What is that irritating noise? Yoona said in her mind when the annoying alarm clock disturbed her sleep. She turns it off immediately because it hurts her ears. Her eyes are begging her if they can be closed for few more minutes. Too bad, she can't because she has to go to the registration office for the permit of her shop as well as her best friend. She checks her phone and her best friend sent her a message. Good morning, sunshine. I'll be there at 7. While reading that short and simple message, she gains a smile on her morning face.

Yoona is done fixing herself and ready to leave. She's only wearing a black skinny jeans and blue blouse. She wears her nerdy glasses which, of course, makes her look like a nerd but a pretty nerd and she ties up her hair. Her style has always been like this since her junior high days up to college and until now, she's still the same. She has no appetite to eat breakfast so she just grab a toast and runs outside of the house before her mom sees her escaping from breakfast again. It's already 6:59am when she checked her watch. She heard a noise of a motorbike which is getting nearer and nearer to their house. In her standing point, she sees a tall and kind-of masculine guy with his head gear on, riding a motorbike. He looks very cool and charismatic, riding that black ducati bike. That's Choi Minho, Yoona's childhood bestfriend. He stops the bike in front of Yoona and takes off his head gear. As Yoona gazes at him while removing his helmet, time is slowing down for her. He's really handsome even though his hair is messy after taking it off. Minho fixes his hair as he waits for Yoona to ride on the back of his bike

"hey, don't forget your head gear. I don't want you to get hurt" Minho wears the head gear to her. He's so sweet to Yoona

"I was about to wear it. You just got first" Yoona smirk. Minho starts the bike then he pulls Yoona's arm and wrap them around his waist. Minho is always doing this every time he picks Yoona up. He drives away from the house and Yoona rests her head on his warm and comfortable back that can almost make her fall asleep. Yoona hates the strong wind that flies her hair away. This is one reason that she hates bikes. Good thing that she's wearing a head gear to avoid all of her hair to be messed up.

"we're here" Minho parks the car on the bike's parking lot

"nervous already?" Yoona takes off the head gear and hands them to Minho

"no..I'm.....I'm not nervous" he stuttered. They get off from the bike.

"really? Why are you stuttering?" Yoona is controlling her laugh. Minho's ears are getting red like a tomato every time he's nervous

"I just have a sore throat"

"hmm...okay. Whatever" Yoona and Minho are walking together in the path way.

"let's go there faster" Minho grabs Yoona's hand and he starts walking faster. Yoona's face turns pink when he touched her hand. Though Minho feels the butterflies flying around inside his stomach, he feels too excited. It's been his and Yoona's dream to own a business even if they have to start from being small. Rather than Yoona showing her excitement, she's contented to see Minho in this kind of mood. Though he's holding her hand, she knows that all of their skinship means nothng especially to Minho. She's only a sister in his eyes. They get inside together on the administration office to inquire.

"good morning, sir, maam. What can I do for you?" the clerk asked them cheerfully

"we're going to apply for a business permit" Minho nervously asked

"please fill up this form and after that, return it to us and we will just call you" Minho and Yoona fill the form on top of the desk. "Are you together?" 

"yeah..we decided to get a permit at the same time" Minho said

"I mean, are you a couple?"

"uhm......"

"We're best friends" Yoona cut Minho's words with her answer. They've finished filling up the form

"I'm sorry" The clerk apologized

"Yoona, let's sit there" Minho pulls her and they sit on the bench facing the TV

"but they look like they're not best friends only. That's not my business anymore"  They usually get that kind of question when they go out together. During their high school and college days, their classmates also had a first impression that they are dating but they're not. They really look great together so no wonder why people would think of that. Others are also wondering why they never ended up being together. They knew each other more than how others knew them meaning, they can be perfect for each other.

Minho and Yoona come out from the building, full of smiles in their faces. They ae holding the permit certificate as if they just bought a gold bar. It's really precious to them

"our business permit. Choi Minho, Ride Your Life Shop"

"we should frame this so that it won't get crumpled and we'll display it in our shop"

"great idea, Yoong. That's good" Minho caresses her hair "we should celebrate today, what do you say?"

"Sooyoung and Taeyeon must be waiting for me at the shop. There are lots of things needed to be done for the opening next week"

"then, we'll do it tonight. I'll pick you up there at 6. Is that okay?"

