Miyeon gently shook Shuhua awake. She had texted Mrs Kim asking for breakfast and for her to prepare a basket for a picnic she had planned. The older woman appeared at Shuhua's bedroom door sometime later carrying a tray. Miyeon came out to get it greeting the older woman. "Good morning Mrs.Kim how was your night? I trust you made it home well?" The woman smiled cheerfully and nodded. "Yes of course. Thank you for letting me go early." Miyeon nodded with a small chuckle. "Well as you know we will be eating out tonight. And the picnic will be our lunch. So you're free to go as soon as you're done. Oh and..." She reached into her pocket grabbing a slip of paper. "I'm very grateful to have someone as loyal as you in my life and I want to make sure you know you're appreciated. So here's a little gift. I know you said last time that the kids wanted to see a movie? It's not much but I hope you will all have fun." She smiled at her as she gave her the code for the tickets at the theater. "Miss Cho you're too kind. How can I not be loyal? You've always been sweet even as a kid you were. You respect all of your staff you pay us well and even though I do work on certain holidays you always hire extra help for me and invite our families to eat with us. I couldn't ask for a better employer." Miyeon pouted a bit. "Why wouldn't I treat you well you've been apart of the family since you were my age. And my grandma adored you." She hugged the older woman. "Thank you again Miyeon. I will put the basket in the fridge when I'm done with it. And your dinner ingredients should be delivered just before you get there." She left and Miyeon went back into the room with the tray. 

Shuhua was sitting up barely awake rubbing her eyes. "I almost thought you left me. I was getting worried." Miyeon chuckled as she sat at the foot of the bed leaning in to place a soft kiss on her lips and fixing a few wild strands of hair. "No no I was just receiving our breakfast from Mrs.Kim. She will be taking the day off since we will be out all day." Shuhua smiled at her. "Myeon are you a literal angel?" The older woman scrunched her nose smiling. "No that would be you my love." She kissed her hand causing Shuhua to blush. "Now come on eat up I've already got our day planned. I'm going to take you on the best trip you've ever been on." Shuhua laughed softly. "I thought you said I got to pick what we did today." She teased a small smile present as she took her first bite of food. "Well you can choose some things but I've already got our lunch and our dinner plans set. " Shuhua leaned in and kissed Miyeon's cheek. "I'll go anywhere and do anything with you... Except swimming that's not happening right?" Miyeon shook her head with a smile. "No I wasn't planning on it and now I never will. That is until we have kids then I'll take them but you won't have to go." Shuhua couldn't help but laugh. "You're already planning to have kids with me?" Miyeon chuckled. "Of course two little girls the older one will have a Korean name and the younger will have a taiwanese name." She winked before starting to also eat. 

Once they were done with breakfast Miyeon began to leave the room much to Shuhuas disdain. "Are you sure you don't want to stay here and cuddle all day?" Miyeon chuckled. "Of course I do but we have plans. And I know you'll love it just as much." Shuhua pouted. "How could I love anything as much as getting to lay in my comfy bed clinging to you like a koala all day?" Miyeon came back to the bed leaning over to place a soft kiss on her lips. "Come on angel get dressed I promise you'll love what I have planned." Shuhua pouted still but started to get out of the bed. "Fine only cause it's not as warm without you." She looked grumpy. Miyeon chuckled as she left the room going to her own to change. 

Once she was done getting ready Miyeon took the picnic basket out to the car putting it in the trunk where Shuhua wouldn't see. Her phone started ringing and she saw it was the younger woman. "Where are you I went to your room and you weren't there..." Miyeon chuckled. "I was putting something in the car honey. Are you ready? I'll be in to get you in just a moment." Shuhua hummed agreeing before hanging up. Miyeon couldn't help the smile on her face. She had never been with someone who was clingy before but she was enjoying it. She made her way back into the house stepping into the foyer. "Where is my beautiful date at?" Shuhua appeared at the top of the stairs with a cute smile. Miyeon looked as the woman wore a crop top with overall shorts. "I didn't know what we were doing so I went casual I hope that's okay?" Miyeon smiled at her she was wearing shorts and a nice shirt she definitely didn't mind. "You look beautiful my love now come on we've got a bit of a drive ahead of us." She held her hand out twords the taiwanese woman who came down the stairs to her quickly. 

As Miyeon said it was a bit of a drive and Shuhua found herself falling asleep holding Miyeon's hand by the time they got to their destination. The older woman couldn't help but stare lovingly at her as she got distracted by her beauty when trying to wake her. Miyeon leaned in kissing Shuhua on the temple and whispering to her. "My darling it's time to get up." She gently fixed her hair letting her wake up to soft touches. "I fell asleep? I'm sorry it's not a good date if I'm asleep." She pouted. "Nonsense. You are cute when you sleep. I enjoy every side of you even sleepy Shuhua." Miyeon took her hand kissing it. "Anyway we're here are you hungry?" Shuhua nodded. "A little bit. Where are we?"Miyeon smiled "This is my families cabin. Well my cabin now. My grandparents used to bring me here. It's private and there's a really pretty view at night. I thought it would be romantic to come out here and spend the night maybe? I packed some extra clothes mine should fit you too." 

The two went into the cabin and Miyeon smiled as she saw a box on the counter. Everything looked fresh and she put it away for now. "Get comfy I have a few things to do before we can go have our lunch." Shuhua began to look around the cabin. She saw pictures on the wall of Miyeon as a child and who she could only assume we're her grandparents. "You were so cute. You're still cute but this was a different level." Miyeon chuckled. "You're the cutest baby." Shuhua blushed and went to the kitchen. "Let me help." Miyeon shook her head gently cupping her cheek. "I've got it I promise I'm just putting stuff away." She kissed Shuhua on the forehead. 

