If there was one thing Sungyeol treasured the most it would be the first snowfall of the year. A year ago it was when he told Myungsoo that he liked him. And on that first snow fall that Myungsoo pulled him into a kiss, a snowflake caught on his lip when they held fast into the kiss.  
 
Sungyeol always favored snow flurries over rain or heat. When it snowed was when it was peaceful. When a white blanket covered everything and mostly everyone opted to stay inside with their loved ones. But that was when Sungyeol went out. Myungsoo loved the cold. And Sungyeol agreed with him that it fit his personality.  
 
But only on the outside. Sungyeol knew Myungsoo was very much like the seasons. The more time he spent with the male he was like the snow. The cold melted back to the warmth as freshness of Spring. When Myungsoo would call him sweetly behind the school building and pull him into a hug briefly only to let go momentarily, Sungyeol could feel the warmth. 
 
That was always when he felt best with Myungsoo. The warm and sweet springs where they could relax and cool down in the rain. But Myungsoo hated the rain. He said that it was drowning to him. Sungyeol couldn't understand what he had meant by that. The rain, to him was refreshing.  
 
In the summer time Myungsoo was pretty much gone. First on an internship at a hospital in Busan. Then when he did come back he left with his family on their family vacation to Seoul to be with his family. And Sungyeol wanted to see his boyfriend and be with him but he knew it was too far and working his part time job didn't leave him much time to be out and about.  
 
But Sungyeol didn't mind working. He was working really hard and extra hours if he could to see Myungsoo. He couldn't get much work at the school because he wasn't the brightest student but he worked for a local bakery and found a good nitch there being loud and cheerful to bring customers into the store. On this particular day he was inside due to the afternoon down pour. That's when a cold wind came into the store.  
 
"Hey" Myungsoo muttered looking over the bakery counter at Sungyeol who's eye were wide at his boyfriend. "I-I thought you were in Seoul?" Sungyeol floundered over his words unable to actually form words at the sight. "I called your mom looking for you. She's pretty talkative." Myungsoo laughed, being it the first time he actually called Sungyeol's house since he wasn't picking up his cell. 
 
Sungyeol groans covering his face. His mother could be a talker. "She told me you were working for a chance to come see me in Seoul. So i decided to come back a week early." Myungsoo smiled sheepishly, Sungyeol's favorite way. "Aren't you needed? I mean it's your family." Sungyeol asked wondering if in these few months how could he possibly mean that much of Myungsoo's time when the younger would tell him he had to study most of the time. 
 
"Of course. You're still my boyfriend." Myungsoo's normally cold face was warm and bright with the white lights of the bakery shining on him. Although Myungsoo may be cold and indirect, like the winter, Sungyeol liked summer Myungsoo. "Sungjong, I'm taking the rest of the afternoon off." Sungyeol announced with a smile taking off his apron.
