Nightmare

That day though many of them were curious to know what the matter was, thankfully they didn’t pry much. Sehun was asked to go for a drink but he rather rejected the idea and accompanied her back to his place. What was strange was the entire time she didn’t talk or even look at him as if she was in a daze. Even when they got back back, she quietly slid back to her room without saying much. Even if Sehun wanted to ask her, he himself was not in a good mood either, so he just let it go and went inside to get ready to sleep.

 

That night was the first time when Sehun actually had a different nightmare. After the accident, he had been having the same nightmare again and again, but this time maybe because of the therapy or the sudden flash of the incident before his eyes, the vision of his nightmare changed.

 

The worst and the best thing about a dream is that you never know that it is a dream no matter how absurd it is. He found himself getting down the stage in a hurry as he continued to look at the cable on the ceiling of the stage. It flashed a few times before there happened to be a short circuit and suddenly the curtains were on fire. It rapidly spread throughout the cloth and proceeded towards other machineries. The guards kept screaming and at the same time trying their best to vacate the stadium. There were a lot of people but the work was quite efficient and probably a lot of them had already evacuated. The members were safely outside when Sehun found himself forgetting something and all of a sudden he rushed in. This sudden movement caught the others off guard as nobody had predicted him pulling out this sort of a trick last minute. 

 

When he ran inside it was already a mess of smoke and soot all over. The smell of the burning surroundings was too strong for him to even recognise where he was standing. He still followed his instinct and rushed towards the back stage. The room was completely destroyed. Nothing could be made out. As he tried to enter, a huge board on fire fell in front of him from who knows where. If he had been a second early, it would have fallen on him. He could hear several voices calling him outside. He knew the guards would be coming for him but he couldn't just answer. He had to find the thing anyway. His hands removed everything that came in the way and finally he got hold of his bag. It was half burnt but when he saw the inside, some of it was still there. As he grabbed it and turned to leave the entrance was already a burning mess. The door which he used earlier to come in was no longer there. He tried to follow the same path back but the smoke rea
