Yongguk walked back in the practice room with a more fresh appearance and clean,sweat free clothes.He grabbed his coat and walked down to the lobby where Hyunjoo was waiting for him

“can you please tell me where are we going and why are we walking? “ Yongguk raised an eyebrow

“it’s a secret and it’s a walking distance from here.So now let’s go!” Hyunjoo intertwined her fingers with Yongguk and dragged him out,pulling the hat more to cover her face

“a walking distance?” Yongguk repeated after Hyunjoo but only silence answered him

The couple walked for a few minutes and finally stopped in front of a shop.Yongguk tried to fit the pieces but he still couldn’t get why he was standing in front of a empty shop with Hyunjoo that has a sign of SOLD pasted on it’s glass wall

“so?”

“so what? Look at it” Hyunjoo pointed to the empty shop again

“I don’t get the picture” Yongguk tried to look around

Hyunjoo chuckled and pulled Yongguk back a little “look at that” Hyunjoo pointed above and Yongguk’s gaze followed her finger

His gaze stopped on a sign that read MATO CAFE with pretty bold letters and pictures of little bunnies surrounded the block letters.Yongguk smiled widely at the sign and finally figured out what Hyunjoo was trying to do

“you finally opened a cafe?” Yongguk pulled Hyunjoo in for a tight hug and spun her in the air “how did you do it?” he put her down and wrapped his arms around her waist firmly

“well,I got a little money from mom’s savings,don’t worry she gave it to me,and some money she inherited to me and some money I saved.It was really hard to get a place here.It was too expensive but I managed to get through” Hyunjoo smiled widely

“I’m so proud of you babe” Yongguk leaned in for a kiss.The kiss turned into a heated and passionate kiss before the couple decided to pull away for some air

“umm miss” an unfamiliar voice came up from behind.Hyunjoo quickly cupped Yongguk’s face,preventing him from turning around

“yes?” Hyunjoo turned her gaze to the guy behind Yongguk while trying to pull Yongguk closer to her

“umm,how do I get to TS Entertainment?” the guy asked.Hyunjoo’s eyes trailed down to his clothes and saw a camera bag hanging on his shoulder,a notebook in his pocket,a pen placed in his pocket ‘a reporter’  Hyunjoo thought in her mind

“umm sure.It’s just a 5 minute walk from here.Just go right up and the building will be on your left”

“thanks young lady” the man –reporter--  bowed and walked away while taking glances back.He sighed to himself,thinking he got the biggest scoop “I can swear that was Bang Yongguk”

Hyunjoo took one last glance at the man before she saw him step in the said building and the couple sighed in relief “I almost died there”

“thanks babe.We both almost died there” Yongguk chuckled slightly

“anyways,that’s not the main point I brought you here.I need to show you something” Hyunjoo grabbed a bunch of keys from her pocket and unlocked the door to the shop

Hyunjoo one of the lights,not too bright,making sure not to attract any unnecessary attention and locked the door to the shop again.Hyunjoo walked more to the back of the shop and opened a door

“this is the only thing I managed to finish in one week” Hyunjoo stood proudly in the middle of the room,revealing a small and cozy room.There was a tv attached to the wall with the latest game console beneath it,2 bean bags in front of it and little pillows around it,at the corner of the room was located a mini arcade machine -2 to be exact- and lastly a little couch perfect for 2 - - probably for Yongguk and Hyunjoo - - at the middle of the room.The room was a mix of boys and girls.It was filled with games a mini exercise things with little comfy decorations

“babe,where the hell did you find the time to do all of these?” Yongguk walked around the room,admiring every part of the room

“before the whole Yonghwa thing broke out” Hyunjoo laughed slightly to herself “anyways,this will be our and the boys private room.You guys can come here every time you guys need time to yourselves and if we want to meet up.I have one last thing to show”

Hyunjoo finally revealed the black fabric that was covering one wall in particular.Polaroid pictures of Hyunjoo and Yongguk,the B.A.P members,the maknaes with Hyunjoo and more filled the wall.If only Yongguk’s smile could go wider,he would smile more

“babe,this is just too perfect” Yongguk pulled Hyunjoo in for a tight hug

“and the wall is soundproof,so shout your hearts out here” Hyunjoo patted Yongguk’s back

“I’m glad that you finally get to do what you want to do.I remember those little sketches in your notebook” Yongguk pulled away a little and gazed on Hyunjoo’s face “like it was yesterday.Words aren’t enough of how proud I am of you”

“Then don’t.I know even if you don’t tell me” Hyunjoo chuckled slightly and the couple enjoyed their own time there for the night.

