Chapter 4

The next morning, you woke up, only to find yourself all alone in your saviour's house.

You stood up, looking in every room, checking if Kris was in any.

Much to your disappointment, Kris wasn't there.

You sighed and went to freshen up.

After a quick shower, you changed into the clothes that Kris had laid out for you before he left.

You walked into the kitchen, only to find a post it note, on the table.

It says,

Hey Jae In, i won't be back until late. So don't wait up for me and make yourself at home.

You puffed out your cheeks, knowing that you will be alone all day.

You wondered why Kris will be back late.

You make a mental note to ask him later when he comes back.

You grab a random red rubber band and tied your hair all the up into a bun.

You looked around the house.

What a messy sight.

A house where you could obviously see that a bachelor lives here.

You began to tidy up the living room, dusting away the cushions and placing them in order.

You looked everywhere for a broom and finally found one.

You sweep the floor and sneezed a few times because of the dust.

You tidied up his CD Racks.

You were amazed by his collection of CDs.

There were a mixture of Chinese, English and Korean Music.

You began to look through his Korean Music CDs since the others you wouldn't understand.

You played a CD that has an interesting name.

EXO K.

Since you weren't into the Kpop wave, you didn't know about new groups that debuted.

You were dancing along to MAMA as you cleaned the house.

Up next, is Kris's room.

What a mess.

You made the bed, cleared out all his clothes that were piling up and dumping it all into the washing machine.

Suddenly, something made you freeze.

The song.

You stopped what you were doing and walk slowly towards the speaker.

You looked at the back of the cover and check the track name.

".. Angel."

You closed your eyes and let yourself feel the music.

The bass.

The melody.

The lyrics.

It was.. Peaceful.

More peaceful than what your life could ever be.

You placed your right hand on your left side of your chest.

You felt the beating of your heart, in constant pace.

Deep inside you, you know it's not yours.

Your legs gave in and you landed on the floor with a thud.

You sobbed quietly , beating that left side with such force.

All of your might, with your tears pouring out.

You stopped suddenly when you heard keys fumbling at the lock.

You gathered yourself together, wiped your tears and went to open the door.

But much to your surprise, it wasn't Kris. 

It was ....

Someone else. 

Author's Note:  Heyhey, it's been awhile since i updated right? 

I am making a point to update all of my stories every friday.

And maybe, you guys can expect a double update, if i'm not lazy enough.
