’ll just end up hurting each other… so I rejected her.”

“But you changed Yoona… I’m sure you know about that.”

“I heard she’s not the usual Yoona… she became so quiet lately…”

 

Tiffany looked up at her and smiled.

 

“But I’m over her… I know I deserve someone better…”

 

And that should be me…

 

Jessica gulped, her guts to ask sparking out again.

 

“Are you really over her?”

 

Tiffany held her hand.

 

“I am…”

“Then you’re ready to love again?”

 

Tiffany shrugged.

 

“I want to have a new love… and I hope someone out there will be worth loving for…”

“Then what about me?”

 

Tiffany’s gaze shifted to her.

 

“Are you just waiting for someone to make the first move Fany-ah?”

“….”

“Tell me…”

 

Jessica’s voice was straining, her eagerness to be loved showing it all off.

 

“Can I love you?”, she finally asked.

 

Tiffany can’t believe what she had heard.

 

“Tell me Tiffany…”

 

She moved closer to Tiffany, their distances and defenses slowly grumbling down.

 

“Tell me you don’t want me this close… and I’ll stop what I feel…”

“Sica—“

“Tell me you love me… and I promise you won’t be hurt…”

 

When their foreheads touched, Tiffany just can’t pull herself back.

 

“Who am I to you Tiff?”

“….”

 

Jessica held her by the waist.

 

“Just a friend who’s always there for you?”

“Sica…”

“Just someone you can run to when you feel down?”

 

Jessica stared right into her eyes.

 

“Just someone close to you?”

 

Tiffany saw how Jessica’s eyes were pleading.

 

“Who am I Tiff? Tell me…”

“You owe me something for this Sica.”

 

And in one swift motion, Tiffany’s lips landed on hers. She wrapped her arms around her neck and kissed her passionately, slowly telling her what she really is through her actions.

 

Jessica held her by the nape and kissed back. She swore she never kissed someone like this before. It was never her first, but it’s the first one to give her shivers.

 

Tiffany put some pressure on their kiss, seeking for entrance. When Jessica parted her lips, Tiffany took her in and held her tightly as before, never letting go.

 

Jessica smiled between their kisses. She needed air, but she just can’t stop.

 

When they pulled back, both were gasping for air. Tiffany’s warm hands held her cheek, making sure that this girl she was holding was really in front of her.

 

“When you asked me… I thought I was just dreaming…”

 

Jessica’s eyebrows meet.

 

“I’ve been waiting for someone to be brave enough to tell me that… and it happened to be you…”

“I love you… I love you so muc—“

“And by the way… the reason why I got over her that quick…”

 

Tiffany kissed her lightly again.

 

“Is because I have found you…”

 

Jessica smiled. She can never be happy like this anymore.

 

“I love you too… Jessica Jung…”

 

 

 

Yuri stared at the girl lying and sleeping soundly beside her. She smiled as she brushed off the strands covering her angel-like face.

 

“Yoona…”

 

She shook the latter’s shoulder to wake her up. Yoona slowly opened up her eyes and saw her.

 

“Nghhhh…”

“Wake up now… it’s Saturday and your dad wants you to go home…”

 

Yoona sat up on the bed and groaned a bit.

 

“It’s too early Yuri.”

“I know…”

 

Yuri got up on their bed and reached out for her hand.

 

“stand up now…”

 

Yoona had no choice but to stand up as she held the older girl’s hand. She went straight to the bathroom to freshen up.

 

“Yoona? I’ll be waiting outside, okay? Eat your breakfast…”

 

Yoona smiled. She knows Yuri is the perfect type to be anyone’s girlfriend, and she loves that caring side of her.

 

When she went out of their room and gone straight to the kitchen, she smelled something really nice.

 

“What’s that?”, she asked.

 

Yuri looked back at her and smiled. She put the plate on the table, showing off their freshly cooked breakfast.

 

“Gaeran Mari my dear…”, she replied sweetly.

 

Yoona sat down. Yuri sat down beside her. She got one egg roll and put it on Yoona’s plate before pouring off milk on her glass.

 

“Milk and egg roll omelette? You want me to become fat, don’t you?”

 

Yuri chuckled.

 

“Not fat… I just don’t like to see you being that skinny these days. Don’t ruin your face or it’ll be a total turn-off.”

 

Yoona smirked.

 

Yuri saw how that y smirk escaped Yoona’s lips. It has been months since she last saw that.

 

“It’s delicious huh… not bad…”, Yoona said as she took one bite.

 

Yuri saluted at her.

 

“What else do you expect from Kwon Yuri?”, Yuri mocked.

 

Yoona scoffed and shook her head.

 

“You never changed, did you?”

“Nope…”

 

Yuri smiled at her. Her eye’s widened when Yuri wiped off something from the corner of her lips.

 

“Make it fast Yoona… time is running and your father is waiting.”

 

Yoona gulped and tried to ignore her gesture. Yuri kept on eyeing her, making it more meaningful to her.

 

 

After 2 hours…

 

Yoona sighed and just dropped her phone on the bed after calling her father.

 

“So what did your father say?”, Yuri asked.

 

Yoona pouted at her.

 

“He said mom misses me so much…”

 

Yuri chuckled. She missed this side of Yoona.

 

“Then go now… you’re prepared already…”

“I’m tired Yul.”

 

She heard a groan from her.

