Blood. It was splattered every where. The walls, the ceiling, the floor, nothing was left untainted. My mom was lying on the floor, throat slit looking at me with soulless eyes as I hid under the bed. My brother Myeon had his hand over my mouth to keep me from crying out. A burley man had my appa by the neck slammed against a xwall. The man had a fun pointed to my dads temple. Threatening him. 

      "Where's my money?" Smack! He hit the gun across my dads head, blood trickled down his face. My father just glared at the man.

     "What money?" My appa spat. The man didn't like this answer as he cocked the trigger. 

     "Your son is next" the scary man said. He pulled the trigger and my appas was smeared across the wall in the shape of a head. The man reached under the bed and dragged my brother out from under the bed. I let out a shriek as I scrambled after Myeon.

     Tears streamed down my face and blood smeared on my clothes. I noticed a gun on the floor. Shakily I crawled over. I didn't know what to do, I'd never used a gun before, let alone shot one. My brother screamed out my name, bit the mans hand. In shock he let go of Myeon. He rushed right over to me. He took the gun From my hands and shot the man right in the forehead. He dropped to the ground like a sack of potatoes.y

      Myeon dropped the gun. He looked at me one last time with sorrowful and sorry eyes and disappeared into the night.
