*Hyunjoo's POV* 

I stared at my phone,wondering should I listen to him? I grabbed my bag and walked out.I wonder why he wants to meet here? As I arrived at the cafe,the memories started to come back.If only I hadn't told him that day,I would still be living happily.If only we didn't meet on that day.My phone rang reminding me that a message came in.I read the message and looked at the back of the cafe.I slipped my phone back in my pocket and walk towards his table.

"hey" he sat straight and smiled a little 

"hey" I smiled a little and sat across him "why did you want to meet? Don't you have a long schedule today?" I raised an eyebrow 

He chuckled a little and pointed to his watch "It's lunch time.Anyways,let's order some food first and we'll talk after that" he called for the waitress and we ordered some food.Lunch was awkward and I tried my best to avoice eye contact with him.

He cleared his throat and looked up at me "umm..you must be wondering why I wanted to meet you.I know I've said this many times and I know it will never be enough.I'm sorry" he hung his head low 

I sat there staring at him in silence.I'm tired of this.The constant 'I'm Sorry's,the awkward atmosphere when we're filming,feeling mad at him every time I look at him.I'm just tired of everything but every time I try to forgive him,the memories,correction,nightmares just start to come back.I hung my head low,trying to prevent myself from crying.The hardships I went because of him.It was too hard for me to take.

"I'll stop.I won't try to steal you again.Let's be friends.Let's be the way we used to be.I missed you" He whispered the last sentence "I'm tired of fighting,feeling guilty.I want us to tell secrets to each other again,laugh agian,cry again and do everything again.I was wrong.I've never been so soryr before" he paused a little and took a deep breath "I'm sorry" he finished his sentence

A tear rolled down my cheek but I quickly wiped them away.I didn't want to show him that I'm crying for him.I didn't want to show my weak side.In my mind,the memories came back but this time it wasn't the nightmares that kept replaying but the good memories that we created togehter.I tried to stop crying and composed myself 

"I know,I know you're sorry.I'm tired of all of this too but it's hard you know? Back then,it was really hard for me and I needed a friend to lean on but no,you were the one who dissapointed me.Never in a million years,I would thought that you would be the one to bring me down.I can forgive you but it won't be easy to forget what you've put me through.It will always remain in my memory.Just let me remind you again,it's hard to be the way we used to" I sighed and stood up,walking out of the cafe.Not daring to look behind.

I walked home and plopped on the couch.My eyes felt heavy and slowly closed as I drifted off to dreamland.I woke up a few hours later by the ringing of my phone,snapping me back to reality.As soon as I heard the ringtone,I knew the caller.

"hey babe,where are you?" oppa asked happiy.By hearing oppa's voice,I know that his schedule went well 

"home" I answered groggily 

"did you take a nap? awww,I'm sorry I disturbed you.I thought that we could meet up and have a late dinner at the park?" oppa's voice sounded like he was hoping

"of course.I'll be there in 5 minutes" I smiled and hung up.I grabbed my coat and slipped my phone back in my pocket.I saw a familiar figure playing on the swing.I smiled and hugged oppa from the back,pecking his cheek lightly "sorry I made you wait long" I rested my head on oppa's shoulder 

"it's ok.Did you have a good nap?" Oppa kissed my hand and I nodded 

"of course.Did you have a good schedule?" I asked and oppa nodded 

"come here" oppa pulled my hand gently,leading me to sit on his lap.I chuckled a little and oppa wrapped his arm around my waist instinctly,preventing me from falling "this is better" oppa grinned 

"aigoo,why so cute" I pinched oppa's cheek

"I know.I missed you.What did you do today?" oppa buried his face in the crook of my neck 

"umm..can I be honest?" I looked at oppa and he nodded slightly "I had lunch with.." I stopped my sentence 

"what? why?" oppa's face sprang up 

"he wanted to apologise and said he wanted to stop.He wanted to be the wat we used to be" 

"and?" oppa raised an eyebrow 

"I said that I can forgive but I can never forget.We can't be the way we used to be" I looked down and sighed 

"He was the guy that you told me about a long time ago? I can't believe you used to be best friends with him" oppa's face expression was in disbelief 

I scoffed and nodded slightly "yeah.me too.Can we stop talking about him now?" I smiled slightly 

oppa nodded and kissed my cheek "aren't you cold?" oppa hugged me tighter but I shook my head "umm..babe" 

"hmm?" 

"I met Jonghyun hyung and he said he wanted to see you.He tried to call you but you didn't pick up his calls.Don't ask me why cause I don't know" 

I nodded slightly and smiled "sure.I'll come over tomorrow"
