Chapter Nine- Namsan Tower

An awkward atmosphere surrounded Chanyeol's car. Sumin obviously doesn't know how to start a conversation with someone who just asked her out on a date without even knowing each other more. Moreover, a date is a getting-to-know more each other thing. She slightly shuddered and looked outside the window, admiring the beautiful city lights of Seoul.

It wasn't her first time admiring Seoul, it was one of her favorite things to do. She admire a lot of things simply because it's fascinating. "Feeling much better?" Chanyeol asked, breaking the ice between them. Sumin gazed at him and she nodded slightly, still feeling a bit uncomfortable around him.

"U-uh, yeah. Thanks" she managed a small smile before turning back to the coast of fog that she made. She drew a small heart and drew a line on it. Chanyeol sighed as he stepped on the gas, trying to get close to their destination.

He parked the car and quickly stepped out, opening the door for Sumin. She stepped out of the car and flashed a smile at him, making him slightly think that she's warming up. He offered his arm in a gentleman's manner and she chuckled softly, putting her arms on his. Chanyeol guided her inside the restaurant and the waiter guided them to their table.

"Take your order, I'll pay" Chanyeol grinned. Sumin looked at him and she immediately returned a smile. She doesn't know why but something about Chanyeol makes her want to smile. His deep voice and his cute face, he seems to be more like a kid than a fine man.
