2 WEEKS WENT BY~

Seungho wasn’t getting better; he was that crazy outgoing student everyone knew of. Everyone knew after 2 weeks how much Jiyeon meant to him. The dare was the gossip of the school for at least a week and a half; it had only started to die down.

Jiyeon however on the other hand couldn’t care less. She was back to the life that she started with, the life before Seungho had stepped in. Students’ gossiping about her was normal. She didn’t have to care about what the rest of the school were saying however deep down the dare with Seungho had only made her more cold and heartless towards people. The bell rang for class and everyone dawdled to class. As usual Jiyeon would sit in her corner with everyone around her in their own world.

“Hey is Seungho away again?” asked Hyunwoo.  And yes Seungho and Jiyeon were in the same class. Class were recently rearranged according to their recent half yearly reports, in each respective class the students that scored higher than average moved up, the students who had scored lower than averaged moved down. Seungho, Minho, Hyunwoo and Soohyun who had all scored above average moved up into Jiyeon’s class.

“I guess.. he has been away so much lately,” frowned Minho.

“We were only put into this class like a week and a half ago…,” Hyunwoo counted.

“Is it because of Jiyeon?” asked Minho.

“Nah, I think he got sick..” Hyunwoo assured them.

“I feel guilty,” Soohyun sighed.

“It wasn’t your fault for the dare, we were know as the bad boys and the playboys,” Hyunwoo patted his back.

“But still it’s partially my fault that he turned out like this,” Soohyun signed once again.

“It only makes things worse if you blame yourself though,” Minho looked at him.

Soohyun stood up from his seating about to walk away when Hyunwoo pulled onto him.

“Where are you going?” asked Hyunwoo.

“To talk to Jiyeon,” Soohyun looked away in the direction where Jiyeon was sitting. 

“Wait, what, why?” Minho asked bewildered. “I need to talk to her about Seungho,” Soohyun nodded his head.

 “You are going to make things worse,” Hyunwoo told him worriedly.

“No, I will mend the crack that has formed,” Soohyun told them firmly.

“But Soohyun,” Minho tried to tell him.

“It will be okay, it’s my fault,” Sooyhun told them.

“Move, im writing notes,” Jiyeon looked up at the board trying to get notes.

“Is the seat free?” Soohyun asked.

“Seat is always occupied,” Jiyeon continued looking at the board.

“Jiyeon can you please just stop and listen to me?” asked Soohyun.

“Oh look the bell rang,” Jiyeon told him and gathered her items, quickly packing everything into her bag and walking straight to the door.

“Do you think you are the only one suffering?” asked Soohyun. “Do you think Seungho doesn’t feel bad for what he has done to you?”“What is done is done,” Jiyeon whispered loud enough for Soohyun to hear and tried to walk but was stopped by Soohyuns voice.

“He hasn’t been at school lately,” Soohyun told her lastly and walked out of the door leaving Jiyeon standing there.

JIYEON’S POV;
 Nothing has to do with me anymore. If he is away he is away, why would it matter to me?  He can’t mend the broken heart, the scars and most of all the broken trust just lying there like a piece of paper shredded up.

SEUNGHO’S POV: (At Seungho's place)
I wonder how the others are doing at school. I look like a dead man walking around. What happen to the happy outgoing Seungho? What happened to the playboy? Oh right I never went out with any girl. Urgh I’m just going to stay in bed.

“Are you feeling better?” my mum walked in bringing my chicken soup.

“I can finally breathe,” I smiled weakly at my mum.

“At least you are conscious now,” my mum assured me. “You had a fever for like 5 days and then you were struck with the cold straight away.”

“But I’m okay now,” smiled Seungho. My friends may think its Jiyeon fault I’m not at school but really I’m just sick and tired. A break is all I need. After our breakup, it took me a while to remember that I and Jiyeon were over, 5 days and I still couldn’t get over her. On the fifth day the teacher had told us that we were moving classes. To my surprise I had moved up to Jiyeon’s class. On the sixth day I feel sick with a fever and a week after I’m still not at school. It has been two weeks. Only just two weeks though… i should really get better and get back to school.

"Umma will be back later," my mother yelled from downstairs.

BACK AT SCHOOL.

By now it was nearly time to go home. The bell had rung informing the end of the school day.

JIYEON'S POV:
He hasn’t been at school. Is he avoiding me? What will happen if Seungho comes back to school? Will it be the same? Don’t lie to yourself Jiyeon. You know that you worry for Seungho deep deep down. Just admit that he indeed made your life more alive. The colours in life flared when you were with him. All the memories are still stuck on your head waiting to be unfolded. I took my time to enter the house. I stood in front of my home like it was an abandoned palace. I stepped in; the smell of alcohol was nauseate. It made me feel sick.

"Jiyeon, you home?" my mother asked me drunkenly

"neh," I replied.

"Who she?" the man in the house asked. "Your daughter?"

"Can you go buy more alcohol?" my mother asked.
