Yoona’s eyebrows furrowed.

 

“I don’t know. Maybe?”

“When you’re still with her, do you happen to hear her talking about Hae?”

“Nope… never.”

 

She heard Jessica sigh.

 

“Why? Did you guys fight?”

 

Yuri was just looking at Yoona who’s busy conversing to her ex-girlfriend.

 

“Nope… I just… nevermind Yoona. thanks. I have to hang up now….”

“Sure, anytime….”

 

After Jessica hanged up, Yoona handed the phone back to Yuri.

 

“What’s the matter?”

“She asked if Tiffany happened to know Donghae.”

“Hyorin’s brother?”

“Yeah…”

 

Yuri pulled her closer and side-hugged her.

 

“You seem to worry…”, Yuri whispered.

“Tiffany and I are okay now. You can’t hide the fact that…”

 

Yoona stopped, knowing that what she would say might hurt Yuri. She saw Yuri smile as she held her hands.

 

“I know that feeling Yoona. it’s normal… I won’t be mad.”

 

Yoona smiled back, feeling so lucky that she’s got someone as understanding as her.

 

“So… where are we heading?”

“To my father…”

 

Yoona stopped walking.

 

“What?”

“To my father… why?”

 

Yoona rubbed the back of her head.

 

“We don’t know each other that much Yul—“

“He’s a nice guy. And besides, he’s a close of friend of your father. I’m sure the two of you would get along well.”

“But—“

“No buts and ifs Yoona.”

 

Yuri cupped her face and kissed the tip of her nose.

 

“Relax, you won’t be asking him to allow you to marry me.”

 

Yoona frowned and pouted her lips.

 

“So you mean you won’t marry me?”

“Are you proposing to me?”

 

Yuri grinned as she saw Yoona’s grossed face.

 

“Of course not. I’m not into rushing—“

“So what’s with your plan of me?”

“It’s not . Idiot. It’s called…’making love’”.

 

Yuri laughed but she stopped the moment her father walked to them. Yoona gulped as she tried to hide the fear she’s got.

 

She never had been this nervous before. What more if she was really about to ask for permission regarding marriage?

 

“Appa…”

 

Yuri was welcomed by a hug from her father. Her father looked at Yoona and smiled warmly. Yoona smiled back at him.

 

“Is this Im Yoona?”

 

Yoona nodded slowly as Yuri cling her arm to hers.

 

“Yes Appa… my girlfriend.”

 

Yoona was watching out what his reaction might be. Yuri’s father pulled her and hugged her tightly.

 

“Welcome to the family Yoona-ssi.”

“Thanks sir.”

“Appa. Call me Junjin Appa.”

 

Yuri was smirking as she watched the two.

 

“Okay… Appa.”

 

When her father pulled away from the hug, he started walking along the way to their house. Yuri held her hand as they followed him.

 

“See? I told you.”

 

Yoona pinched her arm.

 

“I like your father huh. He’s warm-hearted.”

“Yeah. Just like the daughter.”, she mocked.

 

Yoona just laughed at her as they entered the Kwon Mansion.

 

“It’s your first time here right?”

“Yeah… and… you’ve got a nice house huh.”

 

Yuri’s father winked at Yuri and pointed to the door, meaning he needs to go out for a while.

 

“I’ll be back girls. Yul, don’t forget to tour her around the ranch. Yoona-ssi, tell me if my daughter is doing some… bad actions.”

“Appa!”

 

Yoona gave him thumbs up.

 

When he left, Yuri poked her side.

 

“He doesn’t even know that you have a more erted mind than me.”

 

Yoona glared at her and started tickling the older girl beside her.

 

New environment? For Yoona, this place is heaven.

 

 

Jessica was inside her room. She heard a few knocks on her door and she saw the knob slowly turning. Her heart pounded so fast.

 

“Sica-ah?”

 

It was Tiffany.

 

Tiffany smiled at her as she walked to Jessica. As she sat beside Jessica, she noticed the quiet and serious face she’s got.

 

“Jess?”

 

Jessica looked at her and smiled a bit.

 

“Are you okay baby?”

"Tiff…”

 

Tiffany held her hand tightly and squeezed it.

 

“What’s the matter?”

