Chapter16

"Anna," you whisper. "Anna. Anna. Anna." You start to poke her sides until she finally sits up and slaps you playfully.

"I'm up! I'm up!"

"Ashlee?" a voice calls. You and Anna look up immediately to find Gemini-K's manager, Jae Hyuk, standing in front of you. "What are you doing here?"

"We're going to get ready together so she slept over last night," Anna replies calmly, standing up. You follow her and stand up as well.

"I see," he nods and calls for the rest of the girls to gather in the living room. "It's 6:30 and the performances will begin at 10 so be at the company before 10. Questions?"

"What room will it be in?" Ha Ni asks.

"The big auditorium on the first floor." He looks around. "Any more questions? Well I'll see you then. Good luck."

As soon as Jae Hyuk leaves, Soo Yun takes over.

"There's two bathrooms and… seven of us," she says, eyeing you with a disgusted look. "Hana, Hye Sun, and I will use this bathroom and the rest of you use the other one. Got it?" Everyone nods. "Okay."
 

After you and Anna take your shower, you both sit on her bed in her bedroom that she shares with Ha Ni. You pull out your outfit you brought from your dorm yesterday night: a cream-colored cropped top with pastel floral pants and a pair of wedged black sneakers. To accessorize, you slip on a spiked gold bracelet and a gold cross necklace.

"You look so pretty!" Anna squeals, sorting through her own closet of clothes. "Hmm… what to wear… Aha!"
She runs around the room for a minute picking up various clothing item and rushes to the bathroom to change. When she comes out, you're instantly jealous of her fashion sense.
