“Unacceptable.” Yoona said as she enters Lee’s residence.

Seohyun laughed. “Unnie! It just happened!”

“Oh really?” Hyoyeon followed. “How can something like that just happen?”

“But it really did!” Seohyun replied. Although she finds it amusing, it really just happened.

She was about to close the door when..

“YA! Wait for us!” Sooyoung shouted. Yuri was right behind her.

“Where are the others?” Hyoyeon asked.

“They’ll be late. I think they bought food.” Yuri said.

Yoona and Sooyoung’s eyes twinkled upon hearing the word food.

“Let’s wait for them upstairs.” Seohyun suggested as she closed the door.

“I still can’t find the words for this part.” Yonghwa said as he looked at the lyrics he wrote. “I just don’t know what to write.”

Jonghyun grabbed the paper. “Let me see.” He’s the best lyricist in the group along with Yonghwa. “Is this part supposed to be..rap?”

“Not necessarily a rap but you can somehow say it is.” Yonghwa answered.

Jonghyun laughed after giving back the paper to Yonghwa. “It’s your work. You finish it.”

“Thanks for the help.” Yonghwa sarcastically said. “There’s something I need to see…I just don’t know what it is.”

“Should we call sister-in-law?” Minhyuk started teasing his hyung.

“Yeah. Maybe you need to see her again.” Jungshin added.

“Don’t you dare.” Yonghwa threatened his dongsaengs.

“Why don’t you tell us what happened this morning, hyung?”

“Well….” Yonghwa told his dongsaengs about what happened.

“Should we start practicing now?” Hyoyeon asked.

“Nah. Let’s eat first.” Sooyoung said. Yoona nodded in agreement.

“Aish, do what you want. Seohyun~ah, help me arrange the positions.” Hyoyeon said

“Ne!” Seohyun happily said.

Sooyoung and Yoona went downstairs while Yuri started stretching.

“Ya, maknae. You have to tell us the whole story.” Yuri said as she starts bending her legs.

“Of course, unnie. But I don’t want to repeat everything again and again so let’s just wait for the others.” Seohyun said and went back to what they’re doing, “Hyoyeon unnie, you’ll have a solo part in the middle, right?”

Hyoyeon nodded. “And after that, we’ll all kneel and it’ll be Tiffany’s spotlight.”

“She’ll have a solo dance?” Seohyun was confused.

Hyoyeon laughed. “Ani~ she’ll just say something.”

“AH~” Seohyun laughed.

Yoona and Sooyoung entered the room again.

“Ah~ I’m so full!” Yoona happily said.

Sooyoung just lied on the bed. “Let’s just wait for them okay? I don’t feel like practicing yet.”

“Seohyun, you’ll be in the middle at the end, okay?” Hyoyeon said.

“NE?! Why me?!” Seohyun went hysterical. “Why not Yoona unnie?”

“I’m always at the center. It’s your turn now.”

“B-but!” Seohyun tried to complain.

“No buts! It’s final.” Hyoyeon demandingly said. “You guys can check your positions so later you won’t be going on the wrong position. Remember, it’s already tomorrow.”

“Hey, Changmin sunbaenim texted me saying that there will be an event tomorrow at Busan All Girls School.” Minhyuk said to the three.

“What’s the event?” Jungshin asked as he prepares his bass.

“He said it’s a competition among the students. Singing, dancing, or anything.” Minhyuk said.

“Should we go?” Jonghyun suggested.

“If we can.” Minhyuk replied.

“Why not?” Yonghwa asked.

“Outsiders can only enter if invited by a student from that school.” Minhyuk explained.

“Changmin sunbaenim was invited?”

Minhyuk nodded. “He said a senior student there named Lee Yeon Hee invited her. They were childhood friends.”

Jungshin got annoyed. “He’s just boasting it.”

“Yeah~” Minhyuk agreed.

“But isn’t Jessica and the rest of the girls are from that school?” Jonghyun asked.

Jungshin and Minhyuk stood up in awe. They totally forgot about it.