“…”

“C’mon Jessi… talk to me baby…”

 

She cupped her face.

 

“Babe what’s wrong?”

 

Jessica smiled again and shook her head.

 

“Is something bothering you?”

“No…”

 

Tiffany pouted.

 

“Then why are you like this?”

“I just… miss you.”

 

Tiffany smiled and kissed her. When they pulled back, she pinched Jessica’s cheeks.

 

“You’re so cute when you act dumbly.”

“Idiot.”

 

Jessica was too bothered actually. But she won’t let Tiffany notice it.

 

“Sica…”

“Hmm…??”

“You have a problem, don’t you?”

 

Jessica hissed and ruffled Tiffany’s hair.

 

“I don’t. I’m okay.”

“Well, it’s not obvious.”

“Then what should I do?”

 

Tiffany kissed her chin, trying to .

 

“Yah…. Not now baby.”

“Why?”

“It’s daytime and… things like that should be done properly at night, okay?”

 

Tiffany had no choice. She sighed as she nudged her head to Jessica’s neck.

 

“I love you…”

 

Tiffany said it in a low voice. Jessica heard it and she just hugged her.

 

Inside Jessica’s head, seeing Donghae’s picture kept in Tiffany’s note is too confusing. She doesn’t why she has his picture, nor the connection of the two.

 

“Tiff?”

“Hmm?”

“Can you promise one thing to me?”

 

Tiffany closed her eyes as she felt jessica’s hug going tighter.

 

“What is it?”

“Promise me… you won’t keep anything from me okay?”

 

Tiffany gulped.

 

Donghae suddenly flashed in her mind.

 

No… it’s Jessica… not him.

 

She mentally scolded herself. She looked at her and nodded her head.

 

“I won’t baby.”

 

Jessica leaned down to place a soft kiss on her lips.

 

“I love you Tiff. Remember that, okay?”

 

She kissed her again, and at this time… she hoped that kiss will seal their promise.

 

 

Yoona and Yuri are walking towards the stables with their hands linked. Yuri looked at her and laughed.

 

“What’s so funny Yuri?”

 

Yuri shook her head as she continued laughing.

 

“Yah!”

 

Yoona slapped her arm to stop her.

 

“I’m sorry. It’s just that… I’m happy I’m able to show you where I grew up.”

“Whatever. It’s not even funny.”

“Well for me it is.”

 

They finally reached their destination. Yuri opened one and got the saddle to be used.

 

“Hang on okay?”

 

Yoona just watched her do the preparation.

 

“Does that horse have a name?”

 

Yuri looked at her.

 

“Yeah. I named it Yoona.”

 

Yoona gritted her teeth. Yuri laughed when she saw her annoyed expression.

 

“Just kidding babe. He’s Light.”

“Light?”

“You watched Death Note? Hahaha.”

 

Yoona rolled her eyes because of Yuri’s immaturity.

 

“You’re really immature.”

“Watching anime is not immaturity. You even keep Rilakkuma bears in your house.”

 

Yoona scoffed.

 

“Don’t blame me if Rila’s cute.”

“Yeah, just like you.”, she said and winked at her.

 

Yoona blushed so she looked away, trying hard to hide it.

 

“Aigoo. My girlfriend is blushing, tsk.”

 

Yuri so Yoona, being a playful choding too, back.

 

She walked to her and wrapped her arms around Yuri’s waist. She leaned closer, their lips barely touching.

 

“Blushing huh?”

 

She kissed the side of her lips and winked as she pulled back. Yuri just smiled as she held her arm.

 

“I love you choding.”

 

Yoona laughed as she nodded.

 

“Me too, kkabYul.”

 

They slowly walked to the wide plains of their ranch. Yuri was holding the bit of the horse. When they stopped walking, Yuri hopped onto the horse and reached out her hand to Yoona.

 

“Get on.”

“Eh?”

“Grab my hand and I’ll pull you up Yoona.”

“I’ll ride with you?”

 

Yuri grinned.

 

“Yeah baby.”

 

Yoona had no choice but to hold her hand as Yuri pulled her up. She was now sitting in front of Yuri, very close that she can feel her breath on her nape.

 

Yuri held on the bit, so she wrapped Yoona’s waist in her arms. She rested her chin on Yoona’s shoulder as the horse started to walk.

