Yoona is blanky staring outside the windows. There are still no custmers since they're not yet open and it's too early in the morning. Sooyoung is busy inside the kitchen so she can't really see what Yoona is doing. Taeyeon slowly approaches Yoona and starts a conversation

"Yoong....Are you okay?" She sits next to her

"yeah.." Yoona answered but Taeyeon can see that she's not

"as usual, you're not good in lying....Since yesterday, Soo and I already know what is troubling you. It's Yuri, right?"

"urgh...you're really good in guessing things"

"Yoong, we've been friends for decades...back to the topic, the 3 of us are thinking of the same thing"

"what do you mean?"

"You think you're the only one who noticed the way Minho talked and acted yesterday and he can't even take his eyes from staring at Yuri"

"oh...you noticed that too?"

"I'm sorry if I'll say this but.....both of us know that Minho is liking her"

"You don't need to be sorry about that" Yoona frustratedly told her

"Yoona, Minho is just right in front of you. The two of you had the best relationship among us"

"what are you trying to say?"

"don't you think it's time to raise it on the next level?"

"no...Taeng, I don't want to do that" Yoona totally disagrees

"then, when?" Sooyoung joins their conversation

"Sooyoungie...??"

"you've been talking for almost 15 minutes and you didn't even call my name back there...Yoong, I totally agree with Taeng. You really should tell him. I think this is the best time since you still have a tight grip on him. You still got the big chance of telling him and don't let that opportunity just slip away. That opportunity has been there, just waiting for you take it. There's someone that can ruin your chance now"

"But...."

"you're afraid....?? It's normal.. Confessing someone's feelings will always make you feel fear but once you're already on the situation, I know you can do it" Taeyeon said

"tell him, Yoong, as early as possible because if you won't, you're putting yourself in a competition where there's already an....obvious winner" hard for Sooyoung to say but, it's actually true and Yoona admits that. Yuri is a million times better than her and she's a perfect girl for every boy, for Minho. It's 8:30 am in the morning and it's time to open the cafe. After it opened, people start to visit and have a snack on the place which makes Yoona give attention in helping Sooyoung in entertaining the customers. But, she can't take it away from her mind if she should tell her feelings to Minho or wait for a little longer.

It's almost close time and Yoona can hear a sound of the bike through the opened front doors.

"Minho!" she said her name happily

"am going to wait for you longer?"

"just 5 more minutes" Minho patiently waits for her and just whistles outside. Yoona is trying speed up things so that they can close faster. When everything is done, the employees say their goodbyes and Yoona pulls down the grills and locks it at the bottom. Before leaving, Sooyoung whispers to Yoona.

"if you can tell him tonight, tell him" she whispered and Yoona just nodded

"Yoong, we'll go now" Taeyeon and Sooyoung wave while walking away from her. Yoona sighs heavily before facing Minho

"sorry that I kept you waiting again" her voice turned soft

"since when that you haven't made me wait?" Minho smirks at her and hands to her the helmet. Yoona wears it and rides behind Minho. Instead of wrapping her arms, she just placed her hands on his shoulder. As Minho continues driving, Yoona realizes that Minho is going on the wrong way.

"Minho! I think you turned left on the wrong direction?"

"I forgot to tell you. We're going somewhere, just the two of us"

"uhm...okay" Yoona blushes while she rests her head on his back. Why would Minho suddenly want to take me somewhere? Minho takes them selves to their going and Yoona starts to notice that they directions they are going are becoming familiar to her.

"I'm sure you haven't forgotten this place"

"this is our tree house" Yoona said

"good" Minho parks his bike under their tree house. After 5 years, it's still stable and not much have changed except for some dusts and the leaves and trunks that grew because of time.

"we've never been here for so long. I'm glad that you brought me here" Minho climbs the stairs first so that he can accompany Yoona from the above

"the floor is still strong" Minho steps on every corner and part of the floor

"dad is the one who constructed this so don't worry"

"right..I forgot" Minho opens this huge sliding window and stands there while leaning his body on the edge. There, he can clearly see the bautiful Seoul.

