Riyoung POV

That was a ish first day. First, I get stuck in that stupid excuse of a class. I actually felt sorry for the teachers because I was their sole student who actually listened. What's even worse were those 6 guys! Well, 5 actually, since that guy Cap only just sleeps and eats meat buns. He kind of freaks me out though. I never know what he's thinking.

But that Ljoe. .that damn Ljoe. I just wanna.  .ughhh! I don't even want to think of him. Chunji's the same, but, well, less agitating. Niel could use some lessons on personal space and learning how to just stop talking. Changjo always calls me a chick. A FREAKING CHICK!. Do I look like a baby chicken to you punk?? and he talks like a pseudo yakuza member.  

Well that Ricky, I'm kind of on the fence with him, because all he does is stick to me, and just seems plain nervous all the time.

I'm sure they have some messed-up reason for trying to get close to me. I mean, I totally am not the prettiest one there. Well, I'm the least tiest, but I guess douches like them dig that.

I'm currently already outside of the gate of the school. After the dismissal bell rang, I headed straight out to avoid them.

My head was starting to pound since I'm really not used to not wearing my glasses. Just walking is fairly difficult with everything being a blur and all.

"Ah!" I shrieked as I tripped on a crack  on the sidewalk. 

But before I could fall though I got pulled. My face hit somebody's chest as he pulled me closer. I looked up and saw that annoying orange head. "You." I growled.

"What? no thank you?" Ljoe cockily said.

"Well, I certainly didn't ask you to do that. So why should I?" I snapped back. I then pushed him away. But he wouldn't budge, instead he held me closer.

"Let go of me!" I said as I tried to thrash out of his hold. It was no use. "what's wrong with you?"

He just amusedly smiled at my current helplessness just to annoy me. His lips quirking up into a sly smirk.

"I won't let go until you say thank you." he stated.

My lip twitched. I will NOT let myself be harassed by this guy. "No."

"Well, I guess we'll just stay like this then."

I looked up at him. "Are you kidding me?" I whined incredulously.

He still held his ground. "Nope, actually, don't say sorry. I ike it better like this anway." he "seducitvely" said with a suggestive wink.

I. . I think I almost gagged inside.

My pride wouldn't let me give in. I just stared at him angrily, hoping that he'll be "nice" enough to willingly let go.

A minute passed. He was still unmovable.

Two minutes passed. Oh God! just let go already. The both of us looking straight into each other for this long a time was making my heart beat abnormally fast for some reason. I looked away for a second. People were already staring.

He then leant a teeny bit closer. I snapped my head back to give him a glare. But he still went closer and closer with that smirk of his. More people were staring now.

"Fine fine!" I yell. "THANK YOU. OKAY??"

Then, just like that, he let go, when he did, I backed up a whole meter away from him.

"Now, was that so hard?" He teasingly mused.

I scowled and rolled my eyes. I was ready to turn away to finally go home when he grabbed my wrist.

"Now what??" I snapped.

"I'm sorry about you're glasses." he said, actually looking sincere. He reached out something from his coat pocket, they were my broken glasses.

"You're honestly not forgiven, but we can't do anything about that now can we?" I frankly said. "You can keep that by the way. What do you expect me to do with it?"

"Come on, let me buy you another one." he negotiated. "To make it up to you."

I pondered for a bit, a free  pair of glasses doesn't sound so bad. But being with him is so much of a bother. "No thank you."

He didn't listen and just dragged me off. I couldn't even resist because he was so much stronger than me. Is this idiot deaf or something?

"Yah! what are you doing??" I said, a bit out of breath, we were lightly running now.

"to a nearby mall."

Riyoung and Ljoe were now inside a mall in a glasses store. Riyoung, who was sulking because she was forcefully dragged there, was just making a sour face at everything.

"How about this one?" Ljoe picked out a white pair of glasses.

"No."

Ljoe sighed, it was the tenth one he suggested. He was thinking that Riyoung was just doing this to piss him off, and he was probably right.

The old woman who was working there chuckled. "That girlfriend of your's is pretty picky huh?" 

Riyoung almost choked at his words, but before she could set things straight, Ljoe covered and beamed the old woman a cheeky smile. "Haha, but that's what I like about her." Ljoe said tenderly, looking at Riyoung.

Riyoung's eyes widened.

"Aigoo! what a cute couple." the woman chimed. 

"Ahahah! thank you ahju-- ooff!" before Ljoe could finish his sentence, Riyoung socked him in the gut, making him let go of her. When he was busy doubling over with pain, Riyoung went past him to go to another end of the store and pointed at a small pair of brown, thin-framed glasses.

Ljoe staggered towards her. "Ow, women just do NOT do that!" Ljoe scolded while wincing a bit.

Riyoung ignored him and said. "Let's just get this over with, this is what I want."

Ljoe followed her line of vision. "That's it? looks like a grandma's"

Without warning, Riyoung socked him again in the same spot. "Just buy it." and then went passed him.

"WHAT THE??--" then Ljoe paused. When Riyoung went past him. Maybe he was just seeing things but. . .she was blushing.

He stared at her retreating back and mouthed to himself. "oh yeah! progress baby!." while mini-fist pumping.

LJoe POV

Waaahhh!. .she actually blushed. I knew that nobody would be immune to my charms. hehe. .But it's amazing though, girls throw themselves at me all the time. But this makes me feel so accomplished. Well it's probably cuz she's always cold to absolutely everyone. Except teachers.

Haha. .that's going to change once I make her fall for me. >:)

I hurriedly paid for the glasses that SHE wanted, while trying to catch up with HER.  Aishhh. . This girl is so difficult.

"Hey! wait up. " I yelled. When I managed to catch up, I handed her the glasses. While I did, I flashed her a smile, urging for a word of thanks.

But instead, I got a "We're even then." and her face was totally emotionless. 

Err. . close enough.

Because she was walking so abnormally fast for some reason we already reached the exit. It was apparently already night out. 

"Oh no." I heard her lightly mumble, but i wasn't so sure. I looked at her. 

"What's the matter?" I asked. She seemed to be a bit tensed when she looked outside.

She paused, as if she was still wondering what to reply. "Nothing. Bye" she said shortly while going outside. 

I smirked. Well, she is a girl after all.

"You're afraid of going home at night aren't you?"

 At my words, she froze. Heheh. .bull's eye. Without turning back she replied. "N-no I'm not. Idiot" she slightly stuttered. 

Woa. .that was oddly cute.

I lightly put my hand on her shoulder. "Yeah, whatever you say. But I'll take you home cuz I'm awesome."

She tried to glare at me. But it wasn't that whole intimidating. "I don't need you to."

I raised an eyebrow. Oh really?.. .  I then swiftly turned around. "Well, If you say so." when I started walking away, from the corner of my eye I saw her looking nervous. Debating to herself on what to do.

Bwahhaahahahh! learn to swallow your pride!

"Wait!" she called out. "I accept your offer."

I my head towards her. "huh?" I pretended not to hear.

She looked at me and slightly scowled. "I accept your offer."

I decided to push her even further. "hm? offer on what? what do you want me to do?"

. . .

"I want you to take me home." she said hardly. I could tell that each syllable was forced and laced with agitation.

I head towards her and sling an arm around her. "Sure, babe."  

"Don't freakin' call me babe. And take your arm off me."

I smiled at her sweetly and held her closer, "Sure babe."

That day, I was punched thrice. hard.
