Chapter 1

His body plopped on the sofa, with his heavy bag thrown across the side.

He ran his fingers through his brown hair, sighing.

He looked around and sighed again, this time, a heavy one.

He was alone.

Again.

Just minutes ago, he had practice at the company.

What to do.

He is going to debut soon.

He stood up and proceeded to the bathroom.

He quickly undressed himself and stand under the showers.

As water ran down from his hair to his muscular figure, he banged his hands on the side of the shower.

He let out a frustrated scream.

He quickly finished his cooling shower and went to make dinner for himself.

He looked through the cupboards and sighed for the third time.

It's empty.

No sign of ramen anywhere.

With no choice, he grabbed his hoodie, phone and keys and went off to the nearest minimart.

As he walked down the lonely and dark road, he fumbled around, kicking pebbles or anything that he could kick.

Finally he reached the small minimart.

He looked at the old man who was getting ready to close and said,

" Uncle, could you hold on for a bit? I'll hurry up."

The old man gave a fatherly smile and nodded.

"Go on, Wufan. I can wait."

He then went to the ramen section and took about three packets of ramen.

He wouldn't want to keep on going down to the minimart to keep on buying ramen if he ran out.

He then took a bottle of cold 1.5 litres of mineral water and proceeded to the counter.

The old man smiled and began to calculate the total.

He gave the old man the correct change and nodded.

"Thank you, Mr Lee."

"It was no problem at all. Enjoy your dinner."

Mr Lee then went to the back of the shop and disappeared from his sight.

Putting on the hood of his hoodie, he walked back to his lonely apartment once again, until a certain someone or something crosses his path.