“If they invite us…” Yonghwa said.

“FINALLY.”

Taeyeon, Sunny, Jessica and Tiffany entered the house.

“It’s about time~” Hyoyeon exclaimed.

Taeyeon consoled them. “We brought foods~”

Yoona and Sooyoung quickly grabbed the bags. “Lemme see!”

“Let’s go upstairs already and practice.” Yuri said.

“Do you think they’ll invite us?”

“Will they compete?”

“What are we going to wear?”

“We’re not yet even sure if they’ll invite us.”

“But still…”

“It’s better to be ready..”

“OH GUYS PLEASE. STOP OVER THINKING.” Yonghwa shouted at them.

Jonghyun laughed. “It seems you’re the one who’s over thinking.”

Yonghwa ignored his remark and sat back on his chair.

“Let’s try not to make any mistakes so we’ll end the practice fast.” Tiffany said to the girls.

Yuri and Sunny laughed.

“Coming from you…really?” Yuri laughed harder.

“As if you and Sunny are better than Tiff…you’re just the same!” Sooyoung teased them.

“Aish, let’s start practicing now!” Taeyeon’s leadership started appearing.

--After 30 minutes

“Let’s take a break.” Hyoyeon said.

Jessica quickly went near the AC while Yoona and Sooyoung went downstairs to eat.

The rest of the girls just sat on the floor.

“Only a few more practice and we’ll be able to perfect it!” Tiffany said as she stretches her arms.

Seohyun sighed, “I hope we’ll win.”

Taeyeon suddenly remembered something. “Aren’t we allowed to invite outsiders?”

“Yes, why?” Sunny asked.

Jessica joined the conversation and teased Taeyeon, “Are you thinking of inviting someone, huh? Your bf?”

“ANI!” Taeyeon immediately denied.

“Should we invite the guys?” Yuri asked.

“Guys?” Taeyeon was puzzled.

“You know, Jonghyun, Minhyuk, Jungshin, Yonghwa…”

“Why are you guys talking about?” Yoona asked as they enter the room.

“Yul wants to invite your Minhyuk and the rest.” Tiffany said.

“MY Minhyuk?! He’s not my boyfriend!” Yoona answered back. “Anyway, who’s going to invite them?”

Sooyoung laughed. “Of course, you! Who else?”

Hyoyeon suddenly went outside the room.

Yoona quickly grabbed her phone. “Ani~ I won’t invite them. Why not you, Jess?”

“I don’t have Jonghyun’s number.”

“How ‘bout you, Sooyoung?”

“Jungshin? We’re not that close…yet. If there’s anyone who should invite them, it’s either Yoona or Seohyun.”

All eyes were on Seohyun.

“NO.”

The girls still fixed their eyes on her.

“WHAT?”

“Invite them.” Jessica said to maknae.

“NOOO.” Seohyun quickly looked for her phone. “WHERE’S MY PHONE?”

At the same time, Hyoyeon entered the room. “Problem solved.”

“WHAT DO WE WEAR?”

“DO WE NEED TO BRING SOMETHING?”

The boys are all panicking for tomorrow, especially Yonghwa.

“But seriously hyung, I expected Yoona to invite us more than Seohyun.” Jonghyun said.

Yonghwa’s still in shock that Seohyun invited them.

---Flashback---

*beep* *beep*

“Hyung, your phone rang.” Minhyuk said to the oldest.

Yonghwa grabbed his phone. Who could it be? He thought to himself.

“Yonghwa~ssi, annyeong! ^^ - Seohyun”

“Who is it?” Jonghyun asked but Yonghwa didn’t hear it.

Jungshin grabbed his hyung’s phone to see who it was.

“YAAAA!” Yonghwa tried to reach for his phone but Jungshin’s taller than him.

“It’s our sis-in-law!” Jungshin exclaimed.

Jonghyun and Minhyuk immediately got up. “What did she say?”

“She just said hello.” Jungshin said while trying to avoid Yonghwa.

“Quick! Reply!”

