My thoughts left hanging in the air when she started walking towards my direction, i was now rooted on the ground still hoping that this was all just a nightmare..

“where is my oppa?” she asked in a strict  tone  after reaching my place

“d-do i know you miss?” i tried to act as if i didn’t know her but i guess i failed

“stop pretending nam woohyun oppa. Im not dumb to not recognize you so speak!”

whoa! She’s really scary. What should i do? my members will probably kill me if they found out that i blurt out something to iu. But if i didn’t talk, i’ll be dead meat to this little girl

“who are you?”

Eh? Who just talk?

I got pulled back to reality after hearing someone talk and i found out its no other than Minnie!

“don’t try to interfere” iu said not leaving her eyes on me

“no way, if woohyun is involve then so do i” she respond making iu look at her and glared

“you have nothing to do with this so back off or else!” she warned slowly losing her temper and same goes to hyomin

“or else what?! “

I face palmed myself. This isn’t getting any good.

Just when i thought there’s really no way to escape..

“HYUNGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Sungyeol appeared. Now, iu’s attention is on him.

What a great timing sungyeol!  I really love you!

“sungyeol oppa!” iu yelled as she started to walk towards him forgetting about me and hyomin

“KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Sungyeol immediately run as if he’s being chased by a wild beast. Now its your time to be tortured. Tsk tsk.

=Sungyeol POV=

“stop running!” iu commanded but im too scared to do so

“stop chasing me!” i yelled back.

Luckily, im faster than her so im leading and was now gonna pass by hoya’s classroom when i see him standing at the front door with qri. Looks like they’re going somewhere

“oh yeollie, why are you in such a rush?” hoya asked when he saw me running. I stop with my feet still marching

“let me give you some advice... when i started running, look back then.. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!”

I see iu approaching so i run once again in a speed of light. In a split of seconds, i heard her call hoya’s name. hehe seems like iu caught him already

“OUCH!” i cried when something hard hit my head

“why didn’t you tell me that iu is here?!” its hoya who’s running as well by my side

“ya! stop running and tell me where my oppa is!” she yelled

Iu is catching up so fast! No way! I doubled my speed same as what hoya did in order to escape

“look! Its Gyugyu hyung!”

Hoya informed with a pointing finger. I started to panic

“what should we do? iu is heading here!”

Knowing nothing, sunggyu keeps walking in a calm pace until he saw me and hoya running

“why are you guys running?” he ask

“stop asking and run! Iu is here!” i warned but he didn’t run. Oh well, thats his choice

Iu is here already? How fast. I should talk to h- “GOT YA!”

Someone suddenly held my ears and twisted it

“OUCH! It hurts!” i groan in pain

“we need to talk” she said as she started pulling me using my ear

“let go of my ear iu! It hurts!” i scolded her a million times but she didn’t let go. Luckily, the class is still ongoing so there’s not much student outside

“lets talk here” she finally let go of my ears and crossed her arms trying to show angry pose that can match her feelings

“you don’t have to pulled my ear!” i complained angrily

“you deserve that!” she replied having the same tone as mine

“WHAT?” i retorted in a pissed off tone

“you didn’t tell me about the infinite plan!”

“’cause it has nothing to do with you” i said coldly

“it HAS something to do with me and you should know that too!” she hissed.

I sigh and calm myself down

“look iu, stop it at once and go home” i suggested or more like, commanded. But iu, being all childish as she is just like sungyeol, keeps on insisting what she wants leaving me no choice than to make her understand our reason behind all of this so i drag her to see reality.

“YA OPPA! LET GO OF ME! Are you trying to send me away huh?!” i keep struggling but sunggyu oppa’s grip was too strong so i got pulled to who knows where?

“Aish seriously! you’re too noisy. its so annoying!” he said in an irritated tone

“then let go of me you jerk!” i remark.

And as soon as i said that, he immediately stop on his tracks making me feel anxious

*opps...*

“what did you just say?” he asked sharply while looking at me with his small yet very scary eyes. I gulp and was unable to talk. The heck! How can i? When those eyes are the same ones that gave me trauma when i am still a kid!

I can feel my whole body trembling at the moment though im not sure if he noticed it.

Out of the blue, i suddenly felt a warm arms wraps on my trembling body which made me shock even more *what on earth is happening?*

“mian, i shouldn’ve look at you that way. Did i scare you?” [mian-sorry]

Sunggyu oppa whispered on my ear. I didn’t answer. No. I couldn’t answer because everything happened so fast. My tiny winy brain is still on process.

