Kyuhyun sat at the parapet as he looks over to Amber and Eric fighting over a can of whipped cream. Amused by their childish antics, Kyuhyun lets out a silent chuckle. Tse still leaning over the edge of the building overlooking the city skyline heard him and joined Kyu in laughing at the two silly ones.

“Amber. It took her a year to open up to us. We'd never once picture her in a child like manner ever before. She was all quiet when she first appeared.” Tse recalls the first time Amber stepped into his life out of the blue. “She was different and still is.” Hong Kong was experiencing one of the coldest winter that year and Amber barely had decent clothes on her. A rugged tank top and a pair of tattered jeans along with a pair of worn out sneakers was all she had. “It was the coldest day ever. She rode along with the cold winds. Ice princess? Or perhaps a vagabond lost in translation.” She came in a pair of dug out eyes, void of all kinds of human emotions. “I had never seen someone without a soul in her eyes. As if it was never existent at all. Either that, she's a great actress.” Her withdrawal from human presence was so immense, she trembled vigorously upon curious onlookers showing her unwanted attention. “All my staffs showered her with concerns were all bounced back without hesitation. Their kind acts was never returned. It seemed as if she never knew kindness.” Tse reached out his hands to her and firmly looked at her with a pair of serious eyes. “Haha, I told her I won't eat her up before she meekly reached out her hands to me. It wasn't easy you know.”

“What a feat! I wish I knew her before you do.” Kyuhyun answers without thinking.

Tse laughs.

“You like her.” Tse simply stated.

“Huh!” The younger man taken aback by the sudden statement.

Tse continues laughing without giving Kyuhyun a chance to explain much to his exasperation.

“Anyways, I heard from Eric that he made you take pictures. I guess he has taken a liking in you.”

Kyuhyun recalls what Amber had whispered to him earlier on the two men who had once dated causes him to shudders at the thought. Tse noticed Kyu was reacting strangely and realized he had misinterpret his statement, “I mean, he probably think you have a talent or so... In one way or another.” and continued chuckling non-stop at the younger man beside him.

The two remained silent immersing themselves in the beautiful evening orange turn violet sky welcoming the oncoming dusk. In the meanwhile, they glanced over the open concept kitchen in Amber's unit at the two comedic duo fighting over utensils and groceries in the midst of whipping up a dinner. The two men couldn't help but to chuckle at the hearty sight in front of them.

Tse broke the silence in sudden, “Kyuhyun... the homework Eric gave you, your subject is?”

Kyuhyun answers confidently with an amused smile plastered across his face, “Amber.”

Eric looks at the younger girl disbelievingly. He never thought the little cat who grew up in the wild could actually cuts the carrots in thin slices. It was the first time both Tse and himself was invited over to her place for dinner although it was an invitation between coercion and obligation forcefully requested by their bosses. The little details she put into washing the rice thoroughly without hurting the rice grain and the thorough peeling of removing the cuticle of the vegetable leaves somewhat amazes him. Eric couldn't help but to further as the motherly or rather feminine side of her starts surfacing unbeknownst to her.

“YA!!! Stop playing around with my whip cream! They are expensive!” Amber snaps at the older male. “I will buy you another. Let me have some over my cola.” Eric pleads with her as she tries to snatch the can of whip cream away from him. He raises his hands up high so that Amber cannot reach the can of whip cream he was holding dearly with his life as the petite girl violently pounced on him for her expensive comfort food. As the older man was slowly enjoying the heartwarming moment between them, Amber suddenly stops with her eyes laying low and kept quiet. Without hesitation, Eric knew Amber's switch is on.

He recalled Tse once told him of an incident more than a year ago after she joined his production crew and three months into it, one of the freelance make-up artist they hired for a short project forcefully pulled her to the dressing table and attempted to some make-up on her while Tse was away on another site. Amber showed obvious signs of reluctance and violently objected to be part of her guinea pig canvas. Obviously the high spirited lady totally ignored her resistance and gleefully continued her wilfulness which unknowingly triggered the darkness in Amber. The reluctant girl laid low in silence and refused to look up. Within moments as the lady attempted to start her first of brilliance, or so she thought, Amber grabbed hold of her wrist to stop her. The woman thought Amber was just purely shy and thought that she would probably need to warm her up a little more, she purred a pitch higher than normal in an attempt to reassure the unwilling girl that the results will be beautiful without knowing the girl in front wasn't really concerned with the result of the makeover but actually hating the fact that she is being coerced into something she doesn't want to do. The lady notices something is wrong as the force applied on her wrist gets greater during her futile attempts to wriggle it off her strong grasp. She looked down and notices Amber's eye globes darkens with a stiffening aura by all means with the ability of choking the air surrounding them. Almost immediately, Amber looks up at her with her blood shot eyes and tightens her grasps refusing to let go even though the make up artist has started pleading with her in tears and apologizing with every inch of her strength left in her. Tse had to rush from another work site over just to pacify his tutelage.

Eric fears for the worst after seeing the similar black orbs in her eyes as per Tse's description. Immediately he puts down his arms and leans down to see if she's alright. In a fraction of second, Amber snatches the tin of whip cream from Eric's grip and pulls a victory hand sign in front of him which totally left Eric stunned for nano seconds before he lets out a huge sigh of relief. Little did Eric realize while he was still left in the impression that Amber is the wild and untamed beast in his memory, the girl in front of him has evolution into a playful and mature woman. The motherly instinct in him kicks in making him feel all heartening that the little girl has all grown up which left him smiling like a fool to himself. “What kind of comfort food is that!” he snares at her even though deep inside his heart, he was really happy.

Tse is actually Nicholas Tse(My Ultimate BIAS!), Eric is Eric Mun from Shinhwa(I thought he was a funny character in the first place) and of course Kyuhyun and Amber is pretty much self explanatory... Of course the two older ones are just characters that helps KYUBER developes properly in the story..
