This is where PLOT really begins with Chenle's donor transition.  An entirely original chapter-  besides, ya know, the fact that I didn't create the NCT Dreamies or the show 7llin' in the DREAM ;)

That is all. Lol.

Episode Six:  Dear my DREAM, I'll be there for you [P3/6]

Chapter Thirteen

-

The staff had turned off the rest of the lights.
Haechan as a vampire could move silently and Renjun as a Donor had enhanced hearing.  He smiled.  It wouldn't be long until-
Mark squeaked as he landed beside him.  "Haechan," he whispered.  "You nearly gave me a heart attack."
"Hm?  Maybe you should attach a bell to me," he whispered.
  Renjun rolled his eyes.
The sound of a blanket moving:  Haechan pulling back the covers.
"What are you doing," Mark demanded.  "No.  The cameras."
Renjun snickered.  "They're all off," he said.
He made a questioning noise.  "How can you tell?"
"I peeked and saw them turning them all off, and they put the caps on the lenses."
Haechan said, "And I can hear it when a camera is on.  I've told you this before.  There's this little staticky buzz sound when it's plugged in.  It's the electricity sound."  The blanket shuffled like he'd forced his way under it.
Mark growled, probably fighting off his wandering hands.  "I forgot about that," he said.  "That's good then."
"Yeah it is, which means I'm out of here," Renjun said, pushing his blanket off.  Heading for the stairs, he said, "I surely don't want to lay here and listen to the sound of you two getting it on."  He grinned when Mark made a noise in embarrassment.
"I'm not-  We're not going to-  Agh, Haechan," he yelled.
  Haechan's laughter followed him downstairs.

-

"Haechan, stop it," Mark said.  He couldn't see him, but he'd latched on to him, so he had no problem smacking him.
  "Ow, Mark," Haechan whined.
"I can't believe you did that.  You d me with Renjun in the room."
"So... you're fine with me groping you as long as we're alone?"
  His face flamed.  "I-  Haechan."
Laughing, he moved his hand down, down, down.
He hissed and grabbed his wrist.  Arousal made him lightheaded and as much as he wanted it, he couldn't enable his bad behavior.
"Mark, you haven't kissed me in three days and fifteen minutes," Haechan said.
Mark grit his teeth.  Don't laugh.  Don't laugh.  Don't laugh and whatever you do, do not kiss him.  "It's not happening," he said.  "I'm supposed to set a good example.  Being d like that-"
"Oh, come on, Mark Hyung, Renjunnie thought it was hilarious."
Mark Hyung.  Mark Hyung.  Mark Hyung.  Mark wanted to hide under the bed.  "Stop calling me that... and on that note, you haven't called me Mark in... I don't even know when."
"Melt," Haechan said.  When I call you by your actual name, technically you are my Hyung."
"You're impossible.  Get off me."  He grunted, trying to push him off.  Stupid vampire strength.
"I know you want to kiss me."
Do not kiss him.  "I never should've let you taste my blood because it made you a leech.  Get off me."
"I'm always a leech.  Speaking of, did your side heal okay?"
He wanted to fan his face, but he couldn't let go of Haechan's hand and his other had been pinned by his body.  "It healed fine.  Not even a scar."
"Well, that's good.  Did they bang that nail down so it wouldn't scratch anyone else?"
"Yeah, Jungwoo did.  It was kind of funny actually."
  "Did he hit his fingers?"
"Once or twice and he dropped the hammer a few times.  Almost got his toe too."
  They snickered.
"He's really not the handyman type," Haechan said.
  Mark groaned.  "He's really not."
  "He's a menace to society."
"No, that's Yuta.  Remember when he talked about his secret time?"
Haechan put a leg over him.  "Yeah, he said it happens in the dark.  You guess.  He said that to the fans."
When Haechan had recently fed he felt like a furnace and usually he'd appreciate it, but not when the temptation had already been so high.  Do not enable his bad behavior.  Do not indulge in snuggling and do not kiss him.
"I'm so excited we get to spend another day here.  It'll be fun not having cameras in our faces," Haechan said.
Mark sighed.  "It will be.  I was so surprised that they said we'd be spending an extra day here.  I thought we'd record and have to be done with it."
"I'll tell you one thing.  I'm not going back in that pool," Haechan said.
He gritted his teeth.  "Oh, God.  They couldn't pay me enough to go back in that pool."
"Do you want to have a date," Haechan said.
His brain halted.  A date.  He heard the clink of Champaign flutes.  His mouth watered at the memory of the Ramen Haechan had cooked earlier.  They'd all had so much fun and Haechan had helped him a lot while he cooked.
He'd been loud and helpful and annoying and sweet.  He cleared his throat and said, "What... kind of date?"  Which made him feel stupid.  How many kinds of dates could there be?  You eat, you drink, you walk or chill.  You kiss, you hug... and sometimes more.  And of course, you could combine them.
Haechan hummed.  "What would you like to do?  You know... I've considered something we could do."
He didn't hesitate often and Mark moved his thumb on his hand.  "What... did you consider," he whispered.
It sounded like he his lips.  "We could... get a hotel room.  A nice one.  Maybe for a weekend or just a night.  Maybe with a hot tub."  He giggled.  "Breakfast in bed?  You could cook for me."
Mark's lip twitched.  He rolled his eyes.  Classic Haechan.  Start out hesitant and cover it with being annoying.  "That... sounds... nice.  I've never-"  He huffed.  "Had bed in breakfast."  He shook his head.  "I mean breakfast in bed."
  Haechan laughed and kissed him.
  Damn.
Heat down his body and he released the grip on his wrist.  "I'd like that," he mumbled into his lips.
"Me too," Haechan whispered, and then he kissed him again.

