~ Author's POV ~

Jaejoong's eyes turned red for a few seconds as he stared at the 5 cages, which shaked a little with the lying figures screams echoeing in the room. He walked back to his throne with an evil smile planted on his face. While with A-JAX, as soon as they got their clue, the scenery changed into a beautiful large forest.

The boys examined the place, trying to get familiar with it. Nicole suddenly appeared, wearing a peach strapless dress a pair of sparkling high heels.

"Great job, A-JAX. Now the next clue is: I am staring and brightening the world, while my other side is doing the same but I shall only meet it only a few times," Nicole announced.

Nodding and processing what they heard in their head, A-JAX nodded in silence.

"We are also adding another thing when finding the clues," Nicole gave a heads up.

Jaehyung cocked his head side ways, "Adding another thing?"

Nicole nodded, "If you think the clue isn't here, you shall yell 'Scenery' and shall be transported to another place to find it. If the clue was at the previous location, you have lost a precious clue and move onto the next one."

Everyone understood but secretly knew that now they are going to take some risks, when searching for the clue. Nicole then excused herself and vanished in front of them. 

"Let's split up and look around more, then we meet up here again," Hyeongkon suggested. 

Seungyub pointed to the northeast part of the forest, "I'll go this way then."

Each member pointed at a direction they will go, so they won't be going to the same way. Jaehyung and Hyojun went northwest while Hyeongkon decided to head southwest. Seungjin headed southeast and Yunyoung went west After making sure where everyone was going, they splitted up and decided to meet back in 10 minutes. Sungmin decided to go south part of the woods so he started to walk past many trees. He looked around the area until he felt a touch on his shoulder and then someone covering his eyes. 

"I forgot to warn you to be careful," a familiar voice spoke. 

He tried to grabbed the person's hand but failed to do so. Feeling the figure pat his shoulder, he turned his head to find the person on the other side and was already walking away. 

"Nicole," Sungmin soon realized. 

Disappearing again, Sungmin stood where he was standing with a bewildered expression on his face. 

"Same exact voice as Yong Joo," Sungmin thought but soon dismissed it and recalled what Nicole said.

"Be careful?" he muttered to himself as he continued to do what he was doing.

Walking more more into the forest, he found a small lake in the middle of a bunch of trees. Standing near the lake and taking in the view, he couldn't help but think why was there a place like this in a forest.

Sungmin then realized a thought to himself, "This place is sort of similiar to the park's lake."

Soon a whisper in the air was heard from across the lake, causing Sungmin to look at the direction of the sound. A figure, with long black hair and fair skin, wearing a loose blue stripped sweater and a pair of shorts was walking along the lake. He was only able to see the side profile of the person but the appearance was definitely familiar to him. 

Realizing or thinking he knows who it might be, the words wouldn't come out of his mouth easily, "Y-yong Joo?!"

Looking at her again, Sungmin started to slowly walk to her as he shouted across the lake, "Y-YONG JOO!?!"

The side of her head turned to face him, showing her full pure face as she reached out her hand out towards him. That's when he started to run faster to her and grab her hand but she soon disappeared, leaving a small light with a trail of mist. He fell on his knees in disbelief and saddness as he looked at his hands, that he thought, could've reached Yong Joo if he was a bit quicker. 

"What is she doing here?!" Sungmin muttered to himself as he grabbed his head. 

The only thing that made sense to him was to tell the others what just happened. He got up and ran towards the forest, leaving the lake. While with Jaehyung and Hyojun, they were talking to each other as they looked around the place. Pouring out ideas where the clue might be, they didn't hear the sound of a something brushing against the tree branches. But they soon noticed when Jaehyung felt a tug on his shirt so turned his attention to where it was pulling towards. They found 2 rather weird looking monkeys staring at them with evil eyes. One of the monkeys that was tugging onto Jaehyung's shirt started to yank him towards it, causing him to trip and hit his knee onto the ground. 

Hyojun grabbed his arm, "Are you alright?!"

"I'm fine," Jaehyung assured him.

The monkeys jumped off of the tree branch, allowing Hyojun and Jaehyung to look at them properly. They were definitely not monkeys, with it's large human like size and looked somewhat like a monster in a movie. The two monsters charged towards the two, scratching and punching their bodies but failed half of their attacks because of Hyojun's and Jaehyung's effort on blocking and hitting them back with their strength. Jaehyung kicked the tallest one from him as he looked at his cut on the left side of his arm, bleeding a bit. While with Hyojun, the monster failed to scratch him but tore some parts of his shirt. The monster tried to punch him in the gut but was countered by Hyojun's block. He grabbed the monster's arm and flipped him onto the ground, he then kicked it with all his effort. 

"Heads up!" Jaehyung yelled as he passed a sharp wooden stick that he kicked off from the branches. 

Catching the sharp stick, he stabbed the monster on the chest with it while Jaehyung did the same to the others. They gasped for air, trying to get their minds together to process what just happened. Looking at each other, examining for any injuries during the process of the fight.

"Jaehyung, is your arm alright?" Hyojun quickly grabbed Jaehyung's cut arm.

Giving him an assuring smile, Jaehyung shook Hyojun's arm off, "I'm fine, it's just a small cut."

"You call that a small cut? It's like 5 inches long," Hyojun argued as he ripped apart of his torn shirt and started to wrap it around his arm.

"Thanks," Jaehyung watched as Hyojun help bandaging him, "What were those things?"

