Chapter 6: Don’t try

“Are you still in love with me?”, that was he asked to me.

“eh?”, that’s all I can say.

“Do you still loveme?”, he asked as I see his eyes have the hopes.

“what are you saying?”, I asked innocently.

“ You know that I’m married now,Kyuhyun-ah”, I said.

“b-but, I know I’m still on your heart. You still love me, don’t you?”, he asked.

“You know, I love you as a friend.”, I said to him that he gave me a sigh.

“you know, I’m already married with Minwoo. Why you are still asking that kind of questions to me?”, I asked.

“Because, I still love you~”, he lowered his head.

“eh ? s-sorry, Kyuhyun. But I think you’re late now”, I said.

“No, I’m not. You’ve been married to Minwoo in not to long. It’s just a week ago.” he said while shaking his head.

“no. You didn’t understand. You don’t have to ruin our relationship so I can be with you. No way.”, I said.

“But I want to be with you. How can I live with you when there is Minwoo?”, he asked as his tears were threatening to fall.

“KyuHyun, stop this nonsense thing. You can’t ruin our marriage life, we loved each other”, I said and let out a big sigh.

“no. I’ll win your heart back.”, he said and a tear fell down on his cheek.

“Kyuhyun, you’ll just hurt yourself…”, I explain as I forced myself not to cry.

“Even I’ll get hurt, I’ll still try. Because I love you~ I wanna win your heart back”, he said and hold my hands.

“Kyuhyun, if you came back here just to ruin our life, just left and go back to States.”, I said and slowly pulling out my hands away from him.

“i-I”ll go now~”, I said and I grabbed my bag and left him crying.

My heart feel tighten as I was saying those words to him.

I feel like I’m being mean to him.

That I don’t give him a second chance. What should I do now?

As soon as I get inside our house I go straightly to the kitchen to drink some water.

My throat went dry when I was talking to him.

I didn’t drink water as well when we are eating earlier.

As I enter the kitchen, I saw my husband cooking something.

He look at me and smile.

I immediately hug him that made him shock but he hug me back.

“what’s the problem?”, he asked worriedly.

“nothing”, I cried on his chest.

“then why are you crying?”, he asked.

“nothing, I just want to cry”, I said.

He calm me down for a while and continue to cook the food that he was cooking earlier.

When he finally finish cooking, he sets two plates, two spoons and forks, juice and some table napkins.

“Jagiya, you sure you okay?” he saked you again.

“yeah. I’m just hungry that’s why I cried.” I lied but it makes him laugh, I just smile.

“Aigoo… you’re so cute “, he said.

“yeobo, what are we going to do after this?”, I change the topic.

“Uhmm.. of course, I’ll wash the dishes. We will watch TV and then sleep”, he smile.

*ohh… I forgot that’s our daily routine” I thought.

(fast-forwarded)

“yebo, what if someone wants to steal me away from you, what would you do?”, I asked him while we are already on the bed.

“tsk. I’ll kill him immediately.”, he said and kiss my cheek.

“Don’t be afraid my jagiya. No one can steal you away from me”, He kiss my cheeks again.

“saranghaeyo, yeobo.”, I said and hug him.

“Aigoo… nado saranghae, my only baby”, he said and kissed my lips.
