"Pitter, Patter,Pitter Patter"

I listen to the rain hitting the window making a never ending beat

"Pitter, Patter, Pitter, Patter"

I close my eyes letting the music of the rain overtake my hearing and my mind

"Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!"

Thunder that embrace the rain like a man embracing the love of his life

"Knock, Knock, Knock, Knock"

Eh? That's not apart of the rain.

"Knock Knock,Knock,Knock"

I open my eyes and groaned. That annyoing sound that hit the wood of my door interupt me in my thoughts

"Chanyeol! Open up honey!"

That dulcet voice that I love! I open the door and embrace the beauty that was standing before me

"Hello Umma! How was work?"

The pearly smile appeared in my presents that make my umma beauty show even more

"It was tiring dear. And I still have to go grocery shopping to get some things"

Her delicate hand went through her fluffy curly hair in stress

"I can do it umma. You go rest!"

Her crescent eyes glisten with glee as she kiss my cheek and headed to her bedroom.

"Rain, me and you have a date today."

I put my greenish hoodie on and walk out of the house in the dark, grayish scene of rain.

"Splish, Splash, Splish, Splash"

The sound my feet make when I step on the drench sidewalk.

"Splatter, Splatter,Splatter, Splatter"

Cars driving into puddles of water making a dive.

"Snif Snif"

I inhale the smell of dampness of the air letting me clear my thoughts of stress

"Ring Ring"

I open the door of the grocery store walking in away from my love. the rain.

"Squeak Squeak"

The sounds of the cart moving irrates me. Such a awful sound.

"Plop, plop"

I'm collecting the items that my mom gave me in a list

"Crash!"

I looked up with wonder and felt my body went stiff

"Ah! I'm sorry"

The boy stand in front of me was someone I never seen before but yet surprise me with his beauty

His comely face, making people in all genders glance at him and be awe his features

His brunette hair that is hidden in his hood that cover his glistening eyes

His blanched and healthy skin  looks soft to touch

His body frame look delicate more like a girl a little bit

His smile was like my mothers pearly white but more beautiful

"Excuse me?"

His dulcet voice snapped me back to reality.

"S-sorry."

His eyes widen in surprise. I get that a lot when my bass voice come out of my mouth.

"You're voice doesn't match your baby faced appearance "

He showed his pearly white smile and hold out his delacte hands out.

"I'm Byun Baekhyun"

I let my rough skinned hand touch his soft blanched skinned hand.

"I'm Park Chanyeol"

Sadly I let go of his delicate hand and I showed my pearly smile

"Nice to meet you Chanyeol. I'm new here."

No wonder I never seen your beauty before

"Cool! How you like it here?"

His eyes went crescent as he laughed sweetly.

"Baekhyun love it here. It's better than my last home."

His voice is like music in my ears. I never want to stop listen to it.

"Do you want to walk home with Baekhyun,Chanyeol?"

I looked at him with widen eyes that made him regret asking me.

"Sure.."

My hearted beated in a really fast rate when I saw his smile again.

"Plat, Plat, Plat, Plat"

The rain hitting the umbrella like a drum.

"Swosh, Swosh"

The frosty wind hitting our expose skin, let the hair on our heads flow with the movement.

"Hmm... it's cold.."

His skinny arms wrap around his fragile figure trying to warm his body.

"Here."

My purple scraf left my neck and wrapped around Baekhyun slim neck.

"T-thank you Chanyeol."

The blood in my body rush to my cheeks making my cheeks look red wine stain

"Chanyeol, Do you like rain?"

I smile with glee and held my hand out of the umbrella letting the cold rain hit my bare hand.

"Rain is something I'm in love with. Rain is beautiful to me. People think I'm weird because I love rain so much like a lover."

Baekhyun let his perfect delicate hands reach for the rain feeling the coldness of the rain. That beautiful smile appeared on his face

"Baekhyun don't think you're weird. Baekhyun love rain also."

My heart wanted to burst. This beauty love rain just like me. Does this mean anything?

"Well here's my house. Thanks Chanyeol"

My eyes widen. His family is the one that is moving next to us. I felt nothing but glee.

"Well I guess your my neighbor."

He looked at me in confusion. I poined to the house next to his explaining I live next to him. His face brighten.

"That's awesome! Baekhyun get to see your baby face everyday now. Baekhyun thought it might be a while until Baekhyun see Chanyeol again"

He wanted to see me again? I never felt more happy about any thin else but rain.

"I guess I see you later Baekhyun."

His delicate hand touch my cheek. His finger tips caress my cheek softly. I blush slightly and put my rough hand ontop of his soft ones.

"Baekhyun will miss Chanyeol."

I let go of his hand and smile my pearly smile. I walked away with my heart fluttering.

"Darling you got the ingredients?"

I walked in dazed putting the groceries on the counter.

"Chanyeol?"

"Mom, I think I found someone that can take over my love for rain."