Hyojun shrugged, "I don't know but something tells me we have to warn the others or the same thing might happen to them."

Agreeing, they both took off and went back to where they were suppose to meet.  Seungjin walked into a patch of small flowers as he walked down to observe the place more. Walking past a rather big and thick tree, feeling a pat on his shoulder he turned around to see Nicole. 

She placed her right arm on his right shoulder as Nicole gave him a y stare. 

"Don't let your emotions overcome what you seek," Nicole lowly said as she wrapped her arms around his neck, making him stiffen up shyly.

"Bwoh?" Seungjin tried to secretly hide his shyness. 

Recieving a small smirk, she disappeared in front of him. Seungjin stood where he was standing with a confused face, not knowing what she meant.Sungmin decided to walk to where Seungjin supposedly went to since he is the closest to him.

"SEUNGJIN!" Sungmin called out, hoping he will find him soon.

He walked and called out more as he searched the place. Seungjin finally snapped out of his train of thought as soon as he heard Sungmin's faint yell from the distance. He tried to locate where he was with every yell that Sungmin let out. 

"I"m right here," Seungjin called out, trying to make sure Sungmin could hear him.

Sungmin heard him and ran to, where he heard Seungjin's voice at, with all his might. They soon found each other near the flower patch.

"Sungmin, are you ok?" Seungjin asked with a worry expression.

Gasping for breath, Sungmin nodded, "Seungjin.. Lake... Yong Joo..Face.."

"Sungmin, you're not making any sense," Seungjin gestured him to take deep breaths.

As soon as Sungmin got his breath back, he quickly began to explain, "I saw Yong Joo at the lake!"

It was as if someone snapped a twig in Seungjin's head. No one has ever used Yong Joo and lake in one sentence in front of Seungjin for a long time. Trying to restrain his annoyance as he placed a hand on Sungmin's shoulder.

"I think you were just imagining things," he said.

Sungmin voilently shook his head, "Ani, I saw her near the lake! She stretched out her hand towards me but I was too late to reach her!"

This time, Seungjin couldn't help but grip the collar of Sungmin's shirt as he gave him a deathly glare.

"Are you trying to make me feel even more guilty?! Do you know how much guilt I already feel since I was the last one to see her before she disappeared?!" Seungjin started to yell with an angry voice.

Sungmin could also feel the anger raising up in his head and gripped the collar of Seungjin's shirt also, "I'm not trying to do anything, but it seems like you don't even believe your own childhood friend?! Do you have no trust in me?!"

"Well it seems like you're mocking me right now! I coudn't even help her parents find her even though I was the last one who saw her! I don't need you to bring her and the lake up again to make me feel anymore guilty," Seungjin tried to pull back the tears that were threatening his eyes.

"Everyone knows that you aren't guilty so stop making yourself feel like it! I was just telling you what I saw! Yong Joo might be here!" Sungmin used his height advantage to easily shake Seungjin.

Seungjin bit his lip and punched Sungmin on the face.

"How would you know how it feels like?! You didn't see her last, unlike me,who didn't even walk her home," Seungjin cried.

Wiping the slight blood on the corner of his lips, got up and punched Seungjin right back.

"So what? You didn't know that she was going to disappear! We could bring her back since she might be here!" Sungmin argued.

Tasting the blood that was formed on the corner of his mouth, Seungjin sat up, "She isn't here! Why would she be here?! There is no way, I will believe that Yong Joo's here!"

"You punk. Not even believing your own best friend!" Sungmin grabbed Seungjin's collar and pulled him up.

With them arguing, they didn't even notice the 4 figures surrounding them. The rest of the A-JAX members had already met back at where they were at in the beginning. Jaehyung and Hyojun explained what happened to them and warned each other to be careful when searching around. 

"Where's Seungjin and Sungmin? There were suppose to be here a few minutes ago," Yunyoung looked around with a worried face.

Seungyub shrugged, "Maybe they got lost, the forest is pretty big."

Hyeongkon nodded, "That is true, also I faintly heard them arguing with each other I think."

"Chincha? Maybe we should check on them," Jaehyung quickly suggested, hoping they weren't still fighting with each other.

That's when they heard 2 familar screams mixed together, where Seungjin and Sungmin walked around at. The members looked at each other with frightening faces, thinking the worse just had happened.

"I think we need to check on them right now," Hyojun quickly started to run to where the sound came from.

The others agreed and followed behind them. They soon arrived where Seungjin and Sungmin were at, but to only find the two's red bags on the dirt floor. Seungjin and Sungmin were no where in sight and not a sound could be heard. Yunyoung kneeled down on the floor and picked up the two red bags with their names written on it into his hands. As soon as he held it, the bags turned into a pile of sand as it escaped out of his hands. Getting up from the dirt floor, Yunyoung stared at his fellow members with a sad nod. 

"They were most likely punished," Yunyoung looked at the pile of sand on the floor.

The 5 of them now knew this game has just gotten scary. 

New update! How is it?? You guys now know an idea of what the punishment is ^^ I tried to add a bit of action scenes but I really at writing it out so I'm really sorry for my poor writing. As you could see I used some of the scenes from the music video but I couldn't find gifs of Sungmin's and Seungjin's scenes T^T so I had to make the gif myself.. Sorry for the poor gifs. By the way, since school as started about a week ago I won't be able to update as much as I want to so please bare with me! I've been getting a lot of homework assignments and projects already. Thanks!
