Im Yoona: a scholar student of general surgery in seoul university she is smart, kind and family oriented ever since she dream about being a doctor due of her family situation her father died because of sickness nad now her mother is suffering in a cancer because she was born in a middle class family they dont have money to enroll in a prestigious school like SNU but because yoona is a smart student SNU offer her a scholarship and she needs to earn money while studying because her mother works only as a dishwasher in a small restaurant so she apply as a student intern in Seoul University Hospital.

Choi Siwon: very arrogant, he is studying medicine too along with Yoona but he's majoring in Transplant he is one of the intern in SNUH for him everything was easy because his father is one of most respected doctors in south korea that's why he can use his father's name. he met yoona and because he is a jerk he played trick to yoona because he saw yoona was a weak woman and easy to catch into trap. siwon is the younger brother of choi seung hyun.

Choi Seung Hyun: the older brother of siwon, he is kind, smart and very supportive brother to siwon he take the responsibility as a CEO of their mother business Lotte Hotel. his attitude is very different to his younger brother he used to be the favorite of their mother though Mrs. Choi loves Siwon too but not that much same with Seung Hyun. even Mr. Choi really admire of what attitude Seung Hyun has.

Tiffany Hwang: in korean her name is Mi Young she is the only daughter of the owner of SNU she used to be a brat girl, she has a crush to siwon, she's taking up a business management course for her to continue the steps of her father. she is a mean girl she is nice when she needs too but when youre gone she will be a backfighter in other word she's a plastic person.