"wow...Seoul is really beautiful from up here" Yoona goes to where Minho is and stands next to him

"I still remember when we count the stars every night but right now, we can't do it because the k is empty" he sighs

"but it's cloudy right now and the moon is very bright...hey, look. There's a rabbit cloud" Yoona points on the cloud

"you have such good eyes. Yoong, do you think this tree house will still stand strong even though we already have our own families and grandchildren"

"of course it is. Remember what dad said, even storms can't destroy this house even time can't ruin this tree house"

"I know" Minho sighs and just keeps his eyes on the view. Yoona thinks that this is the right time to tell him her feelings since this is the first time again that they are having this kind of moment together but how is she going to start?

"by the way, I just want to know why you brought me here"

"oh..I almost forgot. Thank you for reminding. There's something I want ask you" Minho meets her eyes and Yoona clears before speaking

"Minho, I also have something to tell you"

"go ahead"

"no, you go first. I think it's more important"

"Yoona, you're the one who first asked me"

"Don't be stubborn. You go ahead" Yoona positively looks into Minho's eyes while he is feeling uneasy. Those pretty stares...it will just disappear and turn into dangerous ones.

"help me" he finally said something

"help you...??" Yoona wonders

"Yoong, I....think I like your best friend" he fultered a little.

"what?" Yoona is not sure if she heard the right thing or not

"I like....Yuri" as Minho said Yuri's name, small tears are forming in her doe-eyes but she's just holding it back. Her brain is so blank on how to react about this in front of him. Yes, she knew that Minho might be liking Yuri but.....it made her have a different feeling when she heard the words coming from Minho's mouth.

"you like Yuri?" she tries not to let her true feelings and thought obvious

"when I first saw her, I felt a spark running through my body. I love the way she laughs, do her gestures and even the way she talks. And the best thing I like about her, she's has a very mature image in my eyes which attracts me the most..." he then looks at Yoona who's expression had a huge change from before "Yoong, I know that you'll be mad about this....but I never felt this nervous towards a girl. Yoong, you're the only that can help me persuade her" He starts begging. I was about to tell him what I feel and I never thought that on the moment of my confession, I just found out that she do like another girl. Yoona, are you fooling yourself? You already know that Minho will reach this point, there's no sense of telling him everything anymore. But what made things worse even more for her, the guy he loves is asking her to help him persuade her best friend but what can she do, she loves this guy too much and all she can do to show her love is support him, no matter what

"I.... I will...help you"

"jeongmal?"

"you heard me, right? Or you want me to take it back?" Yoona tried to joke to get rid of the painful feeling in her heart. She gives so much effort to show him a happy smile

"you are the best best friend in the world!!!" Minho suddenly hugs her fragile body and Yoona gasps. She slowly hugs him and taps his back

"that's what.....friends do, right?" she breaks the hug because she already feels that she's going to cry if it will be longer

"I don't know what will happen without you, Yoona. You are more of a family rather than just a friend" Minho is caresses her hair

"uhm...It's already late, Minho. I should go home now"

"let's go" Minho goes down the tree house first to support Yoona in going down. He gives Yoona's helmet but she returns it to him

"I'll go home by myself, I know that you're tired"

"Yoona, it's okay. We're always like this" Minho hands it over again

"no..I should at least try to go home with my own feet. Don't you feel a little strangled about it?" Yoona pushes away the helmet in his hand

"okay then....if that's what you want. Are you sure? It's dangerous, Yoong"

"I'm going to take a taxi, don't worry. I'll go ahead now"

"let me at least find a taxi for you, okay?" Minho walks to the nearby street and calls for a taxi

"as usual, your generousity never changed" Yoona smiles a little and then gets inside the cab.

The taxi is slowly driving away and they are waving at each other. Yoona tells the driver not to speed up and she looks on the rear mirror. When sees Minho who has already left, she tells the driver to stop the taxi but still, she pays an amount. She bows down then the taxi leaves. Yoona walks on a street with only few people so its very quiet. This day was short but it felt like it's a very long day for Yoona. She's laughing at herself after realizing that she made another stupid and selfless decision. Yoona pauses from walking and everything around her is going on slow mo. The tears that she's been holding back have finally escape her eyes and flow on her flawless. She begins to make slow steps again and tears keep on dropping on the ground. She covers her face with her hand and sobs heavily. Alone by herself, she let out all of her feelings by crying on that cold night. 

This story is meant to be a sad one so expect lots of hurtful chapters...
