========== BAEKHYUN'S POV ==============

I was lying on the green vast field surrounding by various wild flowers such as Corn camomiles, Paper flower, Scabious, and others that i don't recognize. They swayed to the direction of the wind and the brushing of its leaves creates melodic sounds to my ears....

but where am i?

I sat up and scanned the place, nothing, nothing can be seen except for this fields, it feels so endless and no end. But i heard a faint of water flowing, and my feet started to stand up on its own. Every step i take, i let one flower died,

Should i continue?

My ears perked on its own, when i heard a girl trying to call me... it sounds like my name but no.. it still different, i couldn't clearly understand because the only word clear to me is the "Bac" and the others were said in a whisper.

"he's there" i heard it said, from the sweet voice it turned venomous and dangerous, I felt one of my leg moved back, and my heart started to quicken.. I heard a maniac laugh that i felt going closer to me..

Where would i hide?

I looked around, these vast field is my only hide out and nothing more.

"Bac......"

The voice turned melodic again, it was louder but still the end is a question for me.. My feet move forward again, i feel safe and calm with that voice..I was getting nearer, as the sound of the stream is clearer,

"baco....-"

"Gotcha! lil' kid" and everything went black, and the maniac laugh was the last thing i heard...

*RING RING*

My eyes shot open, I was breathing short, heavy breaths. Cold Sweat beads ran down my face, bridge of nose, neck and my hands. I looked around the room, wide eyed, invited by my own room as familiar pieces greeted me.

What was that? I tried to wiped the sweats with the back of my arms, i checked my alarm clock saying its already 10:30 in the morning.

"Im late"

I was about to stand up, but a headache pushed me back down on my bed. "!" i cursed. i pressed a button at the top of my bed.

"yes sir?" the reciever answer.

"Bring me a glass of water and a paracetamol" i groaned, i felt every thump in my head.

"make it faster will you!!" i yelled.

and within seconds my double wooden door burst open, and one of my assigned maids came with a glass of water and the medicine. using my elbow i sat up and drank the medicine in hand.

"Tell Mr Ho, we'll leave at 11:30' Mr Ho, is my loyal driver,

I Slowly got up from my bed, my head still knocked out,  but still i forced to go to my bath room, i guess hard droplets from the shower is the only cure for this.

"Where are you? im at your office"

I couldn't help but feel giddy inside, Omo its been a long time since she came back. 6 years passed i guess? yeah, i was still the dorky happy go lucky baekhyun back then.

I got out from the elevator pad, and was greeted by My secretary and my toy.

She was standing at her newly furnished desk, yeap! i still have a heart you know, seeing her almost sticking her face on the papers then on the monitor screen since the maintenance turned the lights off already.

I saw the pile of assigned folders i gave her and from the looks of it its done, and the cup of coffee on her table, naaahhh i bet she sensed that i would come. mehehe i couldn't help but gave her a little praise, just this once! since im in a good mood today.

"Sir you have a guest inside" My face lightened up more. and immediately went inside my office.

"HYUNA~" I put my coffee down on the table and hugged her.

"nahhh~ who would've thought that you would look like this, and your eyeliner.. wow! you look different" she patted my cheeks, and who would've thought that she would become this beauty infront of me.

We decided to go out for lunch, No works done yet, but i don't care at all, We ate at the fine dining restaurant own by one of her friends she said, had a little chit chat, like we used in the passed years,

"How's life being the President?" she asked, circling the wine inside her glass.

I released a chuckle, " Pain in the " i commented and put a sliced steak into my mouth..

"awwww, poor you"

"naaahh, i don't have a choice hasn't it?" i made a fake smile, actually, im hating my life, being a son of a rich man doesn't mean its a perfect life. Everything revolves on money and money alone... Love? did that even exist?

"no need to smile when you don't feel it, if i were you, forget everything about it and be happy coz im back!" we toast our wines,

Maybe she's right? Good thing you're really back....

After eating we tried to walk around...

"Could we go there?" I heard her asked, she pointeed at the jewelry store nearby.

No hesitation at all, we entered immediately.

I boredly looked around, but my eyes bore one thing,

"Look at this!" Before i could continue to admire that diamond piece, Hyuna grabbed my arms and lead me to the other side were the rings are displayed.

"Isn't this beautiful?" she asked, she raised her hands and showed the Ruby studded ring on her finger. I shook my head, Red is still her favorite color. Seeing her happy makes me happy as well, "are you going to get that?" i asked.. 

She nodd her head "then let me pay for it" I said, She looked at me wide eyes, "Really???" She said and hugged me. "y-yeah" i choked.

"i'll treat you for this" She told me and i just chuckled. Payback it is? then let it be...

After that we started to go out of the store, But the person that welcome me is....

"nana?" She was wearing a big sunglasses and a cap matching her outfit awhile ago... what is she doing here.. no there at the road and behind the empty car.

"what are you doing?" i thought she's going to remove her sunglasses but no.. she just fixed it.

"I bet she's stalking you"

I nodded my head, seeing the bush infront of the resto moved several times isn't normal at all, then who in the world will try to get a vitamin D in a noon sunlight?, she would just get a cancer for it.

"good thing you're here, could you send the typewrtten files i gave you yesterday to the finance department" i ordered, for her to stop bugging me, with unknown reason at all, and plus it is really an urgent order

"b-but it was my lunch break" she retorted.

"but that's an order Nana, if you don't get those files after lunch you'll do the computation for them" I released a sly smile and with that she left.

With the hot weather i felt my head starting to ache again,

"Could we go?" i asked, she nodded her head and linked her arms with mine,

I looked back at the jewelry shop again...

I'll be back, when the right time comes.

I went back to the office alone, Hyuna said she'll drop by her mother's botique and i willingly drove her. Looking at the invitation in my hand..

"Come to my welcome party this weekend, i invite the boys as well, might as well get someone to go with you"

*DING*

I saw nana, burrying her face on the empty paper infront of her. *pabo* i laughed in my mind,

"stop staring, or you'll be suprise scribbles will start to appear" she looked at me with a glare.

"its none of your business" she spat..

"ooohh look whose talking? and who started to be nossy?" I leaned my hand on her desk and wiggled my eyebrows. i saw a tint of red creep on her ears "uh uh, cat got your tongue?" I flicked my hands on her forehead, Its so fun teasing her.

"O-oowww" she groaned,

"does physical abuse part of my job?"

i couldn't help but scoffed, "what made you think of that?"

"Oh don't answer it, i bet you don't have anything to say" LOL keke~

before i forget, i brought something out of my coat. It was the invitation,

"what's this?" she looked at the invitation,

"meet me at that place and 20minutes before the starting time, be sure to wear something appropriate for the event," i told her, but she didn't react, still processing?

"b-but-" i didn't let her finish,

"bring coffee to my office...."

I smirked, and slammed the door to my office.
