Kai:

I hung out with D. O. all day long. Maybe because my best friend was hanging out with D. O.'s best friend and wasn't even paying attention to me. Or it could be because I think he's cute.

Wow, I actually said that. But he is. He's adorable with his big doe eyes and young face.

D. O. looked at me like I was crazy as I looked at him and smiled.

"Stop looking at me,"he huffed.

"Why?"

"Because I don't want you to. So stop."

"Why don't you want me to?"

"Because you're creeping me out. Now stop."

"But I want to."

"I don't want you to. Now stop."

He turned back to face the front of the class.

"Are you mad at me,"I whispered in his ear.

He pushed me away before looking at me.

"Why would I be?"

I shrugged.

"Then no."

He turned back to focus his attention on the teacher.

"Did you hear me in the hallway then,"I asked softly.

Not whispering in his ear this time. But low enough so no one else would hear.

He nodded.

"So what do you think about me?"

He looked at me.

"Look, I'm not getting into anything with any guy. I know your kind. The popular jock who says he is gay and then he confesses to me, and the next thing I know he's not gay anymore and I'm left heart broken. And no, that's not how my daughter got here. And no, I do not want to be involved with anyone at the moment."

The bell rung and he got up. I got up and followed him. I grabbed him by his arm and dragged him into a janitor's closet. I shut the door behind us.

"I'm not going to treat you bad if you give me a chance,"I said to him.

He glared at me.

"You just came out not too long ago. And I'm not going to give you a chance. After all the you have done to me. And my daughter is in the ing hospital fighting for her life because of your . And I don't want to get hurt like I've gotten hurt in the past."

"But I won't hurt you, Kyungsoo."

He rolled his eyes and looked away from me.

"No. Look at me,"I said.

I put my hands on the sides of his face and turned him to face me.

"I know what I've done in the past. I know what I did to hurt you. I know that I ed up badly with you. But I know that I'm falling in love with you and your daughter, Kyungsoo. I think about the both of you everyday. How I want to take care of you both, protect you both, and be there for the both of you. I need you both in my life. You as my boyfriend and her as a daughter to me too. Just give me that chance, D. O."

I could see tears about to fall.

He pulled away.

"I'm sorry."

He left the janitor's closet. I ran my hand through my hair and just stood there for what it seemed like forever. The next bell even rang before I left the closet. I headed to the lunch room. I slumped down at the table with Barbie Baekhyun and Ken Chanyeol. I glared at those two as they chatted and flirted with one another.

"What's your problem,"Chanyeol asked.

"You two."

"No, no, no. We've been friends for almost two weeks and you haven't acted like this any time during our friendship. So what's really wrong? D. O. broke your heart,"Baekhyun asked.

I grumbled.

"Really! Oh my. Did you confess!? So cute."

"No, it's not. He said no."

Chanyeol patted me on my shoulder.

"Aw sorry dude."

I shrugged my shoulders.

"It's just, I really like him. I broke up with Jessica because one, she's gay, and two, I fell for him. I couldn't deceive the both of us. And I want him in my life. But he doesn't seem like he wants me."

"Just impress him. Show him you love him,"Baekhyun said.

"By doing what?"

Chanyeol clapped his hands together.

""You dance. Dance for him."

"What? I don't want to look like a fool."

"You like him don't you?"

"Yes!"

"Then do it. He usually sits in the library when he doesn't want to go to lunch and he wants to be by himself. Ask the librarian if you could play a song for someone and then find him and dance or something."

I thought for a second before nodding.

"I got the perfect song."

I went to the library to go through with this dance thing. I asked the librarian if I could play a song using my iPod and speakers. She agreed since Kyungsoo was the only one in the library with her and two other librarians. I the song "Everybody In Love," by JLS.

I went to go find Kyunsoo. He had his head in a book. I jumped on the table he was sitting at. He looked at me in surprise. I started lip syncing to the song( because I can't sing, but I can rap) and dancing along. He looked at me with wide eyes as I sang to him and dance to him.

He smiled at me as tears fell from his eyes. I got off of the table and pulled him up.

"I won't hurt you, Kyungsoo. Not anymore and not ever. I can't be without you. Just please give me a chance and I promise I will always be there for you and Angel. And I will love both of you for the rest of my life. Just please."

He laughed some.

"Can we go through a first date before I say yes?"

I laughed some and kissed him on his lips. And it felt so right.

"I guess we can do that."

D. O. and I went to go visit Angel before we went out on our first date.

"There's Mommy and Daddy, Angel,"the nurse said as D. O. and I walked into the NICU.

We sat down in chairs and the nurse let D. O. hold Angel.

"She's so cute,"D. O. said as he kissed her forehead.

"Just like you,"I said.

He looked at me an smiled shyly as a blush crept up onto his cheeks.

He ran his hand over her black hair.

"She's getting so big now. How big is she?"

"She's actually at four pounds now,"the nurse said.

D. O. smiled and looked at Angel.

"You're getting their baby. Soon you'll be home with me."

I smiled at the both of them.

Suddenly, the machines that had cords hooked to Angel started going off. The nurse ran over and started checking Angel.

"She's not breathing,"she said as she took Angel from D. O.

"Wait, wait, what,"D. O. said.

Another nurse looked at me.

"Get him out of here. Quickly."

I nodded and helped D. O. up. I dragged him out of the NICU.

"Wait Kai no. No, no, no,"he cried.

I held him closer to me.

Please let everything be okay. Please.