Renjun froze at the entrance of Chenle and Jeno's room.  Chenle usually went somewhere else when he, Jeno, and Jaemin wanted to spend time together.  Tonight he hadn't.
"Welcome," Chenle said.  His eyes were heavy, but he still looked mischievous.
  He squinted and said, "Hi?"
Chenle cleared his throat and sniffed.  "I think my allergies are acting up and I'm sleepy.  I don't feel like going anywhere else.  I guess you'll both have to keep it PG."
Jeno poked his head out of the dog house entrance.  "I tried to convince him to go to the couch for an hour or so and he refuses."  He pouted.
  Renjun scowled.
  Chenle grinned.
"Maybe we'll just do it anyway and you'll just have to hear it," he said as he headed for Jeno.
"You won't," Chenle said.  "You may be all balls-to-the-wall, but you respect innocent ears."
Thankfully he hadn't been facing him, because his ears burned.  "Where do these kids get such potty mouths," he asked Jeno, who looked just as embarrassed.
He had to ease his way into the dog house, which ended up being smaller than he'd expected.  They laid on their sides, stomach to stomach, with Jeno's arm around his waist.  "This is awkward," he whispered.
"Yeah," Jeno whispered.  "I really want to kiss you."
He nodded.  "You guys kept the lights on too?"
"We were too lazy to turn them off."
Renjun's heart leaped at the sound of Chenle's voice.
"No, he lost Rock, Paper, Scissors, and refused to turn them off," he said.
"Really," he demanded of Jeno.  "The light off would've made it easier for us," he whispered.
Jeno looked embarrassed when he shrugged.  "It's hard to get out of here."
Chenle laughed and said, "Your whispers are even loud.  I can hear you clearly."
"No, you can't.  Stop lying," Renjun said.
He laughed, and then he started coughing.  Deep chest coughs that made his nerves prickle.  "Are you okay," he asked, scooting down to see him through the entrance.
"I'm good-"  More coughing.  "I told you... allergies.  I'm going to go blow my nose."
"Okay, if you need it, Haechan has some sinus medicine in his medical kit bag."
He headed for the door.  "I'm good.  I'll let you know later though if I need it."  He coughed again.  "I'm going to be back in a few minutes, so please don't be getting it on when I get here.  Gross."
  Jeno covered his face.
  That brat.
Renjun started to crawl through the entrance.  Jeno pulled him back and Chenle's laugh echoed down the hallway.

