=Narrator POV=

 

Jiyeon and L run in circle since L suggested to play 'it' while jiyeon is chasing him to make everything more interesting and jiyeon agreed to L's idea but in one condition.. they wouldnt stop unless she got tired. when everything is settled they started the game, jiyeon is the 'it' and she needs to catch L in order to pass her the title 'it' and be the chaser but L is faster than her so she quite had a hard time.

jiyeon is like a baby dino who's chasing her dorky prey. LOL xD

but then again, both of them began to laugh as they began to enjoy themselves and for the first time in a long time. far from the watchful eyes of the people, they feel.. free from anything. 

 

like an innocent kid who know nothing about the cruelness of the world. the smile on their faces is just so pure, all the ungrateful thoughts, troubles and worries are set aside and forgotten for these period of time

 

"wahhh! im so exhausted! lets stop this already"

 

L requested to jiyeon while still running

 

"i though you have a lot of stamina?"

 

jiyeon asked sarcastically

 

"yes i do have earlier but drain it all just now"

 

he responded

 

"you should have know that before you started teasing me and suggest to play this 'it' game"

 

"yeah, yeah its my fault. im sorry, can we stop now?"

 

he said almost pleading but jiyeon smirk

 

"there's no turning back!"

 

she exclaimed

 

"eyyy, i dont want to be a kid anymore! its tiring. my time is up already, i should go back in being a grown up again before its too late"

 

he explain

 

"mwo? who are you, cinderella?" [what]

 

she asked in a mocking tone

 

"if being a cinderella can make you stop chasing me, then yes. im cinderella the male version and right now, i wanted to be sleeping beauty because i really really really wanted to rest! im about to die now!"

 

he said which make jiyeon laugh hard and hold her stomach 

 

 

 

"okay then, lets stop playing"

 

she said between laughter

 

"hayy, finally!~"

 

"you should see your face right now, you are so funny !"

 

she exclaimed making L concious of himself

 

"you sure love to fool around with me huh?"

 

"hehe, it cant be helped. im born this way already"

 

"i know. so? shall i send you home now?"

 

he offered while still panting

 

"ani, we should rest for a while. you're too tired to walk"

 

jiyeon said as she lead the way to the bench for L to take a seat. when his already seated, he tap the empty space beside him gesturing jiyeon to take a sit too.

=Sunggyu POV=

 

"where are we going?"  I asked woohyun who's leading the way

 

"L said to meet up at the biggest tree in this school"  He explained

 

"why?"  I asked again but he just shrug and said he dont know so we continue walking until i noticed that we are going to the different way

 

"uhmm.. dont you think we are heading to the wrong direction?"

 

he look at me and smile apologetically while doing a peace sign

 

 

"are we? hehe mianhe.. honestly, i didnt know where that big tree is located so i just keep on wondering around and wait for it to appear"

 

after hearing his answer, i cant help but to face-palmed myself *this guy is hopeless*

 

"you should have tell me earlier...."

 

i paused and started walking to the opposite direction "follow me"

"OH! THERE THEY ARE!"

 

he pointed to the 4 infinite members which are dongwoo, hoya, sungjong and myungsoo. sungyeol is with us since we met him on the way

 

"why are the 3 of you late?"

 

hoya questioned us with a raised eye brow

 

"my teacher ask for help on checking the papers" sungyeol answered

 

 

"what about you two?" sungjong said poniting at me and woohyun

 

"why dont you ask this guy" i said referring to woohyun and they all look at him

 

"i didnt do much. i just mislead sunggyu hyung 'cause you know.. im still not familiar with this place" he explain

 

"you shouldnt have take the lead in the first place" dongwoo commented gaining a nod as approvement to the other members

 

"eii~ dont be like that! what's done is done, we should move on...."

 

he paused and look at myungsoo

 

"so L! what's up?" he immediately change the topic

 

"nothing. just dont feel like eating at the full cafeteria today" he answered with a shrug

 

"eh?! but i wanted to eat with minie today!" woohyun whinned

 

"you can always eat with her later" i said leaving him no choice

 

"fine! but what are we going to eat then?"