 

It was really a romantic moment for the two of them. Yoona smiled as she felt Yuri moving her arms, snaking it tightly around her waist.

 

“You seem to enjoy this.”, Yuri whispered.

 

Yoona held the arms wrapped around her. She leaned her body against Yuri as the older girl removed the ponytail tying her hair.

 

“Why did you remove my ponytail Yul?”

“You look ier without it.”

“Yah! So byun…”

 

Yuri laughed. Yoona almost stopped breathing when she felt Yuri’s lips touching her shoulder.

 

“I’ll take you somewhere breathtaking.”

 

The speed of the horse went a bit faster. They stopped in front of a –not- so steep cliff. Yuri went down and helped Yoona. she held her hand as they strolled around the place.

 

“Yuri… I’m afraid of heights.”

“I know.”

 

Yoona frowned at her.

 

“Then why did you take me here?”

 

Yuri noticed Yoona’s grasp getting tighter than before.

 

“You won’t be scared because I’m here. That’s why I brought you here.”

 

Yoona smiled when she heard that from Yuri. They stopped walking and now, they’re face to face.

 

“Stop staring at me like that Yul—“

 

Her words were cut off when Yuri pulled her for a kiss. It was something like in the movies, a kiss full of angst, passion, desire, contentment and everything in between.

 

When they pulled back, Yuri kissed her forehead and hugged her.

 

“How’s my choding?”

“So happy…”

“And why?”

“Because you love me… and this choding loves you too.”

 

Yuri smiled, knowing that what she was waiting for was finally within her reach.

 

 

Tiffany was lying on Jessica’s bed. She stared at those pair of eyes watching her as she tried to doze off to sleep.

 

“Sleep now. It’s already 9pm Fany.”

 

Jessica covered half of her body with a blanket and kissed her forehead.

 

“You’re not going to sleep yet Sica?”

“Nope… I’m not sleepy.”

 

Tiffany sat up on the bed.

 

“Then I won’t sleep too.”

 

Jessica frowned.

 

“Tiff…”

 

Tiffany rolled her eyes as she went back to her position.

 

“Fine, fine. I’m sleeping now…”

“Good night babe.”

“Good night too.”

 

Jessica turned off the lights, leaving the lamp only open. She didn’t left the room until she made sure Tiffany is already asleep. She kissed her cheeks lightly and finally went out.

 

She went down to the living room and the television. She swears she’s got a boring life without Tiffany. She just turned it off again and closed her eyes.

 

Donghae…. Tiffany…. What’s with them?

 

This question ran in her mind for a few hours already. But she won’t let this suspicion hurt her, nor Tiffany.

 

She opened her eyes when she heard her phone beep.

 

It was from an unknown number.

Jessica?

It’s Hyorin.

 

 

Jessica groaned.

What do you want again?

Jessica gulped.

Jessica shut her phone off. She ruffled her hair, totally not knowing what to do.

 

 

Yoona was lying on the floor inside Yuri’s room. Her head was resting on Yuri’s lap, while the other girl was her hair gently.

 

“Yoona.”

“Yeah?”

 

Yuri had fun playing with her locks.

 

“You want me to sing you a song?”

“Sure… make sure I would like it.”

 

Yuri coughed twice before she started singing.

 

“I was fallin' fast, so fast from out the sky 
And on the other side of town I wasn't far behind

But ever since we met our hearts just opened up

Yoona smiled as she heard her pleasing voice.

 

“We're from two different places 
Stuck in this world 
And from two different planets 
We fell in love 
Here on earth, here on earth …..”

 

Yoona pulled her down and kissed her fully on the lips.

 

“How many times did we kiss today?”

“I don’t know.”

 

Yoona laughed at her answer. She was about to kiss her again when someone knocked on the door. Yuri hissed at her.

 

“Yuri-ah? Get out now. Bring Yoona with you. Let’s go to the bonfire near the stable stations.”

“Sure Appa. Wait!”

 

Yuri stood up and held Yoona’s hand.

 

“Shall we go?”

“Yeah… but after this…”

 

Yoona grinned as she looked at her. Yuri slapped her shoulder.

 

“Yah! ert…”