"sure, no problem"

"I'll give you a ride"

"You can't come here this morning because you're with Minho....as usual, you can't say no to him" Sooyoung stated. They just finished everything that's needed to be done in the shop. They are taking a break and are eating their snacks

"it's not a big deal, Soo" Yoona seriously said

"Soo, let's just support Yoona if this is really her way" Taeyeon added. Sooyoung always wanted Yoona to be honest towards Minho and practice gaining confidence in telling her true feelings. Unlike Taeyeon, she just let Yoona do her business about Minho if that's what she thinks is right. Yoona is a type of person but that prioritizes more the people around her instead of herself so those who knows her never said that she's a selfish friend. It's already night time and Sooyoung and Taeyeon are about to leave.  

"Are you coming with us??" Sooyoung asked

"no..." Yoona shakes her head

"Minho will pick you up? Araso.." Sooyoung smirks at her

"thanks....take care"

"you too" Sooyoung and Tayeon finally leave. Yoona closes the shop and stands by a near street light. It's been half an hour that she's waiting. 6pm has  already passed.

"where is that guy? Please, don't let my thoughts be happening" Yoona sighs then her phone rings. Minho's name appears on the screen so she immediately asnwers

"yah!! Choi Minho!! Babo!!" Yoona yelled at him. How dare he let a woman wait for a guy

"good morning, maam.. The owner of this cellphone is really drunk. Can you please help us?"

"just what I was predicting...I'll be right there" Yoona asks for the address and she rushes to the taxi lane nearby.

Yoona gets inside the bar  and looks for Minho. Since there are still lots of people inside, she just asks a waiter

"oppa, excuse me. Someone called me a while ago and he told me that my friend was drunk. I was wondering where he is" Yoona politely asked

"oh...I'm the one that called you. This way, miss" The waiter leads the way and Yoona follows him. Yoona sees Minho who is asleep and he's resting his head on top of the table. Poor guy, he keeps on drinking so much even if he already knows he's not a heavy drinker.

"thank you, oppa" Yoona bows then the waiter leaves. Yoona sits next to Minho and tries to wake him up. She suddenly remembers that it's hard to wake him up.

"Minho..." Yoona taps his shoulders lightly

"hmm...." Minho made a cute small noise but still, he's not awake

"Choi Minho...." Yoona moves Minho's body back and forth "yah!!! Choi Minho!!!" She shouted and she didn't care if the others could hear "GET UP NOW, CHOI MINHO!!! YOU WANT TO DIE!!" Yoona screamed and the people inside the bar stopped all their activities as well as the waiters. Minho was startled and he sits up straight

"Yoong??" Minho is still half-asleep and his face is blushy

"let's go home, fool" Yoona grabs Minho's arm and pulls him from the seat. She uses all of her strength in case Minho insists. Good that he didn't and he just goes along to Yoona's direction. She helps him get inside the taxi and Yoona can see how he looked exhausted and tired. If only Minho called her, he wouldn't have been this drunk. When they reached Minho's house, Yoona is in struggle again to accompany him until they reach his room. Minho's parents are presently not in Korea because they are on a business trip. Yoona lies Minho down on the bed and covers his body with the blue blanket

"unnie, please take care of Minho" Yoona said to the maid. She is sitting on the side of the bed

"yes, Miss" the maid politely said. Yoona is already at the door and she's about to leave but then, she realizes that she couldn't leave that guy in that state. She sighs and goes back upstairs.

"unnie, I'll just take care of everything here. You can take a rest"

"are you sure? I really don't mind at all"

   "I know that you're tired from working almost the whole day"

"Thank you, Yoona. Minho did really learn from you" The maid complimented her and left the room. Yoona stares at Minho's handsome face for a while and decided to enter the bathroom. There, she fills a basin with warm water and grabs a clean small towel before she comes out. Yoona carefully places the basin on top of the small table near the bed, avoiding it from spilling. Minho is sweating so she thinks that he must be feeling hot since he's wearing long sleeves. She goes to his cabinet and gets a clean white shirt. She unbottons Minho's long sleeves and slowly takes it off from his body. She can clearly see Minho's manly body and his abs but she's already used seeing it so it's not a big deal. Yoona uses all her strength to help Minho to even slightly sit up straight so that she can put his clothes on. Minho is to drunk to support his self. After putting his clothes on, Yoona carefully lies him down on the bed. She squezzes the towel and wipes it on Minho's soft face. She suddenly stops wiping his face and puts back the towel on the basin. Yoona glares at him a little longer then she touches his cold face.

"I always wanted to tell you what I feel but I'm afraid that I might lose you" Yoona whispered to herself. Yoona has always been in love with Minho, not just as a friend or a brother but more than that. For all the years that they've been friends, she never intented telling him or even give him a sign that she likes her. For her, she's contented of what they have right now, friendship