 

after he asked that, all of us become curious so we look at myungsoo with a what-are-we-going-to-eat ? look on our faces. he just smile as if he already know that we gonna ask that question

 

"this"

 

he answered showing the plastic bag on his hands

 

"whats that?" me and sungjong asked in chorus while sungyeol run and quickly snatch the plastic

 

"is this chicken?"

 

he wonder as he excitedly open it

 

"eh? what's this?" i can see the sudden change of his expression as sungyeol excited face is now replaced with disappointment. myungsoo patted his head and get the food inside. when he pulled back his hand in the plastic, we finally saw the food .... in a stick

 

"oh? is that-"

 

i quickly snatch the food and look at him dumbfoundedly

 

"its dukbokki, right? and base on its appearance, its a street food"

 

i said making the other members shock as well

 

"since when did you learn to eat street foods.. prince?"

 

woohyun questioned

 

"yesterday" myungsoo answered

 

"yesterday?" i repeated and he nod

 

"jiyeon taught me"

 

before i could even react at his follow up answer, woohyun beat me from doing it

 

"YOU GO ON A DATE WITH JIYEON? THE SCHOOL OFFICER? MINIE'S BFF? REALLY?" 

 

i couldnt believe my ears, did woohyun just said that without a paused?

 

"arent you exaggerating? we didnt go on a date. its just a payback" myungsoo said while continously eating

 

"what payback?"

 

"for saving me, remeber?"

 

"oh yeah~"

 

after hearing myungsoo's answer, he feel satisfied and steal sungyeol food and eat it. i chuckle after seeing their childish fight

*this kids never change*

 

i shook my head with a smile then take one stick of fish cake before walking out

 

"where are you going hyung?" myungsoo asked, i turn back my head and said that i need to go to the library to do some research. but its a lie

 

 

the trutrh is.... whenever i see a fish cake which you can only brought at the stall and in this town, it reminds me of her.

 

=End of Sunggyu P.O.V=

 

=Jiyeon POV=

 

"OMO! MIAN!"

 

i immediately apologized after bumping to someone, the tons of books i was holding earlier drop on the ground so i quickly pick it up unabling me to see the face of whoever the person i bumped to

 

"aish! are you blind or what?"

 

after hearing his irritated voice, i look up a bit and saw him sitting on the ground checking his arm. my eyes grew wide after seeing a blood dozing off from his fresh wound

 

"a-are you ok?"

 

i dared to come closer to offer some help but his sharp gaze when he lifted his head stop me from doing so. those small eyes are scary. its sharp and deadly glares threaten me.

 

when our eyes met at that very moment, i saw something unexpected. the looks of his eyes change, there's a shock pass through it for a split of seconds making me wonder if i see the right thing or im just mistaken 'cause there's nothing to be shock for unless... unless... there's something wrong with my face! omo! what should i do? i quickly cupped my cheeks with my both hands  to somehow cover my face but i guess it doesn't help. or it does? 'cause little by little, his eyes were change back to normal

 

"ehem!" 

 

i got a litle bit startled when he cleared his throat, it leads me back to reality.. i stood up and bowed

 

"im sorry! im really really very sorry, I didnt mean to bump into you. i was jus-"

 

before i could finish my words, he cut it

 

"enaugh. it cant be help now, nothing can be change even after you explain so enaugh"

 

i can sense his annoyment so i shut my mouth and bit my lower lips

 

"next time, dont be stupid and try to look at your direction get it?".

 

he didnt even wait for my response as he left while scratching his head harshly showing how annoyed he was.... to me.

The words he just utter clearly disrespect me but still, i cant find the courage to fight back since my conscience is eating me up wholely. Its my fault anyway that he hurt his arm and have a bleeding wound. i should be more careful next time, officers should be a good role model to all the students not a careless one like me.

 

i let out a heavy sigh before i decided to continue my works..