*Next Morning*

Hyunjoo couldn’t believe her eyes.The mug that she held in her hand slipped out and crushed to pieces on the floor,creating a puddle of hot coffee that later got onto her foot.She couldn’t believe on what she was staring.

“no,this can’t be” Hyunjoo repeated to herself,lied to herself

On the newspaper,her face was spread wide,being the hot tabloid for the day or even for the next few weeks.With just a little sentence that can ruin her life forever.It’s not revealed that she’s connected to the so-called-man on the newspaper.Yes,she didn’t want to say his name.She despised it although they’ve reconciled –maybe,that’s what he thought-

-I’m a Badman~- her ringtone rang,signalling her a phonecall came in,snapping her from her trance.Hands trembling,she reached for the phone.Scared of making any first words,she let the other dialler start

“Hyunjoo?”

...

“Hyunjoo? Babe?”

That oh-so-familiar-voice.The voice that she wanted to hear so bad at the moment.Hyunjoo clasped the phone tighter in her hands,trying to hold back her tears,releasing her feelings on the phone

“yeah I’m here” Hyunjoo tried to sound as stable as possible

The dialler sighed – Yongguk- “just wait there,I’ll be in a few” Yongguk somehow managed to detect that Hyunjoo was on her breaking point.

Hyunjoo bit on her lip hard,trying her best not to cry ‘it’s no use crying over such petty things’  she thought to herself.She stood there,frozen for the new few minutes,not knowing what to do.The beep to front door rang –signalling someone is coming in-

“oh my god,babe” Yongguk noticed the hot coffee under her feet and quickly swiped her off her feet and placed her on the couch gently.He rushed to the refrigerator and hastily put some cubes in a handkerchief “hold this” he placed the handkerchief on her feet and made her hold it while he cleaned up the mess “all done” Yongguk smiled to himself,proud at his accomplishment but immediately frowned when he heard soft sobbings

He sat beside her and pulled her in his embrace while rocking her from side to side,whispering sweet and comforting words into her ear.Her tears stained his shirt,leaving a big stain of tear.She clutched on his shirt tightly,making the crinkles permanent on his shirt for a long time but nothing bothered him at the moment.The fact that his girlfriend is sad,angry,furious,disappointed – heck,even he doesn’t know how to describe his girlfriend’s mixed feeling- just breaks his heart and nothing else mattered.

Aside from him,nobody else noticed how fragile and broken the girl in his arms is.She’s always so positive and smiles were always carved on her lips and that’s what made Yongguk attracted to her.Not just the fact that she was beautiful –beautiful is an understatement,stated by Yongguk- the fact that he wants to know there is more behind those smiles she plastered on her face every day and gosh,Yongguk never regretted knowing the real Hyunjoo.He was touched to be honest,how can such a girl survive in this cruel world.Like people say “if you smile to the world,the world will smile back but if you spit to the world,the world will spit back”

After somewhat an hour or so,Hyunjoo finally composed herself but remained to lay her head on Yongguk’s chest while he held her protectively in his arms

“What are you going to do now? I’ll bet they’ll make a press conference and call you in” Yongguk said softly,almost whisper-like.Afraid of opening up the sensitive topic

“I have to go,correction,I must go” Hyunjoo sighed softly and Yongguk nodded softly

“let’s just forget about it for a while and have some time for ourselves.hmm?” Yongguk smiled and kissed her forehead

“go” Hyunjoo simply said

“hmm?”

“I know you have a schedule.Go.I don’t want to hold you back”

“but-“

“I’ll text you every 5 minutes to make sure I’m still alive and eating well ok? Now go” Hyunjoo finally smiled slightly and pushed Yongguk away playfully

“you’re pushing me away now? How can you?” Yongguk tried to act very dramatically

“I hate you.Now go!”

“can the princes give the prince a kiss then the prince will go and fulfill his duties?” Yongguk said with his gummy smile

“ewww,no Bang Yongguk.Don’t ever say that” Hyunjoo cringed but Yongguk whined cutely,pouting his lips “ok ok” Hyunjoo chuckled and gave him a kiss on the lips “now go”

“I love you” Yongguk wore his coat and wore his shoes hastily

“love you too” you watched him walk out and smiled to yourself “how can I ever live without you Bang Yongguk?”  Hyunjoo stared at her and Yongguk’s picture hanging on the wall

Yongguk tried his best to hide his face and blended in the crowd.Unfortunately,luck wasn’t on his side that day.Correction,luck wasn’t on his and her side on that day

*snap snap*

“I finally got you Bang Yongguk” the man smirked to himself and quickly flagged down a taxi to go back to his company and work his magic “I’m so getting promoted”

The couple,not expecting such a big scandal going to blow up,focused on their own activities.Hyunjoo decided to take off her mind by completing the works for her cafe.Her cafe is finally coming to place and all is left for the furniture to move in,her staffs to report for duty and making final touched by her own

“perfect” Hyunjoo smiled to herself and leaned back to the couch,a sigh escaping her lips

*I’m a Badman~* Hyunjoo’s ringtone went off.She grabbed her phone and it was from an unsaved number but she knew better than anyone else who it is.She hesitantly answered the phone

“Hyunjoo? I think you know what I’m going to say”

Hyunjoo sighed and nodded-although the other dialler won’t see- “yeah.Where should I meet you?”

