Tristan's POV

I looked around at the other girls, nervously. They had all paused their conversations to look at me. I smiled and one of the girls smiled back, but her smile quickly faded.

I was just about to speak when one of the girls laughed and said, "What are you?" 

I stared at her, but didn't say anything back.  I mean the question was, "What are you?" I  found that rude and offensive. So yes, I didn't say anything to her.

"Hey, monkey." Another one said.

"She's talking to you."

And, so what? Maybe if she asked me my name I'd respond.

The girl who called me a monkey walked up and stood in front of me. She inched closer to my face.

"Monkey...I'm talking to you. Know Korean?" She whispered.

"Brush your teeth." Was all I said, before moving from under her and walking out of the room.
