Alex and Niel arrived at the party just in time.

“Niel! You made it!” CAP cheered.

Niel smiled at his hyung as he put his arm around Alex.

“Oooh! You guys are together now?” CAP teasingly asked.

Niel looked at Alex.

Alex nodded. “Yes. Yes we are.”

Niel’s eyes widened.

L. Joe showed up from behind Chunji and Ricky who were behind CAP.

“Prove it.” He challenged.

Alex smirked at him, faced Niel, and then pressed her lips against his.

L. Joe’s right eye twitched.

Niel wrapped his arms around Alex’s waist as Alex s her arms around Niel’s neck. Then they pulled away.

L. Joe walked away in a fury.

Alex smirked as she saw his figure retreating.

After the party, Alex said good bye to everyone and walked home with Niel.

On the walk home, nothing was heard except for the ‘click clack’-ing sound of Alex’s high heels.

Niel broke the silence by asking, “Are we really together now?”

Alex looked at him. “Why? Do you not want us to be together?”

Niel shook his head. “No, no! I didn’t mean it like that!”

Alex laughed softly. They reached her doorstep.

“Well, I’ll see you when I see you, boyfriend!” Alex said with a smile.

Niel smiled. “Good night, girlfriend.” He kissed Alex good night and walked away.

When Alex was about to fall asleep, she received a text.

Alex smiled as she replied.

Then she fell asleep with a smile.