Not hearing any respond from me, he broke the hug and patted my head after. It startled me at first but then, that gave me the courage to look at his eyes once again. Its gone. The sharp scary look on his eyes are completely gone now. instead, it was replaced by a concern one. How relieving

“i...” i utter almost beyond whisper. Sunggyu oppa stared at me as he patiently wait to what i have to say. Due to embarrassment, i lowered my head before speaking again

“im sorry”

“don’t be sorry. I should be the one who should be apologizing because i act rudely. Sorry iu-ah”

Seeing how guilty he was while apologizing makes me held her hand and assure him he haven’t done anything wrong. A seconds later, he was now able to smile again. Unconsciously, i smiled too. Weird.

“shall we continue on our way now?” he asked interrupting my thoughts

“uh-m” i nod and followed him behind

“what are we doing here oppa?”

I got all confused as soon as we stop at the right corner of some unknown restaurant. He pointed his finger at something so i followed it with my gaze. And there i spotted myungsoo oppa!

“OPPA!” i was about to rushed onto him when sunggyu oppa stop me from doing so

“wae?”

“shh! Just look”

I turn to look again at myungsoo oppa’s direction and saw him talking to a girl. Who is she? And why do they seem so close? Myungsoo oppa has never been close to any other girl... except to me.

Feeling so frustrated because none of my question has been answered yet, i look at sunggyu oppa with what-the-heck-is-going-on?! Expression all over my pretty face.

“you know why we decided to transfer here and deceive all of the reporters, netizens in korea and in even our own families?..” he paused and bring back his attention to what is happening in front of us. I did the same as i listen carefully to what he is saying

“its because.. we wanted to live as a human and not a robot who keeps on following what our parents wanted us to do. it feels like we got imprisoned for no reason. Its suffocating, we cant even breathe. Say, we didn’t even experience how fun it is to be a teenager coz in everything we do, there’s always an eye watching after us. For that reason, we should always be aware of what we are doing for the reputation of each of our family are completely up to us. We already shouldered a big responsibility at a very young age, how great is that?” he tried to chuckle but it didn’t work out.

*he has a point. Come to look at it, even in school there’s still a camera installed everywhere. Except for the restrooms, infinite private practice room and their own little place at the cafeteria. There is no room for privacy for paparazzi. That must be hard on their part*

“as for L” he continued but i interrupted him almost immediately

“L?”

“oh? Ah!” he facepalm his self after realizing something while giggling

“L is myungsoo’s current name. he gave it himself and we have no clue why”

L? New name? who would have use a single letter for a name? that oppa is always weird as ever.

I shook my head with a naughty smile plastered on my face just by thinking how down to earth he is.

“as what im saying.. L is the most stressed person among the seven of us because he’s the prince. In school, he always got surrounded by tons of girls specially in the classroom because he’s alone. Skipping that part. Ever since we got here, he transformed into a whole new different person. His cold aura and deadly glares that he always throw almost all of the time are now completely fading. I don’t know how to explain but.. he finally learn to smile.. whole heartedly. We began to enjoy the last year of being high school. As a nerd. As a normal person. Here at the normal school. There’s nothing we could ask for”

Hearing all of what he said made my heart sink. I didn’t know they are experiencing this kind of stress and pain while living a luxurious life. Why am i so pathetic? Im too dumb to not noticed it! Iu you pabbo! I scolded myself.

At that time, the restaurant door went open so me and sunggyu oppa quickly hide in a big tree near us. And there, myungsoo oppa and that girl step out

“’you don’t really have to send me home L. I’ll be fine” the girl said

“i insist jiyeon. What if something happen to you? Who would be there to save you? You know im willing to be your knight in shining armor anytime you want” oppa replied making the girl laugh while shooking her head

“you’re such a joker L”

“what? Im serious! Don’t you want to have  a handsome knight-in-shining-armor? ‘cause me? I would be very happy to a pretty princess home” he stated and i almost puked.

*WHAT THE! SINCE WHEN DID HE BECAME SO CORNY? I SWEAR! WHOEVER TEACH HIM TO BE LIKE THAT DESERVES TO RECIEVE A SUPER DUPER ULTRA MEGA IU PUNCH!*

Meanwhile, i spotted sunggyu at the corner of my eye dying of so much laughter

“YAH!”