“Annyeong!^^ ” Jungshin typed and sent to Seohyun.

*beep* *beep*

“WHAT DID SHE SAY?”

“Are you guys free tomorrow? There’s an event in our school tomorrow and I was hoping you guys could come… - Seohyun”

“SHE’S INVITING US!” Jungshin leaped with joy and immediately replied while Jonghyun and Minhyuk are holding Yonghwa.

“Sure! We’re all free!^^”

*beep* *beep*

“Okay! I’ll send you the details later.^^ See you tomorrow! – Seohyun”

“She said she’ll send the details later…woo!” Jungshin was so excited.

Yonghwa finally got the strength to grab the phone.

“Ne~ see you!”

“What do you mean problem solved?” Tiffany asked Hyoyeon.

Hyoyeon grinned.

“What are you holding?” Sunny asked.

Hyoyeon showed them.

“Unnie, WHY ARE YOU HOLDING MY PHONE?” Seohyun quickly stood to grab her phone.

Hyoyeon easily gave the phone back. “I texted Yonghwa.”

“WHAT?!” Seohyun and the girls are all shocked.

Hyoyeon continued, “I invited them and they said yes.”

“UNNIEEEEE!” Seohyun didn’t know what to do.

The other girls laughed.

“Nice one, Hyo.” Yuri gave her thumbs up.

“You can’t do anything about it anymore, they already agreed. I said that you’ll send them the details later.” Hyoyeon said adding more frustration to their youngest.

“Let’s get back to practicing!” Taeyeon shouted.

The rest of the girls immediately stood up except for Seohyun.

“YA! Seohyun! No time to waste! Your protector will be watching tomorrow.”

Seohyun was still in shock. The girls just laughed at her.

----After 30 minutes

“One last practice, okay?” Hyoyeon said to them.

“WOOHOOOO! IT’S PERFECT!”

The girls are all happy with the result of their practice.

“Yoona and I will cook for our dinner.” Taeyeon said.

“We’ll all help!” Seohyun said.

“Right, so you can tell us what happened this morning.” Yoona said.

“Hyung, we’ll be leaving!”

“Don’t forget to wake up early!”

“Text us in case Seohyun send you the details.”

The guys said as they bid goodbye to their hyung. They were supposed to have a sleepover but they need to prepare for tomorrow.

The girls are all helping in preparing for their dinner.

“Mianhae, aegi~” Hyoyeon endearingly said to Seohyun

“It’s okay.” Seohyun got over it. There’s no use in over thinking anyway. She thought.

The girls started asking Seohyun questions while  preparing the ingredients.

“Does your mom like Yonghwa?”

“I think so.”

“How did they meet?”

“Mom was at the grocery buying things for our breakfast and coincidentally, he was there.”

“In the morning?”

“Yes.”

“That’s strange..he’s up that early.”

“Mom asked him and he said that he needs to wake up early.”

“For what?”

“I don’t know.”

After a few minutes, Taeyeon and Yoona were able to finish cooking. “Done~!”

While they were eating, Hyoyeon suddenly remembered something. “Seohyun~ah”

“Ne?”

“You should text Yonghwa. I didn’t give him the details for tomorrow.”

“I’ll just text him later after we eat.”

Jessica suddenly blurted out. “Do you like him?”

The girls fixed their gaze on Seohyun.

“No! It’s like…2 days? 2 days since we met!”

“It’s just like, not love!”

“Well, I don’t know. He’s a good guy, I think.”

Jessica then turned to Yoona. “How about you? What do you think of Minhyuk?”

Yoona started day dreaming. “Well he’s cute…and nice…and gentleman…and..”

“Stop. We get it. You like him.”

The girls just laughed and continued talking about different things.

----

While they were at Seohyun’s room, she excused herself in going to the bathroom. In reality, she went to her mom’s room and locked it.

♫ I don’t know you but I want you.. ♫

“Yeobuseyo?”

“Oh, annyeong Yonghwa~ssi!”

“Annyeong!”

“Actually, I called you ‘cause I want to tell you that it wasn’t me who texted you a while ago.”