“the Grand Seoul Hotel in 2 hours”

“sure” Hyunjoo hang up and changed her clothes.She initially wanted to wear a pair of skinny jeans but it’ll look too rude but she decided to wear a black ruffled almost leather-like skirt that flowed down to half of her thighs and a white dress shirt,tucked into her skirt to complete her look.She pulled the sleeves up to her elbow and settled down with a pair of flats with some light make up

She grabbed her phone and walked out.Looking at her wristwatch,it only took her less than an hour to prepare.She smiled to herself at her own accomplishment.She arrived at the said place and as expected she was attacked by reporters.’how the hell do they know it’s me?’ Hyunjoo thought to herself and with much difficulty she got into the building.She let out a sigh of relief and looked around for the man that’s in a same situation with her

“Hyunjoo!”

Speaking of the devil.She took in a deep breath and waited for him to stop in front of her.He explained some few things to her –about how she should say nothing in the press conference and so on- but her mind was too distracted to listen to what he was saying.Her gaze was fixed on a reporter that stood not that far behind them,smirking at Hyunjoo.Hyunjoo recognized the reporter ‘he’s the guy from the other night’ Hyunjoo felt uneasy with his gaze and turned her gaze to Yonghwa

“oppa,who’s that guy over there?” that intimate nickname rolled off her tongue again,probably forever.It still felt awkward to her but she’ll have to call him that from now on

Yonghwa turned his head around and saw the reporter,except for the fact that the reporter is now not smirking at Hyunjoo and pretending to look at photos in his camera,he looked normal “oh him? He’s a reporter from Scandal News.What is he doing here?I don't remember inviting him” Yonghwa raised an eyebrow

Before Hyunjoo could ask any further questions,they were ushered by Yonghwa’s manager to the press conference room.Cameras started flashing wildly the moment they walked in and it didn’t help Hyunjoo at all.The fact that her eyes are sensitive to flashes resulting her to squint her eyes and it makes her look angry.Yonghwa noticed this on Hyunjoo and covered her face with his hand and spoke through her microphone

“can we reduce on the use of flash? Hyunjoo is pretty sensitive to it”

The reporters and camera people nodded and quickly changed the settings to their cameras.Yonghwa’s manager,Hyunjoo,Yonghwa and their company’s representative.The sat like that from the left to the right.The MC said his welcoming words and the press conference started.One by one reporters started to bombarded them with questions from “are you dating?” to “is she a trainee?” and worst came out.

The company representative wanted to grab the microphone but Yonghwa beat him to it “I’ve heard over all of the questions and what I’m going to say here,right now is nothing but the truth.These past few days,some rumours started to float around but never it made to the main hidelines and today it finally did.I’d be lying if I said I was happy but a part of me was glad that it did make the headlines.Hyunjoo here or also known as Jung Hyunjoo is my dear little sister by blood”

“but you said you had no family!” a reporter interrupted

“yes,I did and how foolish I was back then.I was young and stupid.I was embarrassed back then of having such an embarrassing and poor background so I decided to lie although the company said not to lie as it’ll only bring me trouble.There were things that happened these past few years and we finally reconciled and here I am,proudly announcing that she is my younger sister.If you won’t believe me,I believe they would pass around a copy of our DNA stating we are siblings.I can only tell until here as the other things are confidential and we both agreed on not revealing it to the public”

As if on cue,people started to own a copy of their DNA test in their hands.The reporters fingers were typing away while the camera people were taking pictures of the DNA test and the newly found siblings in front of them.When they thought that they could finally breathe out in relief,a reporter decided to pop out his biggest news ever

“May I ask something to Miss Hyunjoo?”

“but she isn’t supposed to speak anything today” Yonghwa answered

“but it is HER press conference.Can I?”

Yonghwa sighed and glanced at Hyunjoo,she simply nodded meaning the reporter could ask away

“are you dating Bang Yongguk?”

Hyunjoo choked on her saliva and the room went silent.The reporters who were looking down at their laptop immediately looked up at the girl