Once done Miyeon showed Shuhua around the cabin. "There's the bathroom it's got a huge Jacuzzi. The master bedroom. The second bedroom and the third are on either side. And if you don't want to share a bed tonight you can have the master and I'll take a different one." Shuhua pouted. "If you'll allow it I'll never sleep apart from you again." Miyeon chuckled and held her close. "So you'll come on business trips too?" Shuhua nodded. "Anywhere you'll let me I'll follow." Miyeon looked at her distracted from their original conversation. She just stared at Shuhua with a smile. "Myeon!" She snapped out of it. "Sorry I was just distracted by your beauty." She smiled at her. "Come on theres a beautiful clearing behind the cabin I wanted to show you." She took her hand and led her outside. The two looked around and Shuhua saw another thing Miyeon had had set up for them. There were fairy lights hung amongst the trees not on yet but she knew it would be beautiful. "This is amazing..." Miyeon just stared at her again. "Only the best for my baby." She backhugged the younger woman wrapping her arms around her waist. "You deserve it all." Her chin rested on Shuhuas shoulders as she got comfortable. "Ready for lunch?" Shuhua's stomach growled answering for her. Miyeon chuckled. "I'll go get lunch we'll have it out here." She went inside. 

Shuhua insisted on helping as Miyeon brought out a blanket and began to set up a small picnic. "You're perfect how'd you get so perfect?" Miyeon chuckled and kissed her cheek. "I'm not but I'm trying my best to be someone you deserve. And you deserve the best." Shuhua laid in her lap eating some of the fruit. She held up a grape to Miyeon feeding her. Miyeon took it in with a smile. She held Shuhua's hand lacing their fingers together. "Shuhua..." The taiwanese woman looked up at her. "What's wrong?" Miyeon sighed softly. "I'm just worried... If it takes a while to get to a place where I can come out and tell everyone about us... Just promise me you'll tell me if you're bothered if it's taking to long or if you're feeling discouraged." Shuhua cupped her cheek and gently ran her thumb along her cheekbone. "I will be fine as long as you and I know who we belong to. Nothing else matters right? Oh and I don't want you to have to marry Rose unnie. You two should both be allowed to be happy." Miyeon couldn't help the smile that spread across her lips. "I am so helplessly in love with you." She looked into Shuhua's eyes with a look of pure adoration. "I'm going to give you everything and more I promise." 

Shuhua leaned in kissing the older woman. Her eyes were closed as she let herself melt into the older woman's arms that had encircled her. What started out as a gentle kiss quickly evolved into a minor make out session. Miyeon broke the kiss but stayed close to the girl looking at her closely. "I'm going to ask tonight. I've already planned what I want to do." Shuhua pouted. "You could ask me now. I'd say yes." Miyeon smiled and cupped her cheek pecking her lips a few times. "I know you would but I already have a plan. I promise it will be worth it." Shuhua pouted more. "It won't stop me from kissing and hugging you." Miyeon chuckled. "Good I wouldn't want that to stop I'll take any and all love you want to give me." She leaned in capturing her lips again pulling her into her lap. 

By the time they were done Miyeon had her hands in the pockets of Shuhua's overalls with one of the hooks on top undone. The only thing that interrupted them was Yuqi calling. "Where are you?" Shuhua sighed. "With Miyeon. Why?" Knowing Yuqi well enough she could practically see her eyes rolling. "Oh you two decided to go get hitched? Is that it? I wanted to say sorry for yelling at you yesterday but now it seems justified." Shuhua clicked her tongue. "We're out at her family cabin she set up a romantic night to ask me to be her girlfriend dummy." Yuqi hummed. "Fine have fun be safe send me your location just in case." Shuhua rolled her eyes but obliged. "Yes mom. Bye love you." She sent it as she hung up. 

As the whole conversation was in Mandarin Miyeon had no clue what they were talking about. She simply sat with her hands still on Shuhua's waist as she stayed in her lap. She gently rubbed circles in the girls hips. As she hung up Miyeon smiled sweetly. "She's just being protective. She has every right to be. Some random rich woman with a fiancee shows up and is all over her cousin. It's not the best looking situation from the outside. Luckily for us. We're on the inside. So all we see is our feelings for eachother." Shuhua kissed her nose softly then her lips. "You think she's protective now just wait til we have kids." Miyeon flashed a wide smile. "You wanna have kids with me?" Shuhua blushed. "W-well not now obviously but in the future yeah. If you want kids I mean we don't have to..." Miyeon pecked her lips. "I want it. I want to have a family with you in the future. You'll teach them Mandarin right? I hope so they say kids who learn multiple languages are smart." Miyeon was just rambling happily about having kids together as Shuhua watched with a small smile. 

Once they get back inside Miyeon led her to the bedroom. "Cuddle time?" Shuhua nodded with a small smile. She laid in the big bed holding her arms out. Miyeon smiled and got in beside her. She pulled her into her arms kissing her forehead. "You know we still have things to talk about." Miyeon said as she ran her fingers through the younger womans hair. Shuhua nodded. "I know we have a lot of work to do but as long as we stick together it'll be alright right?" Miyeon smiled and nodded. "I promise you Yeh Shuhua I would give up everything to make sure you're happy."
