Within the week, the confrence had been set up. It wasn't unlike the major entertainment companies to perodically have press confrences to announce various developments. This news however...was far from what most people were expecting. That was how Leeteuk viewed it at least. A lot of people would be disappointed with the circumstances, others would probably question the future of Super Junior. After all, how could the group survive when their leader wasn't even allowed to actively participate in most events. Despite that uncertainty, Leeteuk was glad that the company had at least understood and was not too upset with it. 

Leeteuk sighed to himself and curled up as best he could against the other man in his bed. Kangin of course was still fast asleep. Understandably so, it was still very early in the morning for most people. In fact, there was only one other person he knew for a fact was awake. This was apparent by the occassional sound of clinking metal in the kitchen, indicating that Ryeowook was already hard at work cooking breakfast for everyone as he routinely did. More and more, Leeteuk was begining to appreciate the younger's cooking first thing in the morning. Now that his morning sickness had finally started to let up. 

Lost in his thoughts, Leeteuk was momentarily startled as Kangin pulled him closer, nuzzling his head into the others neck. With a soft smile, Leeteuk moved one hand to touch his lovers hair, caressing it gently. This affectionate action pulled the younger man from his deep sleep and caused him to look up.

"Hey, babe...did you sleep well?" Kangin asked, casually sliding one hand over Leeteuks' stomach. 

"Not really...I couldn't stop thinking." Leeteuk responded sadly.

"You need to relax okay? You know sleeping is important...You must be exhausted." The concern in Kangins' voice was more than clear. 

"I know...I'll sleep once we're done with this conference, okay?" Leeteuk was truly doing his best to reassure his boyfriend, but whether it worked or not...he had no clue. Suddenly, his stomach growled loudly urging him to get out of bed. "Let's get ready now."

Once out of bed, he ventured over to the closet, seeking an appropriate outfit to wear for the confrence. This in it's self proved to be a difficult task. In the past 15 weeks, his body had begun to change quite noticeably. Nothing fit him the same way as before and he had to all but give up on wearing his old jeans. Instead, he opted for jeans that looked more or less the same, only with an elastic waist to accomodate his growing abdomen. Donning a clean pair of jeans, Leeteuk removed his sleeping shirt and began to search for something else to wear.

This is when it got difficult. Finding pants was easier since he had some custom made for him, shirts on the other hand were hit and miss. Some of them did absolutely nothing to hide his 'situation' and others just excentuated it further. Finding something that was actually flattering was really quite difficult. As he flipped through his half of the closet, desperately searching for something suitably, Kangin snuck up behind him, wrapping his arms around his waist.

"You know, it's a good thing we're telling people about this today. I don't think we can hide this much longer." Kangin said, affectionately brushing his thumb against the bare skin of Leeteuk's stomach.

Although Kangin surely meant well, the hormones surging through Leeteuk's blood stream caused him to react in a way that was entirely unlike himself. Without even truly knowing why he was so offended, Leeteuk felt tears sting the corners of his eyes. He gazed down at his stomach, filled with self concious thoughts. Was it really that noticeable? 

"God, I am so fat..." Leeteuk closed his eyes and inhaled deeply, his breath shaky from the attempt to refrain from crying.

"What? No! No of course you're not! Teukie...you look perfectly fine. Yes, you've changed a bit but...you're still just as attractive. Our baby is worth this right?" Kangin said in the soft, gentle voice that was usually reserved for their most intimate moments such as this one. 

For a few moments, Leeteuk paused to compose himself before responding. At a loss for words, he simply placed his hands on top of Kangin's, which had found a place on his slightly protruding stomach. In a silent agreement, the couple remained there, enjoying the warmth and affection from one another. After a few quiet moments, they separated in order to get dressed. Eventually, Leeteuk decided on a simple, loose sweater. It fit him well enough, it would do for now. The pair then ventured to the kitchen , the delicious aroma of the Eternal Maknae's cooking filling their nostrils. 

Upon entering, they discovered that the near sinful smells of Ryeowook's cooking had caused the rest of the group to congregate in the kitchen as well. All of them were seated at the large table as they usually did, with the addition of thre more chairs for Han Geng, Henry and Zhou Mi. Once Ryeowook noticed the newly arrived couple, a wide grin spread across his lips.

"Good morning! Come get your breakfast!" Ryeowook exclaimed in a voice that was far too enthusiastic for the morning. There was a quiet murmur from Heechul, grumbling about how there was nothing  good about mornings anyways. 

Leeteuk couldn't help but smile a bit to himself before proceeding over to Ryeowook, retrieving the plate of food that had  been made up for him. As per usual, the amount of food on each person's plate varied depending on how much they ate. Shindong and Kangin typically having the most, Heechul and Ryeowook having the least, and the others falling somewhere in between. Leeteuk's normal place of 'somewhere in the middle' had recently changed to be near the same amount as his boyfriend. Not that he minded, he just found it entirely amusing just how sweet and caring their own personal cook was. 

As they enjoyed their meal, playful banter erupted from all ends of the table. Everything from simply talking about how personal life was going to throwing things at each other. Almost anything to distract from the impending news confrence which was so clearly weighing heavily on everyones minds. 

Hours passed, and before Leeteuk knew it, they were sitting at the long table in front of a back drop which proudly presented the SM Entertainment logo. In front of them was a hoard of reporters, eager to soak up all the knowledge that was about to be released. Leeteuk so badly wanted to just crawl onto his lovers lap, but the reasonable part of his mind knew that this would be an unacceptable action. So instead, gaurded by yet another SM banner, acting as a table cloth, he held Kangin's hand under the table. Seeking any form of comfort he could, regardless of how minimal it was. Finally, the dreaded moment arrived, and the infamous Lee Sooman began his announcement. 

"Thank you all for coming here today. We'd like to announce several new developments with Super Junior." Several? Wasn't there only one new thing? Leeteuk knew that something just wasn't right.

"Firstly, for health related reasons, Leeteuk will no longer be actively participating in scheduled Super Junior events for approximately a years time." Health related reasons?! This was not supposed to be like this...not at all.

"Secondly, as we all know, every man in Korea is to serve his time in the military. It is our decision that Kangin will be enlisting for his time next month. That is all, thank you for your time." And with that, Lee Sooman left the small stage, leaving behind frantic reporters, and a very stunned group of 15 men. None quite as stunned as the expecting couple, who had tightened their grip on eachothers hand, clinging to the one thing they needed at this moment...eachother.

AN: Sorry for not updating for soooo long. University took up a lot more time than I thought it would, and my creativity was just gone. I had to focus on writing papers, and had no desire to write fanfiction. Luckily, I am done school until the Fall and thus should have more time to write. Thank you for your patience.
