This girl is really something. She just made me stand there and smile at her because she admitted that she missed me. The girl with brown eyes, silky hair, and a beautiful smile remains my favorite. Sana

Third POV

Dahyun is still standing and smiling at Sana who was awaiting her reply. Sana could not understand but she felt it was the right moment to come closer. Nobody could interrupt them. Before Sana could say anything

“It would be fair enough if I say I have been thinking about you…… a lot” Dahyun muttered. Sana never thought that the pale girl’s few sentences could give such a pleasant joy. Probably she craved Dahyun’s presence for so long that she just hugged her without any warnings. Dahyun welcomed her embrace and remained her hands in her small waist. Sana does not care who will see or judge them but it was new for the person who was standing far in the corner of the cabinet and looking at them.

It seems it is new that university heartthrob and freshman student standing and hugging each other. The vice president who attracts attention and adoration from people right now standing and admitting she missed that certain person.

“You are crushing me, Sana,” Dahyun said to the girl who is hugging her out of life

“I said I missed you a lot…. Don’t you like my hugs anymore……You are so mean…you left me when we first meet in university gate and avoided me… and right now you excused and hurry to somewhere ” Sana said with her childish complains

Flashback

Two girls were walking around in Santa Monica beach. Santa Monica is one of the best places in California to enjoy both a lively beach scene. Danny was walking around and her eyes glued to the girl who seems lost. Before Dahyun could go another way, the certain girl just caught her attention. They were standing 10 meters apart so Dahyun came closer “I'm glad that you come closer,” Sana said straightforwardly. “You doubt that I’d not come?” Danny asked her moving a little bit closer. Danny has been drowning in those eyes and she got mesmerized. “I think I will often doubt whenever I’d see you,” Sana said not moving her gaze… “So what your name?” Sana asked. “Danny. What’s yours ?” Danny said and surely loved the unexpected circumstances. “It is Sana.”

They shared two days and one night in the Santa Monica beach. They had a breezy Aussie “brekkie” blocks from the beach at Little Ruby and tried the sweet-corn fritters and avocado toast. Round the corner and strolled in the Palisades Park, a hilltop expanse of greenery with postcard-perfect mountain and ocean views along the way. Stealing glances and holding hands in crowded places where the only option not to lose each other. Sana usually initiates the holding hands and Danny goes with it. They wore a couple of classic straw hats and walked around drinking a cold beverage.

Both of them felt something towards each but it was not said. Staying in a hotel room with an ocean view, Danny just lied down on the bed while Sana was busy enjoying the view for some time. Sana called Danny for a second time and there wasn’t any response from the pale girl. As she looked behind, Danny was sleeping soundly in a starfish position. Sleeping in the sprawled opening on her back with arms above her head and legs stretched outwards. Sana comes closer and lies down beside her still looking at Danny’s features. As she maintained her weight in her hands she carefully caressed her face until her attention switched to plump lips.

That time she recalled the moment when Danny joked about her lips when Sana tried to kiss her “my lips actually so I don’t think that I will satisfy your expectation senorita”

As she giggled, Sana felt the urge to kiss her without any permission. She does not know that Danny is a heavy sleeper. She carefully caressed her jaw and connected her lips. It was mere 6 seconds and she felt strangely happy. Since it was her first kiss…….. and then she never kissed anyone

It is already 2 PM as Danny opened her eyes and noticed Sana who was sweetly sleeping next to her resting her right hand on her stomach.

“Hey sleeping beauty… wake up” it was the raspy voice of Danny. Sana just smiled and hugged her tightly, which caused a laugh from Danny. “You are crushing me Sana” and Sana didn’t lose grip so Danny just hugged her neck which caused Sana to drown in the sweet scent of Danny. “You are unbelievable” Danny muttered as she looked at smiling Sana

“You don’t imagine how I am happy to spend the weekend with you, Danny….”

“and you have to know that how I feel free here Sana……”

Flashback Ends

As both of them pulled away, they awkwardly stand and one of them ready to go but Sana broke the silence

- Where are you going?

- Some family matters – before Dahyun could speak up Jihyo interrupted them. She certainly was ready for some party as her outfit says so.

- Hello guys, how you doing? – Jihyo flashed a small smile standing next to Sana

- Great – Dahyun just nodded

- Actually, I need Sana that’s why I am going to steal her from you Dahyun-sii- Jihyo said and playfulness could be noticeable while Sana giggled with cute antics of her friend

-  Yeah you can, I have been in hurry too so …- before Dahyun could Sana held her wrist

-   Dahyun can you give me your phone – Sana asked her and Dahyun obliged to do so….

After 3 seconds Sana got a call and cutely acted and muttered “from now on I have your number, I will call you Dahyun” and Dahyun just nodded and finally was ready to leave “Goodbye”

“See you” and so they went in a different direction