-

Chenle closed the bathroom door and leaned over the sink.  He held his chest as he coughed.  His eyes watered from the strain.  Red dots began to land in the sink and he turned the water on.  They became translucent lines before disappearing down the drain.
Blood.  It wasn't a nose bleed this time, but it had come from his lungs.  Or maybe just his throat.  Had his transition finished and his pores were about to start bleeding?
Sweat coated his forehead and neck.  Goosebumps broke out on his arms.  He shivered.  His chest felt heavy and he rubbed it.  It jerked as he tried not to cough again.
  He kept his eyes shut.
Were they red again?  Would he see blood on his face or all over him?  Why him, why him, why him?  He clenched his hands into fists.  Jeno and his stupid magic.
It couldn't be possible to have magic in your blood and not be able to use it.  He hadn't even tried.  Nature didn't have a mind of its own and fate didn't exist.  You made your own choices.  That's why free will existed.
He banged the counter... again and again, and again.  His breaths were loud and the running water.  The hum of the heater filtered in, also loud.  Covering his ears barely muffled it.  His chest jerked and he coughed again.
He coughed until his lungs burned and his energy had gone.
His muscles screamed for his bed, but Jeno would be there.  Jeno and Renjun and their lovey-dovey crap.  Leaning on the wall, he considered who he could go to for help.
Jisung slept like the dead, no pun intended.  Mark may be human, but he always made him feel better.  Haechan would be there and as a vampire, he could help him how he needed.  As he ran water over his mouth he worked up the courage to look at his reflection.  He couldn't walk down the hallway with blood on him.
Clean, all clean.  Relief made him dizzy.  He covered his eyes and took calming breaths, waiting for it to stop.
The short distance from the bathroom to the spiral staircase felt like walking through quicksand.  Halfway up he paused.  Heavy breathing... and moans.  Oh no.  Mark and Haechan were getting it on.
  Disgusting.
His eyes watered.  He needed help, but he'd rather die than interrupt them.  And no way would he want Haechan anywhere near him unless he'd had a shower.  Ugh, why did Jisung have to sleep like the dead.  He stood over him.
He'd fallen asleep on his covers, hugging a pillow.  He looked stiff as a board.  Like a corpse.  "Come on," he whispered as he shook him.  "Wake up."
  Nothing.
"I need you.  Wake up.  You have to bite me or something."  Harder shaking.
  Nothing.  "Damn it."
He couldn't shake him any harder or Jaemin would wake up.  His eyes widened.  Jaemin.  No.  Jaemin would interrupt everyone.
Mark, Haechan-  He'd flip Jisung out of the bed to wake him up and he'd crawl right on top of Renjun and Jeno to get them to pay attention.  His face burned.  No, not Jaemin.  Which only left one choice.
He had to go to Jeno.
His chest jerked just as he got to the room and he rubbed it.  He couldn't cough up blood in the hallway or on the carpet.  And he wanted help, not people panicking.  A few coughs escape, but he managed to keep them small.  He made sure his hands were clean before he went inside.
"Jeno," he said.  "I...  I need your help with something.  Stop face and come out here."  He snickered.  "Guys?"
Usually, they'd have panicked and said something.  The doghouse remained silent as he went to it.  Grimacing, he opened the window's curtain.  His heart pounded and his eyes stung.
He'd swallowed his pride and come here and they were gone.
His lips trembled and he flailed, trying to gain purchase before he fell.  He caught the window frame before his touched the carpet.  It still hurt though.  Tears had already fallen and he covered his face.  It hurt to cry, it hurt to sit.
The universe had decided it hated him and he had the image of the earth's globe pointing and laughing at him.
No.  No.  He shook his head.  "No," he said.  "I don't believe in fate and the universe isn't a living thing."
"I take responsibility for my own choices.  I was coming back here and they wanted time alone."  He snuffled.  "Now..."  He wiped his eyes.
"Now I just have to find them."