 

Yuri just shook her head at her silliness. She continued writing down her notes but stopped when Yoona grabbed her pen.

 

“What’s wrong with you?”

 

She saw that cold expression again in her face.

 

“I don’t want to talk to your bipolar side Yoona.”

“Do you have something to do over the weekend?”

 

Yuri scrunched up.

 

“Huh?”

“I’m asking you Kwon.”

 

Yuri turned her head to the right, then to the left. She saw how a sweet smile formed in Yoona’s lips.

 

“Go with me…”

“E-eh?!”

 

Yoona raised a brow at her.

 

“I said go with me…”

“Whe-where?!”

 

Yuri can’t figure out the words she’s blurting.

 

“Of course over my house… want to go with me?”

 

Yuri gulped a slump in .

 

“Hey, I need an answer.”

“Su-sure…”

“Go and dress up… I’ll wait outside…”

 

When the door closed, Yuri tried to process the whole thing in her mind.

 

Eh?!

 

 

 

Tiffany stayed overnight in Jessica’s house.

 

And right at this time, she was busy typing down their report. She knows Jessica is staring at her with her captivating eyes.

 

“Sica… if you won’t stop that… you’ll be obsessed with me.”

“I’m already obsessed with you.”

 

Tiffany rubbed the back of her head. She felt Jessica’s arms slowly wrapping her from behind.

 

“Stop working on that Tiffany. Get yourself a rest.”

“We’re partners in this report and we badly need to pass it on Monday Sica.”

 

Jessica pouted as she cupped her face.

 

“But you’re tired…”

 

Tiffany gave her a warm smile and placed a chaste kiss on her lips.

 

“Where do you want to eat lunch later?”

“Hmm… here…”

 

Jessica showed out a sly grin.

 

“I don’t like that grin Sica…”

“I want you for lunch.”

 

Tiffany laughed and slapped her arm.

 

“Stop being a byun.”

“Byunsica rocks…. Hahahaha.”

“Whatever. I like you so… I’ll just ignore those… quirks.”

“Fine… okay, finish that up and I’ll take you out later.”

 

Jessica ruffled her hair and went to the bathroom.

 

“I’ll just take a bath.”

 

Tiffany sighed when Jessica finally entered the bathroom. She opened her phone and looked at the picture she was keeping for 6 years already.

 

“Donghae….”

 

 

 

Yoona was waiting like a kid outside Yuri’s room. She had her head rested on top of her knees while sitting on the floor.

 

“She’s so slow…”, she uttered.

 

Right at that time, the door opened. It was a signal for Yoona to stand up. She saw Yuri in her usual attire, plain tank top with black and white button down polo and plaid jeans. She was so simple, yet her appearance never failed to awe Yoona.

 

Yoona gulped as she stared at those black eyes in front of her.

 

“What… what took you so long?”

“I forgot where I put my Toms. Keke~~”

 

Yoona smirked and pulled her by the arm. It was quite strong, so Yuri slumped in her body. Yuri grinned and pressed her lips against Yoona’s chin.

 

“I never kissed those plump lips before… May I?”, she asked seductively.

 

Yoona knows how to play around. She let their foreheads touch and was about to kiss. She covered Yuri’s mouth with her palm and kissed the back of her hand.

 

“Yah Im Yoona!”, Yuri shouted when she pulled back.

 

Yoona stuck out her tongue.

 

“Gaja…”

 

She followed behind Yoona and hopped inside her car.

 

Yoona knows she needs to change for Yuri. It’s more of gratitude now, but still, she holds on to her promise.

 

“And I promise one day you’ll love me too…”

 

Those words kept on repeating in her mind. She needs Yuri, too badly.

 

“Yoona?”

 

Yoona snapped out and looked at her. Yuri smiled and poked her side.

 

“You look so beautiful today…”

“Is that a song Yul?”

 

Yuri frowned, all the romantic aura losing.

 

“Don’t ruin my moment Yoona.”

 

Yoona laughed as she started driving.

 

“Yul, can you turn on the radio please?”

“No need…”

 

Yuri coughed twice. Yoona looked at her.

 

“Don’t tell me you’ll sing.”

“I have a good voice…”

 

And it sounds more of a lullaby to me…

 

“As if I was reborn as a child who doesn’t know anything
I thought it was a dream so I closed my eyes and opened them again…”

 

Yoona smiled. She and Yuri know the song by heart.

 

“I am standing in front of you as if I was praying
I want to walk side by side with you at least once
Just once…”, Yuri continued.

 

“I ride the soft wind into your world
I go right next to you and you ask where I came from
You asked so innocently so I answered that it is a secret
Because if we just walk together like this…”

 

Yoona grabbed this chance to let Yuri feel what she wants to say.

 

“Wherever we go… it’ll be heaven…”, she sung, singing in tune.

 

Yuri looked at her, she looked at Yuri. An awkward eye contact was made and Yoona shifted her gaze back to the road, trying to bring back her composure.

 

“That song….”

 

Yoona raised a brow.

 

“Hmm?”

“That song… I was waiting for the day I can finally sing it to you…”

 

Yuri got the seatbelt off her and leaned towards Yoona. she kissed her cheek. Yoona felt her cheek burning because of the contact.

 

“I love you… so much…”, Yuri whispered, hoping someday… Yoona will tell her the same words.