Yonghwa didn’t respond and so Seohyun continued.

“Not that I don’t want to invite you guys but I felt shy…I guess..Hyoyeon unnie did it and I’m really thankful for what she did. Uhm…I hope you..uhm..you guys could come.”

Yonghwa unknowingly blushed. “Uhm..”  he wasn’t able to respond.

“Don’t you want to come? It’s fine, you know…”

“No! We’ll surely be there!”

“Oh…okay…I’ll text you the details.”

“Okay.”

“Uhmm…see you.”

“See you.”

“Good night.”

“Good night.”

“I’ll hung up now…okay?”

“Okay.”

“Bye.”

“Bye.”

“I’ll hung up..now…o..kay?”

“Yeah sure.”

“Okay..uhm..bye.” Seohyun hung up.

Why is it so hard to hung up? She asked herself.

Yonghwa’s face was warm. He was really delighted that Seohyun wanted them to be there.

*beep* *beep*

“Annyeong! Here are the details^^ ~> =details= Be there, okay? ^^ Good night! – Seohyun”

Seohyun opened her door and to her shock, her eight unnies are all listening to their conversation.

“EH?”

The girls pretended that they were doing other things.

“Unnies, you don’t have to pretend, you know.”

“You said you’re going to the bathroom.”

“Well, we’re equal already.” Seohyun laughed.

----

Seohyun stretches her arms. It’s 6am already. They need to be at their school at 8.

“Unnies~ wake up.” Seohyun said as she yawned.

She went downstairs and brushed her teeth. She also prepared for their breakfast.

Ma mixed with apple is good in the morning. She said to herself as she mixed it on a blender.

She also prepare toasted breads.

She went back upstairs to check her unnies. Tiffany, Yoona, Hyoyeon and Sunny are already awake. Yuri is stretching.

“I smell food.” Yoona said.

“It’s just toasted breads, though. And Ma mixed with apple.”

Yuri stopped from stretching. “There’s Ma?”

“Ne~”

“Yoona, let’s go downstairs.”

The two went down and Seohyun tried to wake up the others.

“Taeyeon unnie, wake up.”

“mmmm…” Taeyeon responded while covering herself in her blanket. “I’ll get up in a few minutes…”

“Ne~”

Seohyun went to Jessica.

“Unnie~ it’s time to wake up~”

Jessica didn’t even respond…normal.

Seohyun then went to Sooyoung.

“Sooyoung unnie, wake up.”

Sooyoung didn’t respond.. It’s not usual for her to not respond.

“Wake up unnie~”

All of the other girls, including Jessica, went downstairs. Only Seohyun and Sooyoung are left.

“Unnie~”

“Ya! Mind your own business!” Sooyoung responded and went back to sleep.

Seohyun stopped waking her up and went downstairs.

“Where’s Sooyoung?” Taeyeon asked without opening her eyes.

“She’s still asleep.”

“Thanks for the food, Seohyun.” Yoona said.

“And the Ma, it’s delicious!” Yuri added.

Seohyun smiled back at them and joined them in eating.

A few minutes later, Sooyoung went downstairs.

“Good morning~” She greeted them.

“You overslept, dear.” Jessica said.

“Well, I had a good sleep.”

“Sorry unnie.” Seohyun approached Sooyoung.

“Wae?” Sooyoung was confused.

“I woke you up and you said ‘mind your own business’. I think I forced you to wake up too much.”

“I said that?!”

Seohyun nodded.

“I’M SORRY I DIDN’T KNOW I SAID THAT!”

The other girls laughed at them.

“So this is the stage?” Hyoyeon and the girls are standing in from of where they’ll perform later.

“Oh my…I’m getting nervoussss” Tiffany said.

“Don’t be! We’ll feel the same if you get nervous!” Yoona said.

Taeyeon elbowed Seohyun.

“Wae?”

“Look who’s here.”

“Where?”

“To your right!” Taeyeon whispered.

Seohyun looked to her right and was shocked at the person she saw.
